Pros: 24 hour front desk personnel on site, key card required to get into the hotel: It felt very secure and safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Elevator to the third floor was a nice surprise. Very clean rooms. Hot water maker for tea very convenient. Can’t beat the location: So close to the Victoria Coach station (buses to Heathrow, etc), Victoria station (tube), shops, Victoria Palace Theatre/Apollo Theatre (Shows like Hamilton, Wicked were playing at the time), Buckingham Palace, etc. Cons: Shower/bathroom was compact but worked fine for us. Train station nearby so can hear them running on tracks.

Close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Easy to get to the tours we booked. Our room was around the corner on Hugh Street. Desk staff helped us get our luggage around the corner and up the stairs. Room was small, but comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. We had early starts and did not partake of breakfast at the hotel, but found what we needed at the Station before leaving on our tours. Found some good places for dinner nearby and the hotel where we had to meet our coach transfer to Southampton was just 400 metres away. All in all, a very good location.

Double bed was a bit short for my husband, but otherwise comfortable.

Great location just down the block and around the corner from Victoria Station. The room was small but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very nice bed and bathroom, with unusually fluffy towels. We also appreciated the wardrobe with detachable hangers as we were able to unpack comfortably. Good air conditioning, which came in very handy even though our stay was not during the recent heatwave as the room got stuffy very quickly. The hotel kindly assigned us a room near our adult son's, which worked out great. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing major. We did not purchase the breakfast as it did not seem appealing.

We did get upgraded to a triple room so I can't comment on what the double is actually like. The triple was spacious and very clean, we were taken to our room by a staff member. We went to see wicked so very close to the theatre and station, great location. There's also free tea, coffee, hot chocolate in the reception area. I didn't book breakfast so I can't say if that was good or not. Overall would recommend as it is a great location as well.

We had a very good stay. The only downside if I had to say anything was the mirror at the desk had poor lighting for doing makeup and hair, would have been good to have a small lamp or light on the mirror for this. Overall an excellent stay and I'd probably stay again.

Excellent location , 5 min. or less walking distance to victoria railway & underground station , and soo close to the coach station as well Staff & warm & kind & helpful Room relatively small , but considered average size for the city of London. Prices also as per average.

My room was located at the 4th floor - no elevator access. And being at the highest level, the room had the ceiling slopes on both sides with the bed in between - a little inconvenient especially with less attention which lead to several head accidents 😁😁 Moreover, the wooden doors caused loud noise everytime any of the neighbours shuts their room doors. I personally did not like the quality and odor of the shapmoo & shower gel.

The room was new, clean and cozy with comfortable bed and with everything that we needed for our stay. The location is simply amazing, especially if you are coming from London Gatwick airport as the hotel is few minutes away from Victoria Station and also walking distance to Buckingham Palace and other major sights. The staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived in the morning, before the check-in time and wanted to go to the city. We were offered that we could leave our bags at the reception and when we checked in later in the afternoon to the room, our bag was already in the room waiting for us there.

A/C was working great but it is bit noisy and you can hear a noise from the trains , but it wasn’t something that would bother us.

It's an ideal location. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The room had everything we required including soft towels and coffee / tea facilities. The decoration was very good and looked new and the bed was very comfortable. It was an extremely hot day and night so the air conditioning was most welcome and it was not noisy, just a slight fan sound.

Unfortunately the room was adjacent to the front door which did slam when people coming and going just let it go. However, this did not happen late at night so did not disturb our sleep but did early the next morning. The property is very near the railway lines and during the night you could hear the thud of the trains as they went over the points. This was more of a background noise so not too disturbing.

Cheap, small room - perfect for a solo traveller who won't be spending much time in the room. It is fully equipped with everything one would need from a safe, closet and kettle, to a vanity, full length mirror and a tv. There is enough space for one person to easily move around and also enough storage space both in the room itself and in the bathroom. The area is also amazing - 5 min walk to Victoria station and 10 min walk to sloane square.

My room was located on the ground floor such that I basically didn't have a window. There was a window but it was tiny and very high up the wall. The walls are thin, so it is quite nosy.

The room was ok, a bit small. There was not a lot of space around the bed or in the bathroom. However, it is a modern and convenient room. I liked it that there were many plugs to recharge our electronics.. The location was great, close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. The price was great considering the quality of the room , stay and the location.

Breakfast could have been better. everything wrapped in plastic except for the scrambled eggs and sausages. It was a very standard breakfast. I think the price was a little steep for what was offered.

We had a two night stay. We usually stay in more expensive hotels but chose Best Western for this trip. The room was smaller than we usually have in other hotels but was excellent. The room had air conditioning, the bed was firm but comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. I was really pleased that the room was well lit, there was a full length mirror and a plug point next to the mirror. I have not experienced this in higher graded hotel rooms as they seem go for atmospheric lighting and not practicality. Our room had french doors that overlooked the street, great for people watching. The staff could not have been more helpful and were happy to store our luggage before we could check in and again after our check out as we had several hours before our homeward journey. It is very close to the transport hub of Victoria so just a short walk to trains/tubes/buses.

Our room was next to the railway line so we could hear trains passing by. This would not stop me using the hotel again or asking for the same room. The trains did not keep us awake
