No washcloths, it’s a minor thing, but inconvenient; most people were not aware of the Belgrave Road or the hotel’s location. Every taxi driver took me to or arrived at a hostel with a similar name but with a different address number. Your website needs to be updated.

The Belgrave hotel worked really well for us, an older couple. First thing to mention is that transatlantic flights are physically and mentally exhausting and choosing a good hotel is important to a good start . We also got a private driver to pick us up at the airport also through Booking. It was not much more than the train and dropped us right at the door. This was a great decision. The Belgrave is a small budget hotel right in a terrific location close to all of the major sites. They will hold your bags if you get in too early for check in and it has a restaurant and a bar on site as well as plenty of easy walk places to eat. We took a very small but reasonably priced room. It was very clean. Housekeeping staff was exceptional. Bathroom and shower worked well . Breakfast was good and also reasonable. We walked almost everywhere we went. I also would recommend the Uber boat which takes you right down the Thames. It is more like a hop on hop off than an Uber as we know it in the US. We loved London. We spent 6 nights at the Belgrave. It was a great stay. I would stay there again.

The hotel was very well located - in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and 2 underground train stations. The first thing we noticed on arrival at The Belgrave was the friendliness of the staff and both the hotel lobby and bar were beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room was very clean with a lovely array of quality toiletries and we had a lovely Christmas tree on our balcony which made it feel very festive! The breakfast buffet was very good, had plenty of seating and was attended to by very friendly, efficient staff. The bar prices were very reasonable, especially for London, so we enjoyed nightcaps every evening. In conclusion we would definitely return to The Belgrave and have no trouble recommending this hotel to others.

The only fault we found was the bed - it was dipping on one side so my husband felt he was falling out!! Maybe a check on beds and mattresses would be a good idea for the management ongoing! Apart from that there was nothing to dislike.

Everything! We've travelled to London regularly and this was our first time staying at The Belgrave hotel. We couldn't fault a thing. The breakfast gave a good choice of food and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and tidy. The location was really good with public transport, shopping, and tourist spots close by, along with a massive choice of good restaurants within walking distance. We found the beds very comfortable and the chaise lounge in our room got a lot of use relaxing on return to the hotel. We will definitely be booking a room at your hotel on our next trip to the UK.

Wonderful staff , all very helpful and friendly.

No wardrobe. About 10 hangers on one wall, however,this was adequate for 2 nights . As usual there was insufficient floor space for opening the modern wheeled suitcases, although I did do this and leave it but had to hope over it when I wanted to go around my bed. I arrived at the Victoria bus station and walked there, however, the street kept changing its name and the dwellings were numbered in a peculiar manner, sometimes with consecutive numbers on the same side. It would have been nice if explicit direction s were given to walk form station or bus depot.

The location was ideal, a reasonably short walk from Victoria tube station on the Circle line. Check in was smooth and all the staff during our stay were courteous, friendly and helpful. Our rooms on the 4th floor were easily accessed by the hotel lift and were clean, quiet and of adequate size. We found a great and reasonable Thai restaurant 'The Pimlico Thai' in a side street just across the road for an evening meal and enjoyed gorgeous Panini for a quick lunch at EMI Deli restaurant, also nearby, during our stay. We would thoroughly recommend The Belgrave Hotel and will use it again for a London visit.

Room was exactly as described, a small double, so it was small... Staff were friendly, breakfast was good quality. It was well located for my business appointments. Wifi worked well.

Being on the third floor and I think near one of the main air-conditioning units on the roof? There was an underlying low sound, similar to a washing machine going into high spin cycle about every 5 minutes throughout my time in the hotel - certainly not loud enough to complain to reception about, but just enough to keep you from having a good night's sleep. The only minus point in an otherwise good stay.

Honestly can't think of anything - maybe add a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival? It's such a gorgeous facility with great history, it seems like that would be appropriate!

The breakfast was continental but you could pay £6 extra for a cooked breakfast. The room was small but typical of central London. The location is close to Victoria Station and therefore convenient for getting to most parts of London by tube or train. The local area has plenty of nice restaurants and bars. We particularly enjoyed our meal at Stone & Grill. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and the hitel itself was spotless. Great value for money.

The pillow was quite thin and there were no other pillows in the room, however I'm sure if I had asked, I could have got one from reception
