The apartment was in a great location on a small but bustling side street. There was plenty of space for the four of us. Facilities were excellent. There was some confusion on our part around getting into the apartment with the lock box code but a phone call to the host got us in promptly. If you stay here and are driving, I recommend using the Plaza Palace Hotel for parking through the Just Park app.

The bathroom was clean however, the shower hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. Based on the cleanliness of the rest of the space, I imagine this was an oversight.

Due to maintenance issues we were relocated from original studio to a much larger appartment which was great as so spacious. Great communucation from host as to where to collect key etc. Appartment was in nice secure building and was exceptionally clean. Free Wifi. We had a fully eqipped kitchen, which was useful for breakfast. Plenty of bars, restaurants, theatres nearby & short walk to the Tube.

Only discomfort(that affected our rating) was the mattress on the double bed. Really needs replacing-as springs coming through. As we were there 5 days few more towels would have been useful. Missing plug for bathroom sink. Train station behind so noise from trains- we got used to the noise but some might not.

The house is perfectly placed in Victoria. A 5 minute walk to the underground station, loads of excellent restaurants and very nice atmosphere. The apartment has everything one might need to prepare a meal, all the toilet amenities as well and the rooms are a good size. The beds are not the most comfortable, but the sofa-bed in the living room sleeps easily two people, and it's quite comfortable. Check-in and check out are also easy to do and very flexible.

Unfortunately, since the apartment is located right next to the street, it is possible to hear the noise from outside if you are sleeping in the sofa-bed. It can become uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. However, we understand it's not a fault of the appartement, and it was resolved with noise cancelling earbuds. The mattresses could be more comfortable as well.

Location was great for Victoria - lots of supermarkets, pubs and takeaways close by.

Very basic - slept 6 but didn't really have enough crocker/cutlery/seats round the table for proper cooking/eating. Could get the TV to work properly.

Excellent location. Recently renewed apartment. Street is busy at all times but apartment is silent. Fantastic terrace.

Mattress are not the best, few glasses missing but overall a very pleasant stay

Weak flow of warm water (it stayed lukewarm for a long time), soap scent, small "double bed".

Location very near and walkable distance to Victoria station. Easy self check-in and out. Lots of excellent food and beverage options around the neighbourhood. Great bathroom size.

Property was fine, we were only in there for a few hours but the place was good, check in was easy and there was everything you need. Didn’t seem much noise overnight, street seemed quiet.
