Great central location. Friendly amd helpful staff. The hotel is close by to Waterloo station and Lambeth North

I booked a room without a window, which tirned out to be in the basement. My error completely. The room was pitch black, Im not sure I would choose this option again.

I choosed this hotel because of the location, staff is very friendly and helpful. I did travel on my own because of work and the room was ok but I don't recommend it for two people, it's too small. They have a coffee machine at reception which was great as I love having coffee early in the morning before going anywhere. Costa coffee is also right beside the hotel in case you wanna have a full breakfast. There are shops and supermarkets very close to the hotel, it's great. Rooms are new and clean.

Everything was fine.

The location was excellent. Very close to a street full of restaurants, across the street from souvenir stores, and probably less than 10 minutes walking from main touristic attractions, as the London Eye, the river, the County Hall, and a few minutes more to Big Ben. The metro (tube?) station was right on the other corner as well. The room as small, but it was comfortable and clean. It was underground, which meant no windows. However, I didn't miss it as it had a large picture on a wall and a TV on another (and I was there basically to sleep only). It didn't have a lot of space to open and organize my bag, but I was staying only one night, so it was OK. Its decor seemed very new and modern, looked like recently remodelled, which is always a good sign. The staff at the reception desk were very sympathetic and answered all my questions. I was in a hurry so I didn't take the breakfast they offered, which I understood was in a restaurant on the same street. But then I was offered a coffee, which was what I needed at that time :). For me, it was a very good cost x benefit relation.

I could occasionally hear what seemed to be a train passing by, not too near. It was not annoying nor it bothered me, and at times I thought it could have been the AC. Not a problem at all, but it was really the only thing of notice.

Staff are super friendly and welcoming, room is nice and clean and comfortable, location is great. We stayed here last time we came to London and it is very good value and convenient for a short trip. Bed is comfortable, tv is a bonus. Handy shops only across the road and a place to get a tea or coffee. You can also get snacks/drinks from the reception. Love Lower marsh, Balance for breakfast/brunch and Pizza Pilgrims if you want to eat nearby. Walk through The Graffiti Tunnel if you're headed towards the London Eye etc

This time our room had a smaller window and was quite noisy in the morning, the noise was coming from above us but not sure what it was

Perfect , only the towels had some stamps but we asked for new ones and they gave us, I really appreciated the 24hs reception and the guys that they’re working there are very friendly . We asked them almost all for advices and they were very polite and kind . The room was very small and we had little space but that was okey because most of the time we were outside . The metro station is next to the hotel . I totally recommend it and if I ever visit London again I would like to stay there .

PERFECT location! It couldn't be in a better place, exactly opposite Lambeth Underground station which takes you to several places, and a 10 minute walk from Waterloo station which takes you everywhere, including Gatwich airport with relative ease (we went to and from the airport using the train, +/- 1:10 hour trip), not to mention that you can visit several places on foot, London Eye (15 minutes walk), Big Ben (15 minutes walk), London Tower (35 minutes walk), A region very well served by great cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a beautiful and cool place, full of beautiful and happy people, and safety, I couldn't be staying in a better region, The Hotel is super clean, on my third day the room was completely sanitized (we stayed for 5 days), I found the room and bathroom very hygienic, TV with many good channels, Very beautiful view from the room, facing a church, Confortable bed, And the icing on the cake, the EXCEPTIONAL service from the reception and administration team who did everything to make our stay pleasant, and in any inconvenience were willing to find a solution. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

I see a lot of complaints about the room being very small and in fact it is, this is even part of the hotel's slogan, but considering everything the hotel has to offer and the price, and considering the photos of the room where its size is clear, it's not it would be fair to complain about that. Be aware that the room is super small, even cramped, and if you are aware, don't complain later. You are paying a good price to be in one of the most upscale areas of the city, you can't have everything with this price. One detail, the pillows can be improved too, they are very thin, if there were two more it would be great, More sockets, next to the bed.

I'll start by highlighting the courtesy and friendliness of all the hotel staff, especially Stephen, who served us very well, politely, and prepared hot chocolates and espressos on the days we stayed ☺️ About the hotel, I highlight its proximity to Lambeth North metro station, just a few steps away. steps away. There are cafes, pubs, markets on the street and from our window we could see The Shard. London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey all within a 10 minute walk. Check-in was smooth and we paid 15 pounds to get in early, as our flight arrived at 6 am and the room would only be available at 3 pm. Room is really small, even suitcases have to be opened in bed. Hairdryer, safe, liquid soap and TV, in short, the basics.

As negative points, we stayed for 7 nights and they cleaned the room only twice, the first time after a lot of insistence and on the fifth day. And there is the constant noise of ambulance and police sirens, so be prepared if you are a light sleeper. worth the value for money.

The staff at point of arrival were excellent - it was a tall guy with glasses - he was careful and thoughtful Then when we left and kept out bags with you for a few hours - the two female staff who helped us were also very warm and connecting and made it special

The room rate at £160/night for a really small room - is hard to accept. We could barely fit in the room. Yet room was clean. Facilities were all there. Guess that is Central London now - will have to think about this in terms of future trips

Ideal location, friendly staff. Perfect for our trip

I did have an issue with a dirty towel, I asked for this to be changed with reception. When I came back late at night it hadn't been done. Evening staff were great and replaced straight away. The room is small and could have done with maybe a small seat - my husband stood in the corner like a doorman whilst I got ready 🤣🤦‍♀️
