Great location and quality for the price. Right in the centre of London, near Victoria Station, with pubs and bars all around, and a small shop in the same building as the hotel. The room was clean, which was extremely important to us. Mugs, a kettle, coffee, and tea were in the room. A fan, which was essential, as the room is very small and you don't really want to open the window. A very good option for a short stay. We were also able to leave our luggage before check-in, and the staff were friendly. Many people write that the breakfast is poor, but I think that considering it's included in the price, it's better than one might expect. There were several types of cereal, yoghurts, toast with jam and butter, and coffee.

A very difficult climb up the stairs with suitcases and having to push them through the narrow hallway with doors. I don't know exactly what could be done about it, but it might be too difficult for women to carry their own luggage up to the room. The power outlets are in a very inconvenient location; it might be worthwhile to use an extension cord so you can plug in your phone to charge by the bed.

On a nice street. Location was excellent. Room lovely and clean. All the staff super friendly. The lady who serves in the breakfast room was really nice. Toast brought out and everything filled up constantly. The breakfast was complimentary ( basically free) I read the reviews where people are moaning about the breakfast but seriously it’s free! Toast, cereals, jams, Nutella, yoghurts, juice, unlimited tea coffee ect., it was all really nice. I checked a lot of hotels out before booking and a lot didn’t offer breakfast. The price I paid for what we got was excellent. ( basically the cheapest at the time of booking)Will definitely use this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely stay. Also people moaning about the beds ours was fine. By time you’ve done running round London you should be to tired to notice what the bed is like. Sheets & pillows spotless. If you walk round London there’s poor people sleeping on concrete. Overall me & my daughter had a fabulous time. Will point out we felt perfectly safe walking around the area day & night.

Beds were very clean, shower room/bathroom was also clean. Was comfortable for a few days.

Breakfast. Went down for breakfast 1st morning but didn't bother after that. 4 choices of cereal was ok but milk served at room temperature. Toast was only white bread & served soggy. Pot of yogurt offered & that was it. Need more choices, could add Danish pastries and brown bread.

Location, room and bathroom were very clean. Coffee and tea in the room also available. Staff very friendly. In our room we found very amazing swans made of towels and two chocolate bar. I think chocolate maybe cuz of birthday of my friend with whom I was staying Anyway it was very pleasant surprise.

Fantastic location to get anywhere in London, Walking distance to Victoria station and Buckingham Palace, Apollo Victoria theatre, we had a shared toilet but that caused no issues had shower in room ,had everything you needed, bed very comfortable, breakfast was cereal, toast, yogurt, which actually filled you up. Friendly, welcoming staff, would definitely stay again.

Easy to find, super fast check in process. It was well situated for what we needed while also being close to restaurants and corner shops as well as the bus and train stations. The room was quiet overnight and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic (toast with butter and jam, cereal, juices, tea &coffee) but absolutely adequate. The staff all round were helpful and pleasant. For the price this was a great wee room.

The room was incredibly hot. We managed to figure out how to turn the heater down but if we hadn't, it would have been an uncomfortable night.

Very fresh towels and bed linen. The staff changed the towels and the bin in the room on daily basis. Very clean bathroom. Tea/coffee set in the room - electrical kettle, cups, milk. The room has fan, which we used very often as there was pretty warm. The room has also a hair dryer.

Only quick carbs breakfast- white bread toasts, honey, jam, cereals. Because we could not eat any of these things, we were buying stuff for ourselves in local M&S. The staff didn't have anything against it. Tea, coffee and juice were provided. No electrical socket near bed. The room had three of them - two by the desk and one occupied by hair dryer hanging on the wall. No toiletries, except of small bars of soap and plenty of toilet paper.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The room was quite small, but the bed was lovely and comfortable with tea making facilities and a nice shower, that you had to ask for shampoo. Breakfast was basic (cereals, fruit juice, yogurts and tea/coffee). My son and I were only staying there one night for the Duke of Edinburgh function at the Palace, which was excellent! I would stay at the hotel again, it was inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Basic breakfast, I love a good fry up. The stairs are quite windy/small as well.

We were incredibly pleased with this hotel. The location and room with an en-suite were perfect and brilliant value for money. Many thanks to Ghayoor in particular who was incredibly attentive in his customer service, and helped find me a more suitable room due to my disability, even though it was my own fault for forgetting to mention this at the time of booking. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel for the price.

The rooms are a little dated but nothing major otherwise as it was perfectly suitable for us.

Beds are comfortale, room is clean, and daily cleaned, but the best of all is location! 5 minutes to victoria station by foot! 20 minutes to buckingham palace, 20 min to big ben. We were travelling as a family of three, with a two year old daughter and we would absolutely come back.

Breakfast is just toast and cereals, but we didn t mind it. Room is small, but if you are tourist in london, you have everything. If you are travelling with kids, there is no lift, it is really tricky to get strollers upstairs. We were on first floor so it wasnt that bad. There is no air conditioner, just fan
