The location is exceptional and the tidiness as well

It is NOT a fully equipped kitchen, there are no oven plates, no cutting board, no dishsoap, and no strainer. had to find a way to buy everything to cook. Not enough toilet paper. No paper towels. No salt, pepper or oil to use. Check in time is too late and the staff does not give any options or support to help if your flight lands earlier than 4:00pm, regardless the many times we contacted them for this issue. it is difficult to stay around in London with your luggage till 4:00 pm.

Very nice apartment, clean, modern, nice views, excellent location.

The elevator wasn’t working and carrying luggage to the 5th floor in a narrow stairwell wasn’t fun.

We loved the location of the apartment, just down the road from Victoria tube station. The apartment was modern and clean with all the facilities we needed. The big windows let lots of light in which is always lovely. The beds were comfortable, firm but that's how we like a mattress!

As seen in previous reviews, the lift was still out of order which was a bit of a killer as we were in apartment 11 on the 4th floor. This should be a priority to get the lift working again as it could put off some people.

We were two couples staying in a three-bedroom apartment** (we originally booked a two-bedroom and were upgraded). The apartment is stylish, modern, and exceptionally functional. The kitchen is fully equipped and beautifully designed, featuring a large fridge with a full-size freezer, an oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and a complete set of cookware and tableware for six people. The apartment has two bathrooms: one en-suite with a bathtub and toilet, and another with a shower and toilet. There's a washer-dryer neatly tucked away in a hidden closet in the hallway, along with an ironing board. The spacious living room includes a large sofa, two armchairs, a big TV, and a dining area that seats four. The bedrooms are furnished with a bed, two nightstands, and a built-in closet. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for plenty of natural light, creating a bright and refreshing atmosphere. The location is fantastic — in Victoria, Westminster — just a 4–5 minute walk from Victoria Station, providing quick and easy access to all parts of London. On the parallel street, there’s a large supermarket where you can easily stock up on groceries and essentials for a multi-day stay. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the best part is that you can usually find a table, unlike the crowded tourist areas. The only downside was the size of the beds — very narrow, no wider than 1.20 meters — which made them uncomfortable for two people to share. Since we had been upgraded to an extra room, from the second night on we ended up sleeping separately to get proper rest. Check-in is fully self-service and contactless. Clear instructions were sent to us via WhatsApp, and the process was smooth and easy. What really stood out was the service. On the first morning, we discovered that both the oven and microwave weren’t working. We contacted customer support via WhatsApp and received a prompt human response within minutes.

The beds — very narrow, no wider than 1.20 meters — which made them uncomfortable for two people to share.

The location and the modern facilities. The apartment is relatively new. No drafts from the windows or external doors. The heating was just right, and the water pressure and hot water heater for the shower were great. The responsiveness of the management to take action on some issues we found in the flat. We liked it so much that we booked the place on our return journey prior to going back home.

There should be some kitchen detergents provided as guests don't usually stay long to buy. Suggest installing a dispenser to avoid any mishandling. However, 2 laundry capsules were provided for the clothes washing machine. Not a deal breaker.

The apartment was in great location in Westminster - a short walk to Victoria Station. The air conditioning was a bonus as it was quite warm in London during our stay. The rooms were clean.

The bed in the second bedroom is very small (listed as a double) - there is no way 2 adults (or 2 teenagers for that matter) could sleep comfortably together on it. We ended up paying an extra $280AUD for the sofa bed to be made but that then removed the ability to sit anywhere in the lounge room.

Would suggest the provision of: - at least 1 non-stick frying pan - chopping board - kitchen scissors - at least 1 more wiping cloth The toiletteries provided for 5 people over 5 days in very little bottles were for far from adequate. If it wasn’t meant for the owner to provide, perhaps that info could be communicated with us earlier.

We stayed at one bedroom apt. They have spacious space for living room, and bed room. We can see London Eye from bedroom window. They have 2 toilets, one of them include bath. They have complete amenities and kitchen tools. Easy check in and check out. Very communicative owner, they answer every question quickly. The building stay in quiet areas. Overall, We would like to stay here again, someday.

Buckingham palace is 15 mins walk, and nearest station (Victoria Station) in the same duration. Limited store and restaurant nearby. Only have limited shampoo, soap, and lotion. If you stay longer than 2 days, they wouldn't be enough. No detergent for your clothes.

Centrally located, modern and clean. Well-equipped. Good heating and air conditioning, although air conditioning generates unusual noise and vibration levels.

Apartment was very exposed with no privacy due to no sheer curtains or blinds - unless the curtains were closed, people from the courtyard below could see straight into the apartment. Noisy air conditioning units, although the climate control was very welcome. Common areas of the apartment complex have a strange and very unpleasant odour; and very dirty carpets - not pleasant at all - could be from rubbish storage.
