Very spacious and clean! Plenty of room for 6 adults to stay comfortably for the weekend. Great location as well with access to Waterloo Station and great restaurants near by.

Our first issue with the property was the fact that we had awful neighbors—not sure if they were staying there on vacation as well or if they’re permanent. They opened our door at one point when we had not locked it properly, then later in the night (around midnight) they rang our doorbell over and over again, banged on the door, and kept jiggling the handle. It made us all uncomfortable. Lastly, the unit only had a washing machine, not a dryer as well. Even though it is a 2 for 1 unit, the drying aspect on the machine did not work at all. Which left us scrambling to hang dry all of our clothes for 6 people.

Great size, loved the fact it had 2 toilets. It was clean, minus the couches! Beautiful large Balcony, living room, and kitchen- equipped with almost everything you needed. Plenty of storage and comfortable beds, just beautiful in general. Convenient for transport and shops, as Waterloo station is right outside, lots of buses & a Sainsbury's and Tesco is right across the street as well!

Checking in was a bit annoying, as the key was not in the lockbox, which delayed time, though it was sorted out in the end. They were missing a few things, like dishwashing soap and a sponge; I understand they had a dishwasher, but I just wanted to wash things by hand and use them again and I couldn't... The couches were filthy, I didn't even want to sit on them, I had to use a pillow and sit on that, sort it out... The view could have been much better, we had a lovely balcony and our views were just work buildings and the back of Waterloo Station, really rubbish. However overall, would stay again.

We loved the location, views, space and security of the building.

The nightclub terrace opposite was VERY LOUD and kept us awake until 2am every night (Except Sunday) which was a real shame as we wanted to love everything about our stay.

Broken window in the kitchen. Lack of basic things in the kitchen (sponge for washing dishes), basic spices (salt, pepper).

Great location, a short walk away from London Eye, Westminster Palace and Big Ben. Right next door to Waterloo train station with a few small supermarkets just across the street and many choices for dinner nearby. Great to be provided with enough toilet paper, and body wash for our 6 night stay. Also great to have a full size fridge and some space for our family of 4 to spread out in.

The floors in the apartment didn't seem all that clean on arrival. The bed are double beds, so smallish. The lighting in the bathroom is not great for applying makeup. No tea towels in the kitchen for drying up.

Great location next to Waterloo station! Very modern and spacious accommodations, with Excelent views of London s skyline. Many shops and groceries close by. It is across the road from Old Vic theater!

When we arrived on a Friday the elevator was not working, it took a few days to have it fixed. We had chosen this apartment for the elevator between other things. Happy when it was working finally. Had some issues as well with the heating that took some days to fix, but staff helpful and finally resolved it.

The location is almost unparalleled; it’s next to Waterloo and the Old Vic, 10 mins walk from the Southbank and is next to a couple of roads with great restaurants. Not to mention the two mini supermarkets opposite. We found that the apartment was well sound-proofed and we had a view of the London Eye, a smidge of Westminster and the back of Waterloo station from the windows. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and glasses. Staff were polite, accommodating and professional. After reading recent reviews, we contacted the apartment beforehand to make sure that the sofa bed was fixed and it was indeed workable and could be slept on.

Yes, the double beds are small, in line with the other reviews. But we were aware beforehand and accepted this was the reality because it’s not easy to find a centrally-located apartment for 5 people with a lift, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living area with kitchen. We were willing to compromise on the bed size and don’t regret our decision to stay in the apartment.

The location is convenient. It is near the train and metro stations (Waterloo) and has modern and spacious rooms. The views are excellent. Many grocery stores, restaurants and bars are nearby.

We tried to communicate with the host through Booking and phone calls, but they did not answer; the time was close to check-in. They kept us waiting in front of the building for around an hour. There is no place to keep luggage, and no hotel person is available. The floors in the apartment were dirty, with a thick layer of dust.

The room and facilities were excellent, and the location good and as expected. I liked the range of channels on the TV and the provision of refrigerator, microwave etc.

It was difficult to access the room, I am 71 and not that computer savvy. Three passwords, gate, front door and key locker are a bit too much. Maybe that is why only young people seem to populate the flats. The use of the oven and hot plates were not documented and not obvious. We had to resort to the internet to learn how to cook. Again not very easy for OAPs such as me.

This was in the perfect location for us and the views were fabulous! We loved the space and it had everything we needed with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a great kitchen/living space. It was also a great place to unwind too. It was perfect for transport links (next to Waterloo) but also an easy walk to the Southbank, Tate Modern etc. We also felt very secure and safe in the apartment, with several locked gates/doors with key pads. Also very quiet, which is amazing in the middle of the city. We’ve already booked our next trip!

Very, very minor but could you put washing up liquid and tea towels in the kitchen - there was a dishwasher (with 2 tablets 😀) but we didn’t use it as we weren’t eating meals in the apartment. We bought some but it’s such a simple thing to not have in a fully equipped kitchen. A small hoover too maybe? There is an ironing board and a washing machine in a big utility cupboard but no hoover.
