The room was comfortable and I was able to enjoy a good night's sleep relatively undisturbed, compared with stays at the hotel on previous occasions. I actually preferred it that the hotel didn't have a window and was isolated from the area outside, because in this area, you tend to get noise from traffic and even car alarms during the night. That said, it's a wonderful area for transport links. I thought the room was attractive and I liked the mural of the London skyline.

It's hard to fault it really, considering the location and the relative value compared to other hotels. A kettle would have made it much more homely as it would have made it easier to make hot drinks and even snacks that only need a kettle.

The beds are a little hard, but doable.. more pillows would’ve been nice too as they were flat like pancakes. There was no tea or coffee offered in the rooms which was a bit annoying and odd to me, I have never been to a hotel that didn’t offer drinks in the room.. not really any amenities, like a fridge or microwave.. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t a garbage bin in the room, I had to use a reusable bag to throw things out..

Has a great location, very close by the Victoria station, you can basically connect with everything around. The room was tiny, but it covered our needs and was okay for the price. It had air conditioning, which was a great plus! We had a nice time, and we could surely go back, as soon as we don't count with much baggage. :)

The only down side was that we came with a lot of baggage (50kg in total, 1 big baggage of 26kg + 1 medium bagagge of 15kg + 2 tiny backpacks of 5kg each approx), we had to manage to fit it all down the bed, because there was no space in the room. Also, we got a room in the 2nd floor but as the building doesn't count with a lift, it took us a while to get all our stuff to there. Manageable, but definitely to take in consideration if you are traveling with a lot of stuff.

The place was a perfect spot for reaching Victoria Station. It's refurbished, stylish, meets all the minimum requirements for overnight, and the bed was comfy. The suggestion for a breakfast place was very good.

Despite being prepared from other guests' reviews regarding the small space in the room, it still hit me hard how little space there was. IDK how people above L size manage everything here. :) There was some issue with the hair dryer, as they ran out of them in the morning, so I couldn't use it as promised. And I appreciate keeping the WC brush in the bathroom for hygienic reasons.

My stay was fantastic! The employees were always so kind. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveler—cozy, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. It was situated on a quiet street lined with other hotels, meaning there was minimal traffic, which made it incredibly convenient for food deliveries and ride services. The location was ideal, with all forms of public transportation within a reasonable walking distance. As a solo female traveler, safety is a top priority for me, and I truly appreciated that the walk to and from public transit felt secure both during the day and after dark. The peaceful surroundings and accessibility made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone traveling alone!

I think the price is high for what you get, but it’s London, so you have to accept London prices. It’s essentially a box with no window and just enough room for a bed and shower. This is fine, as it’s what I ordered, you know what you’re getting before you arrive. However, it’s still a steep price for a room no bigger than a cupboard. It’s hard to shower without inadvertently flooding the entire bathroom or potentially the room (especially if you’re a tall person like me) At the end of the day, it’s London, everything is over priced, so I guess in comparison to other places, it’s cheap.

I got a large room with a window. The bathroom was clean and convenient. There were hunger for placing coats. New television. A place to put the computer and work. enough plugs for charging telephones and computers. Stuff was very helpful for every request and warm and welcome.

I think for six day stay room cleaning is required every other day. There used to be a place where we could get hot and cold water . It was free of charge but even if offered at a modest charge it could be helpful as there is no device for room boiling water or regular bottle of water in the rooms. inconvenience.

Really clean rooms, good TV, air conditioning and really comfortable bed. No window but room was great. Small but nice shower. Good value for money, good location for Victoria and Westminster. Much cheaper than other hotels in area which is why there are small charges for extras if needed like left luggage.

Check out time bit early compared to other hotels in the area. 10 instead of 11. Left luggage small charge. No breakfast but lots of local cafes in the area. Bit noisy from other guests but that's down to guests not hotel.

We were very impressed with our stay at EasyHotel. We booked a family room, on booking there wasn’t many pictures so we assumed the room would be small but this wasn’t the case at all. It was a very large room with 2 double beds in, both in little “nooks” with their own tv’s and usb ports and plug sockets. The bathroom had a full size shower which was powerful. We assume the room had been recently renovated as there was no wear and tear and it was incredibly clean. The blackout blinds were very good at keeping the light out. Just minutes walk from Victoria Station.

Our only complaint was that there was no kettle within the room as we would have liked to have a cup of tea/coffee in the morning.
