Good staff, comfortable room, clean,good location

Early check out/ Very strict only up to 11 :00 AM most of hotels are 12:00 or more

Excellent location - very close to Victoria station so no lack of amenities, shops or transport services. It was also quiet so we didn't have any problems with traffic noise or anything. Staff were very helpful especially when arriving late ... we even emailed the hotel at around 10pm as we were still on our way and they responded immediately! Room was very small but comfortable.

The size of the room may be a problem for anyone with large luggage. We only had 2 small luggage with us but needed to stay moving these around to manoeuver! Overall, the hotel was very clean but it could do with a bit more cleanliness as we noticed that certain filters (such as the one of the A/C or bathroom) were not clean.

Very friendly staff and a warm welcome. Check in was quick and easy. My single room was small but had enough room for my small case and there was room for my things on a table, as well as some hanging space for clothes. Overlooked the back of the hotel so very quiet. A decent shower! A lovely part of London, and very near to Pimlico tube. A bonus was no charge for storing my luggage on my last day. Definitely recommend.

It had a cube seat underneath the table which isn't really needed as there's no room to pull it out to sit on. The shelf above the bathroom sink could be moved elsewhere, as there's no room to bend over to wash your face / clean your teeth. No room to fill the kettle easily, and a bigger mug would be nice (little things).

This is one of the nicest budget accommodations I have stayed in while in London. I had a single room which was small but extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. It is near the tube, the train and the coach station with great bus links also. The kettle in the room was very useful and the WiFi was great. I’m in London a lot for work and I’ll definitely be back. They even looked after my luggage for several hours after I checked out as I had things to do. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect, walking distance to two main metro stations, including Victoria. The area is safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Wi-fi worked well. Air conditioning was working well. We could leave our luggage at the hotel´s luggage storage after checkout until our evening flight. In general, Victoria Inn is a very good choice to visit London.

The room was very small and the shower did not drain well.

I loved staying here, although it was only 1 night. Delighted with the air conditioning and taught the room although small, was very well designed. I will stay here again. They also have 24 hour reception which helped a lot as my coach was delayed by 5 hours at Calais so arrived very late. I had already contacted them about the late arrival which they had no issue with.

Only negative for me, was on lower ground room which meant my phone had no signal.

The location is amazing. Can't beat it.

We requested a refill of coffee and tea and clean mugs and told reception to do it even though we had the DND sign on the door. When we came back, it wasn't done and when we called reception she was able to give us more tea and coffee but no clean mugs. Not a big deal, but having to wash the mugs after mentioning we needed clean ones and the not cheap price we paid for our stay was not nice

Nice welcome, tidy comfortable room

The location was great as was the air conditioning. London was having a heat wave so I really appreciated the coolness after returning for the day. Staff were very accommodating and nice.

There was a shelf directly above my sink which made it difficult for brushing your teeth. If the shelf was moved to the left about 18 inches, life would be great!

Modern little space ideal for a solo traveler. Excellent location within walking distance from Victoria and extremely good value for money.

Everything was great. Only complaint was I didn't know how to control the thermostat so the room was pretty cold on arrival but I was warm enough under the duvet! The water in the shower didn't drain away as it should so it flooded onto the bathroom floor but this in no way spoilt my stay.
