From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at this hotel was outstanding. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were genuinely friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay, and we always returned to a room that felt fresh and clean. The location was perfect, it was 3 min walk from Westminster Bridge, we were able to walk to Big Ben, the London Eye, and the Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar square and other iconic locations. Despite being so central and close to transport links, the street was pedestrian and there were plenty of restaurants . We didn’t hear a single train or vehicle during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The area near the train station felt a bit off – slightly empty or even a little creepy, especially at night. However, we never had any negative experiences, and no one bothered or disturbed us at any time. In fact, just on the other side of the street, the surroundings were very clean and full of modern office buildings and good restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Nox Waterloo. It is the perfect place if you are attending an event at the O2 (like I did), but want to be close to the heart of London at the same time (a 10 min walk to the Parliament). In addition to this, the hotel is modern, clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. A 10/10.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. We found it located in a lively area with street vendors, food, stores, just a few steps to transit. The room was cozy yet clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom well designed, and the kitchenette handy. Little details had been looked after, like ample power and USB outlets in all the places where we needed them.

Really, the only thing that left us disappointed was the hotel staff not being open to considering our request for rescheduling our stay or obtaining even a partial refund. We booked in order to attend an event in London that got moved to a different set of dates due to structural damage to their building. We were notified weeks in advance, and we asked the hotel to consider our circumstances and allow us to change the dates of our visit, or issue at least a partial refund. The hotel refused.

Location is excellent. Very close to some of the major attractions, such as Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, etc. Street is very lively and offers some good places to eat and drink. The room was small but smartly arranged. You can keep your luggage under the bed. Showers are nice. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff came every day. There is a small kitchen in the room with a stove top, fridge, and other equipment, which allows you to cook some basic meals. There are irons, hair dryers, and all the necessary equipment. Overall, very nice experience. Highly recommended.

-The hotel's location is perfect - the hotel is secured, you cant enter unless u tap ur room card outside so the hotel doors open. - very friendly and welcoming staff - train station is few min away by walking, easy to reach - different restaurants right outside the hotel, plenty of them. Moreover, every monday to friday lower marsh markets are outside the hotel starting from 10 or 11 AM till 4-5 PM - groceries stores are available as well - There is a tea place that is called (T4) i really recommend it, its right outside the hotel - its 11 min walk to london eye - the hotel is not noisy nor busy We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect, i'd be booking the same hotel for our next stay.

- The room is not cleaned properly, they tidy up the bed, replace the towels and clean the bathroom but the problem is the floor is not wiped and there are dust particles coming from the A/C's vent, even if you cleaned it, not a second passes by and its there again😭. - Doors and walls are not soundproof, everytime someone enters their room from the rooms beside our room it felt like our room door is being open but it's actually not our door that is opening so that thing woke me up most of the nights mid sleep. But that wont keep me from booking the same hotel again, it's a really a nice hotel 👌🏼.

Hotel was modern and very clean. Great location, 5 mins walk from Waterloo train station. Once you work out best way to get there!! You need to go down the escalators and come out on Waterloo road.

Intro note: I am experienced traveler (45+ countrie, couple of hundreds cities...). I really try my best to write useful reviews for other travelers. About the hotel: Really nice place. Close to the Waterloo station, London's main attraxrions and stores that you need for a few/week stays (coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc). You can easily get to any other places in the city because location is really good. The street is urban, not too noise and there was a street market/food fest when I was there. Nice. Studio was big, and has it all: hair drier, iron, safe, kettle, coffee machine with some coffee and tea, microwave, fridge...). Bed is really comfortable. They clean it realy seriosly, no compains about that. Aircon is good (cooling and heating option). It was a family studio - completely ok for a family of 4. Receptionist is amasing guy. Kind, fast, willing to help... All the best about him. Other staff was also kind. They do care about guests. Free lugagge storage is avaliable (before the check in and after the check out until the flight). Manager (or at least I think he was) reminded me thar I forget the book (even I left it becauss I did not have space in the luggage) - kind of him.

The only small thing was that wifi was nonfunctional in few days, only in the mornings.and on all my devices. However, each time they responded after I send them a message here on booking. Additionally, hair drier was missing and I informed them in the beggining of my stay so they provided new one for me.

This hotel is a great little find. The place is spotless and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was small but as expected. We had everything we needed. Powerful shower, lovely little kitchenette with toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The location for us couldn't be better with all the main sites within walking distance; Houses of Parliament, Westminster abbey, Whitehall and Buck House. Anything further afield was just a short stroll to Waterloo. Outside the Hotel is buzzing during the day with lots of stalls selling street food from around the world. We also felt safe at night returning to the Hotel, as there are quite a few bars and small restaurants doing a good trade. We had a great few days in London and this hotel was part of making the trip so enjoyable. If you just want a safe, clean and comfortable base for a short visit, then give this place a punt. I'll be surprised if you're disappointed....hope this helps.

Nothing at all

The location is very good. It is about 5-8 minutes to the Waterloo station. There is a convenient store in front of the hotel that opens from 7am to 10PM where I could easily have my breakfast and dinner. From 10AM to 2:30PM, there are several street food stall in the street. It is located in the city center, so I walked to Big Ben, parliament, etc.. The only thing is google map showed very long way to get to the hotel. Actually, the hotel could be reached by walking into the Waterloo station and got out from the back entrance of the station. I will stay at Nox Hotel again.

I like the hotel's location; everything is on the street—from shops across the street to great restaurants and cafes. Waterloo train station is nearby, which also has everything you need, as well as a metro station. Since I like to explore the city on foot, everything was within walking distance. In the evenings, there are also two nearby theaters (Old and Young VIC), so it's great to go to a show.

I would like to have the option to check in earlier. You don't have to wait until 3 pm. I don't like the practice of charging a fee for every hour you check in to the hotel earlier. Since check out is until 11 am, it would be fair for check in to be from 1 pm.
