Nice apartment, it wasn't that small as I imagined. It had space and was new. Nice bad, super new bathroom, everything was clean, good TV, a lof of light options, space to put the clothes, hot water, air conditioning working, towels always changed, it had towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap. Super central location, you can walk to several central places and you have Victoria station 10min walking. Secure area. The pictures are real.

Any extra needed to be paid, we left our bags on the last day per 5£ per bag and we needed to pay with money as it was a small amount, so make sure you have some money with you. There wasn't a hairdryer and we knew that, so we brought our own, but it didn't work because we forgot we needed an adaptor from UK to EU for the electrical plug. We asked if there was one, they have but also costs 5£. There are small stairs, we were on the 3rd floor, that was super ok for us, but might be a problem for some people with walk limitations.

Perfect location for a boutique stay in Victoria/Pimlico. 7 mins walk from the tube/train station The hotels feels safe and secure for a solo traveller. The rooms are small but very cozy, exceptionally clean and with comfy beds. The lobby smells incredible!! There is no lift, this was not an issue for me but for those with large luggage it may be trickier

I called room service from the phone in the room to ask if they could possibly bring some more milks up to the room but they said they would not do this and I had to go down to reception (I was in my PJ's so this was really inconvenient!!)

Essential but comfy and clean room.

5£ for leaving a small bag a couple of hours after the check-out, maybe normal procedure but it was the first time it happened to me.

-Lightning could be better (hard to do makeup) -Some hooks next to the door would be nice -Small shelf or something similar in the bathroom would be nice so you have a place for all toiletries

Good location and the room was nice and clean.

The room was very small. I wasn’t too bothered as I only had to spend 1 night there. There could be more hooks or some shelving for clothes. There was no heating in the room. (Not ideal in winter)

Location was perfect

The toilet door was faulty, my friend was trapped there for 5 mins. We can’t open the door from outside to help her, and she can’t open the door inside. So we called the reception to help our friend out. This is is very dangerous for solo travelers because no one would know they’re trapped inside the toilet. So the management should make sure all doors are in good condition, for safety purposes. And the airconditioned is not working in the room. We have to phone the reception 5x to fix our aircondition because its too warm in the room and we can’t open the windows. Again the management should make sure airconditions and heating is working before they let customers check in.

About 10min walk from Victoria station, which is a plus. Front desk person was nice, helped me with my suitcases downstairs. Safe was locked shut upon arrival, but the front desk guy gave me the key to open it. Rooms are recently refurbished and overall ok. USB A and USB C plugs are available. Overall I was looking for a clean and central place in a safe neighborhood and within a walking distance from the public transport, and it was ok for that.

The room was lacking natural light as it was in the basement. Bathroom has no natural light and also no hooks to hang the towel. Walls were too thin, so you could hear the interactions from the neighborly rooms. Or snoring at night.

Based on reviews I was hoping this place would be OK but I would say the current score is not reflective of the high standard budget accommodation. This place really exceeded my expectations (and my colleague's as well!). Comfortable bed, clean linen, lovely bathroom, and in a quiet yet central location. Easily accessed from Victoria station by walking and convenient for its proximity to the Westminster area where a lot of my London based work meetings are held. I would definitely come here again over many alternative options.

The only downside was the lack of lift which was a bit of a pain when carrying luggage. My colleague also had a random second door which made getting luggage in and out of that room extra difficult.

It was clean, crisp and clearly well managed. I appreciate the attention to detail with aesthetics and the location is perfect for someone looking to explore London. I also really appreciate that they accommodated my request for a ground floor room given how big my luggage was.

It’s a no-frills hotel so do miss the added value other chains have like breakfast or a coffee bar. Also the fact that there’s no lift which would make it hard for someone with big luggage on a higher floor. Also charging to store luggage is just a little odd imo but that seems to be par for the course with UK hotels.

Room was very modern and clean, seemed like it had been recently renovated. Bed was comfortable, shower was a great size, wifi was working, we had a very comfortable stay for a reasonable price considering its London. The area it’s located in is quiet with not much going on but it’s only a 10 minute walk to the train station and we appreciated the quiet nights sleep as opposed to staying right in the centre of the city. Met all my expectations, I’d stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a little fridge in the room but I understand why they didn’t because the room was small. Bed could also use a slightly larger duvet if you ask me.
