The room we were given was great, large TV and view of the London Eye. Location was perfect for seeing the New Years Eve fireworks and walking into central London. Staff were excellent when checking in and in the evening on the bar when under pressure as lots of customers visiting before fireworks.

On New Years Eve in the evening the hotel reception and bar area was full of people, many of which were sheltering and not staying at the hotel. It would have been better to only allow in residents due to the influx of people into the area for the fireworks.

We had an amazing stay at Novotel London Waterloo, and the experience will forever be in our memories. I would like to give a special thank you to the staff member Lea Manalo, who truly made a difference during our visit. Her gesture was deeply moving: she learned how important a very special book was to me and, with so much care and thoughtfulness, decided to gift it to my daughter. This act of generosity was so meaningful and touching for our family, and I can't find enough words to express my gratitude. The hotel staff was always warm and attentive, and the Novotel Waterloo's facilities were impeccable. The location was great, and the hospitality was excellent in every moment. Without a doubt, we will return and will always remember Lea's wonderful gesture. We highly recommend it!

Hotel clean, bed are very comfy, breakfast nice. Restaurant menu not over complicated, simple and tasty , price a bit high but this is a London. Great location, really good location. All staff is friendly except one.

One thing I missed in our room- hair dryer, every hotel must have. Car park doesn't belong to hotel and you need too pre-booked (witch we didn't known should be more info on booking or at the desk). We arrived in noon, hungry instead of going somewhere else we decided to have lunch in hotel, we went to bar to asking info about kitchen and lady behind bar (27.05.25 about 3pm) just ignored us and carried on her conversation with her colleague witch is very rude. When finally I got her attention I asked her or kitchen is open she jus said "yes" and walked away. I was shocked, from her zero hospitality. We stand there for minute or two like idiots and when we started walking away she shouted or we need menu. Manager should consider for staff proper training.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were always clean thanks to excellent housekeeping, and the hotel itself is conveniently located close to the city center. We especially enjoyed the delicious and hearty breakfasts with a wide selection of dishes. At the entrance, guests were always greeted with refreshing water a pleasant touch after walks. Our windows faced a quiet side, so it was completely silent at night, and we slept very well. I would also like to note the convenient bus stops near the hotel, which made it easy to get to any tourist spot. The value for money fully satisfied us. We would gladly stay here again and thank all the staff for their hospitality and care for the guests.

The location is ideal - it's very close (a few seconds walk) from Lambeth Bridge - one bridge away from Westminster bridge. Westminster bridge (and the Houses of Parliament, London Eye, and all the hustle and bustle of the London tourist area) are a five minute walk away, but Lambeth itself, particularly where the hotel is located, is quiet and tranquil compared to Westminster. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with very friendly and well trained staff who were happy to help. Though I have to admit, we didn't have to speak to them, except for check-in, because there was no reason to! Everything was fine. The bar staff were friendly and were on hand to make recommendations for house wine etc. The bar was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and with a relaxed ambience. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was absolutely fine. Very much a standard affair that you would find at any other hotel - bacon, eggs, sausage etc, or serial or continental style if you prefer. We didn't have to wait long for table, despite it being very busy in the morning - there are plenty of tables, and the staff were very friendly and multi-lingual. All the rooms have glass water bottles in them which you can re-fill for free from the chilled and filtered water machines available in all the corridors of the hotel. A nice touch.

There really wasn't anything to not like! I've stayed in many hotels in London, and one gets used to very tired, somehwat shabby hotels simply due to the turnover. This hotel was NOT like that. It's very clean, the staff are really good, and it's in possibly the best location in London! Literally minutes walk along the river to Westminster and the heart of London, yet the hotel itself is on a relatively quiet street.

I recently stayed at Novotel London Waterloo, and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. The hotel offers an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was spotless, well-designed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request, making me feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern yet cozy, creating the perfect balance for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend Novotel London Waterloo and will definitely be returning on my next visit to London!

We liked the close location to transit, and the cleanliness and size of the room.

We arrived late and had already paid on booking but were erroneously charged again and then we had to stand in line the next day to ask for it to be reversed, but then they said it was done and we didn’t need to waste our time to stand in line. Normally hotels give small drink coupons or something with faux pas like that, but this one wasn’t like that.

The location was excellent walking distance from the London eye and Houses of Parliament

We were told to turn up and we could ask for a room with a view. We called up in advance several times and was told the allocations of the rooms will be on the day of arrival so we made it in and asked for a room with a view and we were told we should’ve booked this in advance and nothing was available throughout our stay we were very disappointed, however the hotel is excellent and has a gym and a sauna and the breakfast was excellent with

From the moment you arrived was extremely impressed .The Lady on desk Suggested joining to get a discount for next time and also meant you could go in your room early and we had three voucher for a drink so that was definitely worth it because we've got in the room earlier. Fantastic customer service from this lady. AALIYAH Also CAMILLA Supervisor who also came across very good with her service . There was quite alot of staff at breakfast and in bar didnt get all there names like say thank you to the staff who were friendly and was good at there job .Lady who bought over our water to .my friend and i on Sunday 26 th May . In the afternoon .😁

No cash on you you cant use the locker in gym/ sauna could be a good idea to say this as you are and sign in the form because most people don't carry cash with them these days luckily for me nobody was in the gym or sauna so it was easy enough just to keep my my flamingo bag with me.

The room is very nice and very functional for a family. The location is excellent. The food is very good and easy to get for the room.

The front desk staff were not very helpful and didn’t seem very interested in their job/function. They really made a bad impression with my wife and myself. Opposite impression with bar staff. They were very nice and helpful.
