LOVED the hotel.. Staff: Excellent.. All very friendly (a big PLUS), helpful, polite, respectful.. Breakfast: EXCELLENT! (a BIG, BIG PLUS!). Bed: GREAT (though position was a bit uncomfortable), Room: Great!

The only thing I would try to improve would be the position of the KING size bed. If used by 2 people, the position makes it a bit difficult for one of the persons to get up or out of bed. A coffee maker would be nice in the rooms.

The room is good and clean. It's big for one person compares to most hotels in London. The staff are nice. The location is good, very close to victoria station. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay.

The room in general is clean, however the towels and bed stuff are not very clean. I have to check every towels before using them because there are either stains or hair on them. Also, the bedsheet and pillows are quite dusty, even though they change them they are still dusty. The pillows are a bit hard though. Although the location is good and crowded during daytime, it can be a bit scary at night. Also, there are a few homeless people sleep on the street.

Located just around the corner from Victoria Station, its convenient for anyone taking the Gatwick Express. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's free luggage storage if you arrive earlier. Check-in and check-out process was fast and via a terminal. Room was modern, clean and really unique as you can set ambience and other functions via an iPad, and bath is like a capsule room. Breakfast was of a reasonable variety and the lounge area was comfy, colorful with interesting artistic pieces. Would definitely come back for longer stay.

It would be great if a kettle could be provided.

Ideal location from which to explore London, It's possible to walk to many of the most popular attractions, and close to Victoria Station if you do need to access public transport. The rooms are well-appointed, have comfortable furnishings, and decent sound insulation. The comfy bed and blackout shade really helped to ensure a good-nights-sleep. I'm usually not a fan of "smart rooms," but the tablet system here was simple to use, and functioned well. I especially appreciated having controls for the lights and the climate control next to the bed. Lastly, I want to commend the staff. Every staff member I interacted with from the front desk to the maintenance staff was pleasant, professional, and helpful.

Would be nice if they offered free coffee and tea in the reception area as there are no coffee machines in the rooms.

Great location just couple of minutes from Victoria station and theatres. Easy, automated check in and check out. Bright, clean and modern room. All room controlled using one device. Good bar and lounge areas.

There are some construction work in front and around the property. No noise, heavy traffic and cranes. The hotel should inform guests as courtesy.

The rooms are very small by compartison to normal and therefore expensive for what you get. The riu opposite is a better experience at a similar cost... as a solo traveller the bed was ok but you cannot walk round the bed so you would have to climb over each other to get in and out. its a similar type of room to a z hotel but at a much higher price. Regretfully i will avoid in future

Everyone in the staff is great. In particular, I wanted to extend my stay and the staff was very helpful doing so. The 24/7 restaurant is a nice option to have, even though the choices are limited. The room is cozy, with lots of detailed controls (lighting, blinds, smart TV content casting, etc) and the bed is big and comfortable. Location is very good, with lots of services nearby and many transport hubs. Hotel decoration is modern, funny and pleasant.

The room is small-ish. The breakfast buffet is tasty but there aren't many choices, and it feels repetitive after a couple of days. I'd appreciate having optional laundry service available - I had to go to a nearby laundromat.

Location - very close to Victoria station (rail & underground). Staff were great and there if you needed any help in a friendly way. Rooms were compact but designed well with the needed amenities (safe, hairdryer, shampoo/shower gel condition, soap, hand cream, towels). The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. You can also change the light colour in your room from the provided tablet. This tablet also works the blinds, tv and main lights as well as getting tips and recommendations for the city. The hotel had a great vibe to it with funky art throughout.

Despite the below "negatives" I would definitely book here again. Location - although very convenient location wise, the proximity to staions also meant there were quite a lot of rough sleepers nearby and on the streets leading to the hotel. There were two of us so comfort in numbers but wouldn't have felt comfortable walking alone. Windows couldn't be opened in the room (according to the hotel due to street noise and air quality), and air con was constantly on with no option to turn off. The bathroom in the room is also frosted glass so privacy isn't 100% if you are sharing with someone that isn't a partner.

EVERYTHING! I MEAN EVERYTHING exceed our expectations. We've never heard of the CitizenM hotels. Although our experience in the London Victoria couldn't be any better than it was. Previously booking I was scared of the size of the bed and the shower compared with the European ones, although the bed was Huuuuge like ours in America and the shower was on the big size to have a real great shower and my daughter and I couldn't be happier with everything. The friendliest hotel ever in every sense. Moreover, the team worker on that hotel was THE BEST PEOPLE WE'VE EVER MET in hotels and NIMCO is not only THE PRETTIEST GIRL EVER IN ALL LONDON though the KINDEST, SWEETEST AND LOVELY HUMAN BEING we felt honored to meet over there. If you're going to this hotel you MUST get to know NIMCO and then you're going to understand what I'm saying, although to be fair as I mentioned from the beginning the entire team were GREAT. We can't recommend CitzenM hotels enough, and we look forward to getting to stay in so many others.

Not a single thing to dislike on this hotel! This hotel is a game changing for travelers looking for a home away from home in a modern and compact luxury and affordability combined.

I liked Everything! The decoration was artistic and full of colors just the way I liked it.. it reminded of another hotel I stayed in before in Scotland.. but this was more beautiful and suited my taste perfectly!.. its clean and modern and operates by technology and the i pad in the room which enables you to control everything (lights, TV, AC and other services) is something else.. and gives you a unique experience from the future if you well. Lemme talk about the staff now!! Cheers Victor! He asked me one day about my day and I spent the rest of my stay talking with him till late at night! He is a great host and good company and a therapist (giving advice about life and relationships, he knows what I mean ;).. he and Kate gave me a secret phrase to enter the Breakfast Club which I didn’t have the time to use.. Cheers Kate!.. also, Nusrat (we became cousins as she would like to say).. great bartender and lovely to talk to.. I also had a chat with Hind and was very welcoming..
