The location is absolutely perfect! Pimlico underground is literally just around the corner. The apartment was very clean and we found all items, that had been mentioned in the description. Communication with the owner was perfect before and during our stay, very kind and helpful.
The beds were super uncomfortable. We had a double bed, where the mattress was lumpy and crooked and the pull out sofa bed was hard and felt very used. There were only two double-duvets which were so thick that they would have been great during winter but impossible to use in early fall. We had to take of the sheets and use them instead and it wasn’t possible to get extra sets, so all 4 of us could have one.

Fabulous central location, felt safe, and could walk to get food, go to restaurants, and catch the train. The apartment itself was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed!
We were on level 3, therefore there were 6 flights of stairs to get to our apartment! We had two very heavy suitcases which we needed to get up and down. After a long day, it was hard climbing the stairs, we were ok, but some people may not be.

This was an excellent location, just next to the fast Victoria Line Underground with a couple of ,bus routes immediately next to the building. There was a very good local corner store and a wine merchant plus a fabulous Georgian restaurant called 'Iberia' over the road. The Studio was spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Pimlico is a great part of London and very easy to access or get back to after a night out in town.
I regrettably did not see the message from the company advising me that I would be accommodated on the 4th floor. So, I found myself having to climb 85 stairs every time I had to access my room! This was no joke, as I am old and not 100% well. I understand totally that many London houses do NOT have lifts, but I would advise anyone staying here to DOUBLE CHECK their room allocation as soon as they receive their confirmation email.

The location is perfect. Less than 3 minute walk from the Pimlico station. All questions we had, the host was always available via WhatsApp or phone to answer. There are a lot of groceries around, train and bus station, and it is a 20-minute walk to the Westminster Abbey, with great views of the City of Westminster
We stayed in the apartment 2, which is downstairs. The access to the apartment is tight, the stairs are too small and you need to be careful when carrying some luggage up and downstairs. It is quite difficult to go up and down with the luggage. Also the WiFi connection doesn't work properly in the room with the bathroom, I had to use my mobile data (which is also not that good since the apartment is underground).

Great location for easy access to London centre, period propert, goid security, in pleasant area, just outside congestion charge zone and several.parking options nearby, including free on-street parking (although this is time/day dependant but is clearly marked on the street signs), easy stroll from tube station, plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Handy kitchen facilities, comfortable lounge & bedroom and very kind of the owner to permit 5 adults (all family members) to share the apartment together.
Presumably a listed building as it has only single glazing which, being in London, meant the noise of vehicles, footsteps & voices of pedestrians and then late night revellers was extremely loud all through the night for those sleeping in the lounge on the sofa bed (which is lumpy and not comfortable). Only 1 WC for all 5 guests to share and it's in a teeny en suite in the main bedroom so nighttime use meant we had to disturb the guests in the bedroom. Thus the property ideal for just 2 guests who are sleeping in the bedroom, away from the exterior noise.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in London. The location is excellent — situated in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood that feels both safe and charming, yet still well-connected to everything I needed. The communication with the owner was seamless from start to finish. Getting the key was easy, and there were no issues at all — everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was lovely: the room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook and feel at home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a perfect place to unwind after busy days in the city. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others looking for a cozy and well-located place in London.
What could be improved: - During our stay, the weather was warm (around 26°C outside), and the room got very hot with no proper airflow. A fan or some ventilation would really help in warmer months. - The toilet had a strong moisture smell, which was unpleasant. - The TV remote battery ran out — it would be useful to have extra batteries available in the apartment. - A small suggestion for the kitchen: having a few basic essentials like oil or sauces would be helpful for short stays, so guests don’t have to buy everything from scratch.

Amazing location, very central, and felt like a real city experience. A two-minute walk from the nearest train station, easy to get everywhere. The apartment was incredibly clean and had everything we needed, self-check in was a breeze, especially since we only made it to the apartment quite late on check-in day. Really nice to have keypad access rather than keys as well. Our host was helpful and kind.
Because the location is so central, there is quite a lot of traffic noise etc that floats up from the street, but that’s to be expected. We also knew that there wasn’t a lift in the building, but we still made it up the stairs with our big bags.

Excellent location. Really central to a lot of tourist attractions, and was perfect for the multiple locations I needed to access. Bus stop on the door step, and a tube station on the Victoria line just around the corner. 15 mins from King's Cross on the Victoria line. 15/20 mins door to door on the bus to Westminster. Had everything you needed, kitchenette, kitchen table, couch, lots of electrical sockets. Bed was really comfortable, towels were provided as well. Really easy check in, lots of comms regarding this and provided with contact details if any issues.
The walls are quite thin, so you could hear people upstairs and people entering apartments next door sounded like they were coming into this apartment. Church bells ring on the hour. But this was the only downside!

The balcony, and the high ceilings with crown moulding made the rooms beautiful to look at. The location to the underground was very convenient. The second bed was also made up which was nice because I had just come off a long flight and didn't have to fool with figuring out the pull out sofa.
I couldn’t find the air conditioning so it did get hot at night. The neighbors did their laundry in the middle of the night which was very loud. Some hooks in the bathroom would be nice for towels because we were 4 staying there.
