The location was absolutely fabulous. Very well connected to public transport. The staff were exceptional, incredibly welcoming and supportive. Happy to go above and beyond to help us out during our stay. The daily housekeeping was lovely and very much appreciated.

The facilities were average, but to be expected for a budget hotel. The only things that were concerning and need improvement is the shower door wasn’t attached properly, and was stuck with tape. The heaters are underneath the curtains. Other than that, the room is exactly as advertised and was clean.

The townhouse New England is perfect if you need a quick connection to either Victoria station or Gatwick airport. The staff are so helpful unlike many of the larger hotel chains I have stayed at. The bay window room on the ground floor was perfect and so cozy and warm on a cold February evening. Perfect for two local tube stations at Pimlico and Victoria. Outstanding value for money . Have no reservations about booking Townhouse New England ...

Great location, pretty good room standard for London. Easy to get around. Decent beds. Good value for money.

No breakfast available at the property now, so not as seen on the pictures fully. We could hear everything from the street below because of the one-glass-windows

Property could do with few modifications like repainting and bathrooms being updated ( we had a problem with our sink ) informed hotel and hopefully be sorted for the next guest. But on the whole ideal for sleeping when exploring for most the day and evening in London

The location is close to all major tourist attractions. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at the reception was friendly. There is a room where you can leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in. But also if you check out early. They didn't ask us for the £100 as mentioned by other tourists.

The bathroom needs renovation as there is rust in the shower cubicle and on the radiator. If you stay in the ground floor room it is noisy and you have to stay with the curtains drawn. The hairdryer didn't work, but if you ask at reception for a working one, you get one.

The location was perfect. We almost walked everywhere. The weather was warm and cool during our stay. In summer, you will need AC for a comfortable sleep in the room.

The walls are a little bit thin. The sound travels nicely and freely.

The location is superb. It is a short walk to the train station, the coach station and of course the elegant area of beautiful Belgravia. The room was spotlessly clean with a window that actually opens and the hotel had a lift which was an added bonus. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and the reception is manned 24 hours. Excellent value for money!

Nothing to dislike.

We came to London with my family for sightseeing and we were staying in this hotel for 4 days. The room was small as expected but it was totally enough for us to rest comfortably. Beds were very comfy, we almost didn’t want to get out and start the day, room was obviously carefuly cleaned (especially the bathroom). Cleaning service was working everyday, they would make our bed, change towels ect. Staff was very nice and helpfull, we could store our lugages in the hotel which was very convenient for us because of the times of our flights. Overall a person that doesn’t have high expectations for the price and is maily looking for a comfy bed, cleanliness and perfect location with near public transport stops that get you everywhere around the city is going to be fully satisfied and we were. The only think i can mention is very dusted vent in the bathroom, the fan was not working and we only preffer different water pressure in the shower but those are just details. Needles to say we haven’t mention any of that to the staff that i am sure would definitely helped. So if you want your stay to be absolutely perfect don’t be lazy like us and just talk to the staff :)

very good location. Small but good modern bathroom. Beds were too soft for me. all was clean except bed covers

bed covers (not actual covers but small towel's size) were too dirty - just remove them at all if there is no way to keep them clean

I really like this location was near everything Buckingham palace was only a 15 minute walk that felt honestly like 5 minutes! Everything was clean, staff was nice, the hotel was clean we felt very safe.

The only thing was the beds did have a weird bleach smell but everything else was really nice.
