I booked aroom with private bathroom but the toilet was outside the room.. but when I asked to change the room the staff helped The room size is a bit small Wifi is free but sometimes not available

The price was outstanding. I was there overnight so really only needed a bed. I was expecting the worst for the price, but the room was perfectly fine. It was a single and small, but a ten minute walk from Victoria Coach Station. Pubs and shops are a short walk away, and there were several power sockets, including USB and USB-C outlets, all of which were put to full use for the electronics needed for a 2025 night away from home. (It's depressing that I even have to write that last sentence.)

Small bathroom. I had to remove the coat hangers so I didn't hit my head when going from bathroom to bedroom. In Central London, though, for the price, who's complaining? There was a slight panic when I arrived (late in the evening) and the door was locked, but a quick phone call let me know the reception was in The Sheriff Hotel next door. Room was warm, the TV worked and the bed was comfortable. I've stayed in MUCH worse places for much more money. Considering London is often cripplingly expensive, The Grapevine was perfectly adequate for my needs.

Great location, moments walk from Victoria Station. Lovely staff. Local shop less than a minute walk away. Room was clean, towels provided, rainfall shower was lovely with complimentary toiletries, hairdryer and tea making facilities. The room had an overhead fan so kept the room cool despite the ambient heat 👍

I always strip beds following a hotel stay and the pillows below the covers were yellow stained so need replacing. Our room was on the lower level and despite key access to the main front door the door to our lower level was open so anyone could of come down the stairs from the street and accessed our corridor although the room doors were secure

Great location.Perfect travelling in/from Victoria Station(Train or Coach)Charming area.Quiet,safe and very clean.Eateries,Cafes in walking distance(Lovely cafe,Bistro on corner opposite hotel)Can find many shops including Boots Chemist,WHSmith,M&S,Sainsbury’s along with Banks and ATMs inside Victoria Station.Easy stroll to the River.Numerous underground stations,bus stops every direction to take you all over London.Extremely useful should you have an appointment at the US Embassy.Situated in Pimlico and a leafy London walk to the Palace….its ideal for anyone who is sight seeing,doing things in London.Its not for lengthy time indoors,but ideal for restful sleep.Suggest room with an en-suite.Also liked the ceiling fan.Tea&Coffee Station,TV and plenty of plug points.

The hotel was centrally located, a few minutes walk from Victoria Coach and Railway Stations and all of the other amenities. Although the room was small, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and I had an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There was also a kettle with complimentary sachets of coffee and milk.

The key I was given at reception to gain access to the Grapevine Hotel building appeared to be badly cut as I had a lot of difficulty turning the lock to open the exterior door. I reported this to the staff member on duty when I checked out. There was no real storage space for my clothes due to the small size of the room.

I was really worried about staying here based on the reviews, but I am so glad I did. The value and location can't be beat. The room was quite small, but what do you expect for central London? We were there for sleeping and showering, and the location right by Victoria station was perfect. Lots to see, do and eat right in the general area. The bathroom was updated and the shower was quite warm. The wifi worked quite well.

It is a small room. We were on the first floor and the window opened directly onto the street, so smoke from people outside would go into our room unfortunately.

They had posted an unmissable offer for a Sunday. They assigned me room #7, with a large window that opens onto the street. A comfortable bed, a smart TV larger than the room, a ceiling fan, fluorescent lights, new power outlets, a small brand new bathroom and shower (because I've lost weight, otherwise I'd be locked out). Fully equipped, with a kettle and everything you need. Independent entrance with a magnetic card. Perfect.

Convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Good wifi connection Ceiling fan to keep the room cool. Super hot and powerful shower Tea and coffee facility. Would definitely stay there again.

Squeaky bathroom door, Which was very loud and annoying at night. Lack of cupboard space. Shame the table wasn't a set of drawers Lack of hooks on the walls, especially in the bathroom.

Got what we needed and what was advertised. We just needed somewhere to sleep and wash up (comfortable bed, shower&toilet facilities). Decent enough size with everything advertised included. TV didn’t work with their wifi but didn’t bring it, as not really an issue for us. The hotel was accommodating with allowing us to leave our bags outside of the check in and out times, which was much appreciated and helpful; improved our trip.

The hotel’s location is great, just 15 mins walking distance from the Buckingham Palace & 5 mins walk from the Victoria station. Despite bad review on Google, we were positively surprised. Our room was revamped, small but we’ve got everything necessary for a weekend long stay. I’d come back.
