The location was perfect for my trip. The room and all of the amenities inside the room were great as well. I made use of the iron and ironing board which was prefect

The cost of the mini bar items. There is a tesco express very close to the hotel so the option to use it negates the need to overpay for mini bar items, which you have to agree are overpriced. If they were more competitively priced, then people may avail of them more often. It feels like the mini bar items are there as a means to make further profit instead of benefitting the convenience of the customer, like all the other items in the room are there to do, iron, TV, WiFi etc, don't incur extra charges. I appreciate it's maybe not logical to make them free, but you could definitely make them more competitive pricing wise

Lovely view from high floor balcony room with floor to ceiling windows meaning you can see the Thames boats sailing by from bed! Comfy bed and pillows, very nice bathroom. Toiletries all very nice quality and at the same time eco-friendly (e.g. very effective shower cap made of corn starch not plastic) which I thought was wonderful. Staff had very kindly responded to the news that my husband was having a big birthday by sending a card and range of sweets and fruits to the room - lovely personal touch.

Nothing really important to share here. Quite small room for the price (though perfectly comfortable). Television embedded in mirror which is very smart but reflections slightly obstruct visibility of screen.

Very easy location and comfortable ambiance.

Staffs were not trained well to handle customers with Hyatt standards. Front desk charged GBP 50 as a security deposit which usually majority hotels does not. Once I paid my security deposit and room charges through my credit card, again there was some discrepancy in amount, he charged extra GBP 16. Once I questioned the reason for this extra charge, there were no convincing answer and finally he agreed to refund this amount to back my credit card account.

Thames River view from rooms , Cleanliness , friendly staff , Washroom and toilet especially Japanese warm toilet with bidet ( only one in UK perhaps ) , Latest style Bath tub and shower . Lebanese and Japanese cuisine Restaurant at 15th floor with belly dancer .

Little away from centre .. 20 minutes walk from Big Ben / London eye . Small issues like washroom exhaust was not working , AC and heater settings not able to change which can be ignored .

Pretty much everything, my room was great, spacious and very comfortable with a river view. Wonderful after travelling a long way. Good hot showers and lovely toiletries. Lovely welcome at reception and really well located although over the river and fairly close to Vauxhall as nearest Tube. I also ate in the restaurant and food was fantastic but a little expensive for my budget as a lone traveller. The restaurant staff where particularly lovely and went out of there way to make me feel welcome in a room full of couples enjoying date night :-)

There is an external glass live up to the restaurant on the 15th floor, I don't like heights but the restaurant staff came to personally take me a back way up to the restaurant. The food is delicious.

One of the best nights i spent in my life❤️thank you for the amazing host . The cleanliss of the hotel was super, it's location was spectacular next to bigben and the southbank. We walked to london and tower bridge. London needs to be explorated by foot. There was also embankment grocery next to the hotel that serves halal food.

The breakfast choices were good and the quality was high. The buffet selection was good as well. The rooftop restaurant quality was excellent. The service overall was excellent. The rooms were extremely well soundproofed.

More selection for the breakfast buffet. Less noise at the rooftop restaurant. The rooms were small.

It’s clean, smells new and smells good, modern, nice amenities like the Nespresso machine, the push button shower controls, the touch of elegance in parts of the room like leather paddings on the closet doors, the breakfast buffet, you can even request a cappuccino from a barista, same as what you get from an expensive coffee shop

The location. It’s far and isolated. Nothing much to do outside the hotel. And it’s far from the nearest underground station

Beautiful facilities, very comfy room

Our tv didn’t work which we informed the reception straight away, were told they would plan maintenance for the following day. Which never came, we also paid for a movie that we were unable to watch / get our money back through the streaming service. Upon checkout we re discussed this issue and the service received was great 😊 very friendly and apologetic

The Albert Embankment was near my conference facility, with good bus transportation to downtown. The room was small be had everything one needs (except TV - not working in the whole hotel, but who needs TV today?). The breakfast was very good with a wide buffet selection. The POTUS restaurant has a short menu but well-cooked food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view of the Thames, Parliament, and Big Ben was excellent.

Mainly the location - good for me or for Lambeth Palace (or MI6, I guess) but not near the high tourist spots. Not a large variety of restaurants (but a few good ones) nearby and almost no shops.
