I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Victoria Station, which made getting there from Gatwick Airport incredibly convenient. It’s also very close to a Tube station, so getting around London was quick and easy. The bed was very comfortable, though I found the pillows a bit too firm for my liking. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and consistent hot water — a perfect way to relax after a day out. What truly stood out was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and outstanding service.

The only drawback was the absence of a minibar or small fridge in the room, which would have been a nice addition. Still, this was a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives.

The staff were amazing. Lovely people, very nice and accommodating. They upgraded us to a larger room, with an extra bed. They arranged a bag breakfast for us on our last day as we were leaving early. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location was great - very safe, quiet, clean neighborhood and walking distance to tube and buses. Recently refurbished and very clean rooms and bathrooms.

The rooms are small and the beds are very small. The "queen" bed is the size of an American old fashioned double bed - not queen. They're quite comfortable, but small. It's difficult to move around in the room, and you can only open a suitcase on the bed - no other space in the double room.

We arrived early and the staff were only too happy to check us in. The double room we booked wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to an apartment which was located a couple of doors down the street. The apartment had a very comfortable very clean bedroom with wardrobe, a kitchen dining lounge area and a good sized bathroom. The bedroom didn’t have a lot of room (which we knew when we booked the double room) so we used the lounge area for our luggage. It is an easy 10 minute walk to Victoria station even with luggage.

The kitchen needed some maintenance as the cupboards were very well warn and didn’t look very clean. The bathroom also didn’t look very clean but again this might just be because it is in need of an update.

Stayed for one night only and required only a single room, therefore was not expecting too much! However, I was completely delighted with my stay and cannot raise an issue with one single thing. The location is great and very convenient for local bars, restaurants and Victoria Station, at check in, the staff were polite and very helpful and although small, the room was spotlessly clean, had a great bathroom and was more then adequate for a single traveller. Breakfast the following morning was excellent considering the price and I've stayed in many hotels that come nowhere close to offering the selection. All in, a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will certainly be back!

The property was extremely clean. It was an amazing location within walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Big Bend and many other attractions along the river. Restaurants across the street from the hotel and a convenient store right on the corner across from the hotel. It is in walking distance of the underground train station.

That the breakfast is not included. For my husband and I for one morning’s breakfast was 27.90 pounds. Everything else with the hotel was amazing.

Everything was fantastic! The location was very close to the Underground and Coach stations. Lots of food options very close by. The room was big, filled with more than we expected. We had a microwave and fridge! The staff were amazing! Very clean...we constantly saw someone cleaning (even saw them cleaning the elevator floor!). It's going to be our new home when we visit London! Highly recommend!!

Nothing (the bed in rm 303 could use a new mattress, if I'm going to be picky)

Perfect location, a simple walk to a lot of attractions and train stations. Very friendly reception people, the room was very comfortable and the bedding freshly clean, smelled nice. The breakfast was good, lots of options.

My room was right next to the reception and I could hear people talk and pass by our door, I’m a light sleeper but it was one night so this didn’t bother me much.

The room was very large and comfy. The staff when entering were welcoming and happy to help. The area to which the hotel was situated was perfect for getting around London.

Where our room was, we could hear staff members in reception moving about. During the day, it was fine, but we could still hear them in the night whilst trying to sleep. This was only a minor inconvenience though.

Suited our needs and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfy(2 single). Bathroom was clean and shower was a nice size. Our Room looked into back gardens.

The walls in the room were dirty. It’s like someone sprayed drink/something on the wall. To be honest we were busy and out and about and didn’t notice it until we had already spent one night. Room was a bit dated.

I love the bed, loved the breakfast and the location. It's close to Victoria station so It was really easy for me to go and came back from London marathon. Close to restaurants and more hotels.

I would have loved to have a bigger room or space to have another place to put bags, or just to move around the room. But I made it work, also it was a room for 1 so I understand the space thing.
