Great location, clean, comfortable bed

Would have liked more pillows. Hairdryer worked intermittently, hand wash and body wash only supplied.

The location was perfect right outside of Pimlico station! There is a local convenience store across the road that sold so many different things. A pub downstairs and even a pub 5 mins around the corner. A great cafe nearby too. The bed was so comfortable, half the time we didn’t want to leave it! A lovely kitchenette with a great sized mini fridge. I loved the storage bins under the bed for our clothes and things as there wasn’t a closet. I loved the old style of the building, the old fireplaces and the wooden beams around the ceiling!

We wasn’t a fan of being on the 4th floor. No lift. However, the size of the size there’s no room for a lift. Walking up to the 4th floor everyday made us feel never unfit. But that was the only bad thing about our whole experience.

Great instructions about how to find property and get the keys. The flat is very close to Pimlico tube and bus stops. There looked to be plenty of heating and fans (but we didn't need those). It is on quite a busy road, but we weren't troubled by traffic noise.

The carpet and hallway could do with a clean, but otherwise the property was well presented. The bed was quite soft and the headboard had a couple of missing panels, but was fine. The sofabed was comfortable to sit and sleep on. Wifi router was easy to connect to but unfortunately there was intermittent/no internet connection.

Having read through the previous reviews I was a little concerned about my impending stay. Reviews stated that people received numerous e-mails about arrival times. This was not the case, the owners were helpful and let us leave our bags prior to checking in. We were met by the cleaner who was lovely and was busy cleaning the room. The stairs up to the apartment were dirty, but this was a cream carpet so every mark would show. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, we had a good night's sleep. The apartment was on the top floor - around 60 steps which after walking around all day was a struggle but the views were worth the climb. The location was fab - 15 minute walk from Victoria Bus Station, Tube Station outside and a welcoming pub next door. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found this good value. We would book again.

Could do with extra pillows, extra towels and a bath mat.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be within the walking distance from Big Ben or Buckingham Palace. Victoria Coach Station and train station are just 15 minutes away. There is a grocery store nearby. The apartment has all the necessary things. It was good for our family, 2 adults and 2 kids. It was easy to check in, and the host answered all our questions. The host even came to provide a new duvet on short notice. Great customer service!

The couch was a bit dirty. I think it just got like this overtime because of many visitors.

Gorgeous apartment, great location. Great value.

The living room had too much furniture in. The table and chairs are not really needed. Bathroom grout needed a massive scrub and de moulding.

The bath

I was on a high fourth floor without an elevator and with very narrow stairs, the bedroom was smaller than what is seen in the photos.

The location is great and the room is beautiful. The bed is comfortable and there is a nice soaker bath tub. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

There was some confusion over the code to get the key, but someone helped us get in. The steps are a bit steep up to the 4th floor. The WiFi did not work, but it wasn't listed in the room description and we didn't spend much time in the room. Also, there were only two very small towels and no hand towels to dry your hands.

Very good location! It is really close to the underground and buses stop. It also has nearby facilities as liquor stores and supermarket.

I had an inconvenient when someone locked the building door from the inside and I wasn’t able to open it using the password. I had to contact someone from the Booking app because there is no front desk. It took me more than 30 min to get in my room.

The apartment was very stylish and a good size. Location was excellent as there was shops and pub right outside. Easy access also due to underground being right outside.In terms of cleanliness this could have been a lot better. Bed had stains on the covers and some dust. We also only had 1 toilet roll for 3 days and the stairs were a bit of a nightmare also for take case up and down.
