The room we were given was great, large TV and view of the London Eye. Location was perfect for seeing the New Years Eve fireworks and walking into central London. Staff were excellent when checking in and in the evening on the bar when under pressure as lots of customers visiting before fireworks.

On New Years Eve in the evening the hotel reception and bar area was full of people, many of which were sheltering and not staying at the hotel. It would have been better to only allow in residents due to the influx of people into the area for the fireworks.

We had an amazing stay at Novotel London Waterloo, and the experience will forever be in our memories. I would like to give a special thank you to the staff member Lea Manalo, who truly made a difference during our visit. Her gesture was deeply moving: she learned how important a very special book was to me and, with so much care and thoughtfulness, decided to gift it to my daughter. This act of generosity was so meaningful and touching for our family, and I can't find enough words to express my gratitude. The hotel staff was always warm and attentive, and the Novotel Waterloo's facilities were impeccable. The location was great, and the hospitality was excellent in every moment. Without a doubt, we will return and will always remember Lea's wonderful gesture. We highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at Novotel London Waterloo, and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. The hotel offers an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was spotless, well-designed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request, making me feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern yet cozy, creating the perfect balance for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend Novotel London Waterloo and will definitely be returning on my next visit to London!

The location was excellent walking distance from the London eye and Houses of Parliament

We were told to turn up and we could ask for a room with a view. We called up in advance several times and was told the allocations of the rooms will be on the day of arrival so we made it in and asked for a room with a view and we were told we should’ve booked this in advance and nothing was available throughout our stay we were very disappointed, however the hotel is excellent and has a gym and a sauna and the breakfast was excellent with

From the moment you arrived was extremely impressed .The Lady on desk Suggested joining to get a discount for next time and also meant you could go in your room early and we had three voucher for a drink so that was definitely worth it because we've got in the room earlier. Fantastic customer service from this lady. AALIYAH Also CAMILLA Supervisor who also came across very good with her service . There was quite alot of staff at breakfast and in bar didnt get all there names like say thank you to the staff who were friendly and was good at there job .Lady who bought over our water to .my friend and i on Sunday 26 th May . In the afternoon .😁

No cash on you you cant use the locker in gym/ sauna could be a good idea to say this as you are and sign in the form because most people don't carry cash with them these days luckily for me nobody was in the gym or sauna so it was easy enough just to keep my my flamingo bag with me.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, just across the river from a lot of main attractions. It was around a 15 minute walk to Big Ben and we felt safe. There is a metro station about a 10 minute walk away and a bus stop is located across the street from the hotel. The reception desk was very helpful and accommodating, we got an early check-in and later Radha was amazing and provided exceptional customer service, helping us to solve a situation with a local attraction. The service at this hotel was above and beyond, which we were very pleased with.

The room was smaller than anticipated. It had a modern tinted glass shower but the bathroom door did not provide enough privacy for a family. The room was more appropriate for couple but not a family (mother and teenager son). Also, there was no microwave in the room.

Great location and tidy bedroom. I had booked a room for 4 people. Asked for the sofa to be left up as the children weren't with me in the end. Got to the room and all that we had was a double bed and a chair. Not sure where the kids would have slept if they had been with me!!

Didn't feel like the staff really cared about the people. Very impersonal compared to other London hotels. No mention of things like the spa which I didn't know was there. The rooms were new and clean. Room service was good, the staff was really helpful and nice. We asked for an umbrella and a transformer for our chargers, and they gave it straight away. We enjoyed our stay.

Only 2 things we didn't like: 1. Breakfast is way too expensive. This hotel isn't cheap, and you would think that breakfast is included in the price but unfortunately, it isn't. It costs 20-22 pounds per person every morning to eat the hotel's breakfast. In my opinion, it is firstly ridiculous that breakfast isn't included in the (already expensive) booking price, and second, the breakfast itself is way too expensive. 2. The gym can be better. It closes at 10 pm which is quite early considering that most tourists come back to the hotel around that time. Furthermore, it didn't have dumbells, only cables which was a bit frustrating as there were dumbells in the pictures of the gym.

The Hotel is at a very good location, near Thames. In 2 minutes on foot you can see the Big Ben in the other side of the river. A bus station is outside the Hotel and the metro station is only 5 minutes away. There is a restaurant in the Hotel with excellent food and a wonderful bar with a variety of beers and coffee. This is very practical because you don't need to worry about where to eat throughout the day, you always have the choice to eat in the Hotel. The personnel was very kind and helpful. Real professionals, they made their best to ensure a wonderful experience for the visitors. Nice breakfast with big variety and quantity that was never left off. Cleanliness of the rooms and all spaces of the Hotel was at a high level. Rooms are cosy, warm and practical, with USB Type A sockets, apart from the British ones and a Nespresso compatible coffee machine (you can bring your Nespresso capsules with you, if you are a coffee lover and enjoy it like being home)

From the moment I arrived, Shuko's warm demeanor and attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction, whether it was assisting with accommodations, providing recommendations for local attractions, or ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. Shuko went above and beyond to accommodate any request and consistently exceeded my expectations. Their genuine care and enthusiasm for their work enhanced my overall experience at Novetal Waterloo, leaving me with fond memories and a desire to return.

I have no complaints everything was perfect.
