Helpful friendly staff who helped us with luggage storage after checkout as flight home was later that night. Great location. Close to transport - trains, bus and taxi. Hop on hop off bus location was close. Great food choices in local area and supermarket close by. Updated facilities which were clean and served daily. Comfortable beds Quality products in bathroom. Tea and Coffee machine in room.

Very small room for two people with luggage Air conditioner worked well but noisy at times. We were below ground level with narrow steps which made it hard to get luggage into for travelling tourist. No lifts. A small thing but generallycexpected in motel rooms -no tissues in room Only two pillows on bed usually there is four. I should have requested another one but short stay and made do with one. Probably limited storage space in room the reason. No fridge or microwave in room.

Ground floor room to rear of building ( room 203) Very clean, staff welcoming. Air conditioning, worked 1st night only, not a big issue, just a comment.... Tea, coffee, etc. in the room, and toiletries in the shower room. Quite a small double room, but adequate for our needs.Safe area with pubs and restaurants close by. Excellent for Victoria railway station. Good price for where you're situated...

A bit of a faff if the weather is not great to get your room key as you have to fetch from sister hotel 5 minute walk away. The weather was great, so there was no issue for us! If you have a room upstairs or down, stairs are quite steep..

Not the hotel's fault, but seagulls woke me up at 4:45 in the morning. - There was a big roll of carpet in the entrance hall. Its nice that the carpets are refreshed but not ideal to have a big roll of carpet in the way of guests walking in and out - TV wall bracket was loose, and the TV signal was very weak so could only the watch the London News channel on a loop. If you will spend some time in the room, take a board game, puzzle, laptop, a friend!

I've stayed in a lot of London hotels and am rarely taken with the independent town house offerings, but this was really stood out. They've invested in tech, both with security and to give a smooth customer journey, the staff were so professional and kind, and they even give cute little gift bags of toiletries. The location is perfect, so close to both the leisure centre and the train station. Also, there's an amazing sushi place directly next door which I thoroughly recommend. The street has a low volume of traffic but is conveniently right near a main road so it benefits from being both an easy to access location and minimal street noise. There's a friendly pub a 2 minute walk down the street which does food, shows sports and has a good atmosphere. The room was notably spotlessly clean, there was a great (and new looking) coffee machine and tea making facilities. The bed was both comfortable and a good size. There was also a good sized and quality tv as well as free WiFi. There's opening windows for air flow (something a lot of London hotels lack) and a good air con system which doesn't make much noise. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised by this thoroughly professional and well equipped little gem of a place that I've found. I think I have myself a new regular hotel to stay in on my work trips

The normal for a hotel, the toilet paper 😀. Worth taking a decent one with you - but this is the case even in a lot of the brand name hotels

Super clean and so very comfortable! Lots of great pillows, good duvet and a lovely mattress. I had a brilliant night's sleep.. Excellent thick black out curtains. A fab hairdryer. All very new and modern. Unbelievably good value ( I paid £115 last minute on a Sunday night) superb location. Staff at the other hotel for key collection where lovely, friendly and helpful.

There was a bar outside that was a bit noisy but only until 11pm. It is London so didn't bother me too much. You have to get the key from another hotel round the corner, but again not really a problem. No spoon for making tea!

A bit disappointed to have to check in elsewhere- only found out after booking. TV remote missing ( reported) Dust under bed noticed while looking for remote However , good location and value for money and I would stay again

Room and bathroom both clean, compact and sufficient. Ideal if your not planning on spending much time in your room. Location good for Victoria, Westminster, Buckingham Palace and Battersea Power Station. Breakfast at the nearby Wetherspoons (The Willow Walk) was a short walk away, plenty of other options close by. We travelled by car, I would recommend parking at Eccleston Sq (via the Just Park app) a couple of mins walk from the hotel.

Heavy, noisey doors, both the door on entry to the building and the door to the room. Like a lot of hotels that get a lot of use the general appearence of the building internally (decor and carpets) is looking tired (entrance, stairs and room), time for a refresh with a lick of paint and new carpets.

Area was close to train station. Next to eating places and a safe place to walk in the evening. They did allow me to store meds in their central refrigerator but it was a 5-10 walk to their location.

There was no refrigerator in the room to store meds or for drinks/food. Had to walk 5-10 minutes to get the code and key, and then walk to the room. After 18 hrs of travel and two hours of train transferring and travel it was just a bit more than we wanted. Five to ten may not sound like a lot but pulling suitcases after the walk from airport to train station, and train station to check in place and then to room was a lot. Ideally, if they would just provide the code so I did not have to get it from them it would have been nicer. No sitting area. Only a small narrow table attached to the wall for lap top and a hot water pot.

Really good location and value for money. So close to Victoria station! The staff were so polite and friendly and makes a massive difference the reception being open 24 hours. The bedroom was perfect for what we needed. Double bed, tea and coffee making facilities, shower and hair dryer. The room and bathroom we clean and plenty of towels aswell.

2 people from my group had a room facing towards the street and said it was noisy and could hear traffic all night. But I had a room at the back of the hotel and was fine. That’s our only complaints.

The room was clean, cozy, warm and large. The bathroom was clean and large too, with a lovely walk-in shower, and included everything needed for the stay (an appropriate number of towels per person, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and even a very well functioning hair dryer). There was a flat iron too. I have also loved the quiet at night and the strategic position, a few minutes walk from Victoria Station.
