It was very good value for money in great location. Although rooms small it was clean and comfy. Shower was lovely and warm.

The mattress was very hard. If it had been cold and windy the old sash window didn't fit very well. It's looking rather tired, but it would be mega money to do up, to be expected in a property of its age.

Lovely hotel, always someone on reception, staff all very helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable and situated in a nice street, just a short walk from the tube. Plenty of pubs and shops a short walk away too.

Good neighborhood, very close to Pimlico station. If you plan to visit Tate Britain this place is a great locaiton for you. I had a nice stroll from Big Ben back to the hotel which took around 30 minutes. There were hardly any noise coming from the hallway. I had a peaceful stay.

There were a few flights of stairs to go through to get to my room on the top floor. Luckily I did not have any luggage with me, so it was not a big deal.

Very good location, helpful staff, clean

Rather small problems and little nitpicking: Only shower gel toiletries, no shampoo. We were staying for 3 nights and only 5 shower gel packs were in the bathroom. If both of us take a shower a day we would've needed atleast 6 so I would've added more by default. The receptionist didn't mind giving us more though so all was well. After taking a shower, the bathroom floor was too wet. There should be a longer shower curtain. We were in the basement room so we often heard the underground system. It wasn't too loud but if you're a light sleeper it might annoy you.

The room was comfortable and clean.

Location was very good. The room exceeded our expectations as it was larger than expected : we ordered a double and it had a second bed which may be why. Everything was very clean. Bedding all looked new and was comfortable. We could turn the heating off and open the window. Although our room faced Belgrave Road road noise was minimal. We also had no problems with noise from other occupants. Staff were very helpful and we liked the 24 hour desk availability. Numerous good cafes within 2 blocks for breakfast.

There is no breakfast provided but we knew this. The shower cutains could be longer and this would prevent water going onto the bathroom floor. This water did not drain well and would eventually damage the flooring.

Location was great, near 2 subway stations. Area was safe. Staff was friendly. Quiet property and clean!

The shower. There’s no ledge to keep the water from going over the whole floor of the bathroom. I had read this so I brought a bath mat and an old towel and it was much better! I don’t think it would be too hard to put a dividing strip on the floor.
