From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at this hotel was outstanding. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were genuinely friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay, and we always returned to a room that felt fresh and clean. The location was perfect, it was 3 min walk from Westminster Bridge, we were able to walk to Big Ben, the London Eye, and the Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar square and other iconic locations. Despite being so central and close to transport links, the street was pedestrian and there were plenty of restaurants . We didn’t hear a single train or vehicle during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The area near the train station felt a bit off – slightly empty or even a little creepy, especially at night. However, we never had any negative experiences, and no one bothered or disturbed us at any time. In fact, just on the other side of the street, the surroundings were very clean and full of modern office buildings and good restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Nox Waterloo. It is the perfect place if you are attending an event at the O2 (like I did), but want to be close to the heart of London at the same time (a 10 min walk to the Parliament). In addition to this, the hotel is modern, clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. A 10/10.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

Location is absolutely amazing ! 1 minute to the vaults ,5 mins to London eye where then you are amongst everything. Bed super comfy , shower fabulous , and reception staff very smiley and helpful!!! Would definitely recommend 😍😍

We were in rom G4 which was amazing but we could hear every noise from the next room , even their phone alarm! Lots of banging of the kitchen doors and dragging of chairs , we feel like the walls are very very thin and there is no soundproofing or we had very very inconsiderate neighbours ???!!!

Excellent location right next to Waterloo station. Allowed to leave luggage before check in and after check out which is a bonus. Very clean room, had everything we needed. Tea/coffee facilities and even a little kitchenette which we didn’t use but also full size fridge. Iron, hairdryer too. Staff were very helpful on check in and check out. Great transport links for getting around London just round the corner. Hotel doesn’t do breakfast but nice cafes nearby and also lower marsh street market just outside. Food smelt amazing! Hotel room was so quiet and room 208 had a nice view of the London eye which was lovely lit up at night. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will stay again when in London.

The location was perfect! The room was so clean!

We didn’t receive a proper welcome during check-in from the young Indian boy, which was disappointing. The hotel itself is very nice, but our first interaction with the staff left a negative impression. The view from our room was not pleasant, and despite selecting a room on a higher floor during booking, the reception claimed they had no record of that request. They only noted that we requested early check-in — which was also not accommodated. There was no restroom available in the lobby, which was quite inconvenient. The kitchen area was charming but a bit small. There was a hot water tap, but unfortunately, it wasn’t working.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. We found it located in a lively area with street vendors, food, stores, just a few steps to transit. The room was cozy yet clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom well designed, and the kitchenette handy. Little details had been looked after, like ample power and USB outlets in all the places where we needed them.

Really, the only thing that left us disappointed was the hotel staff not being open to considering our request for rescheduling our stay or obtaining even a partial refund. We booked in order to attend an event in London that got moved to a different set of dates due to structural damage to their building. We were notified weeks in advance, and we asked the hotel to consider our circumstances and allow us to change the dates of our visit, or issue at least a partial refund. The hotel refused.

Location is excellent. Very close to some of the major attractions, such as Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, etc. Street is very lively and offers some good places to eat and drink. The room was small but smartly arranged. You can keep your luggage under the bed. Showers are nice. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff came every day. There is a small kitchen in the room with a stove top, fridge, and other equipment, which allows you to cook some basic meals. There are irons, hair dryers, and all the necessary equipment. Overall, very nice experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent facilities, seemed to have our room upgraded to as went for a twin room ended up in a triple which was excellent. Super friendly staff and very helpful with all our questions. Showers were exceptional aswell as the kitchen had great cooking facilities and plenty of storage space for all our belongings. Very quiet place to stay and a 5min walk from station which was super convenient. Adjustable Air con was super helpful with how hot it was weather wise when we stayed.

Bed had harder mattress than was used to/expected however still had a brilliant sleep! The WiFi kept dipping whilst there.

-The hotel's location is perfect - the hotel is secured, you cant enter unless u tap ur room card outside so the hotel doors open. - very friendly and welcoming staff - train station is few min away by walking, easy to reach - different restaurants right outside the hotel, plenty of them. Moreover, every monday to friday lower marsh markets are outside the hotel starting from 10 or 11 AM till 4-5 PM - groceries stores are available as well - There is a tea place that is called (T4) i really recommend it, its right outside the hotel - its 11 min walk to london eye - the hotel is not noisy nor busy We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect, i'd be booking the same hotel for our next stay.

- The room is not cleaned properly, they tidy up the bed, replace the towels and clean the bathroom but the problem is the floor is not wiped and there are dust particles coming from the A/C's vent, even if you cleaned it, not a second passes by and its there again😭. - Doors and walls are not soundproof, everytime someone enters their room from the rooms beside our room it felt like our room door is being open but it's actually not our door that is opening so that thing woke me up most of the nights mid sleep. But that wont keep me from booking the same hotel again, it's a really a nice hotel 👌🏼.

I had booked a Lower Ground/Windowless room for a single night in London. The price of the room was fantastic given the size of the room: the room was very spacious with lots of storage space and included a mini-built in kitchenette. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were indeed some minor noises one could hear like the very light rumble from the nearby underground but it is very faint and not disruptive to sleep. The location is fantastic, with Waterloo station a short 5min walk away and plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes on the same street as the hotel. I will most certainly be back at this hotel in the future!
