Pros: 24 hour front desk personnel on site, key card required to get into the hotel: It felt very secure and safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Elevator to the third floor was a nice surprise. Very clean rooms. Hot water maker for tea very convenient. Can’t beat the location: So close to the Victoria Coach station (buses to Heathrow, etc), Victoria station (tube), shops, Victoria Palace Theatre/Apollo Theatre (Shows like Hamilton, Wicked were playing at the time), Buckingham Palace, etc. Cons: Shower/bathroom was compact but worked fine for us. Train station nearby so can hear them running on tracks.

Excellent location , 5 min. or less walking distance to victoria railway & underground station , and soo close to the coach station as well Staff & warm & kind & helpful Room relatively small , but considered average size for the city of London. Prices also as per average.

My room was located at the 4th floor - no elevator access. And being at the highest level, the room had the ceiling slopes on both sides with the bed in between - a little inconvenient especially with less attention which lead to several head accidents 😁😁 Moreover, the wooden doors caused loud noise everytime any of the neighbours shuts their room doors. I personally did not like the quality and odor of the shapmoo & shower gel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and tidy. Location was excellent- just few minutes walk from Victoria coach station and ten minutes from Victoria station and underground. We found several really nice places to eat just a short walk away.

The room was a little hot when we arrived as the heating was turned up full and it was very sunny weather, but we had managed to adjust it to suit us by the second night. There was a bit of traffic noise and a lot of train noise due to how close we were to the station. The bathroom was a little tired looking in comparison to the rest of the room which was lovely.

Me and my wife stayed here for a few days to visit London. Our initial room had some issues. However, after raising this with the staff at reception, we were relocated in another room promptly whilst they dealt with the issues raised. Although disappointed about the original room state, the experience from here on was excellent. Staff were outstanding and very accommodating, the place was clean, modern and tidy, and the location great for access to London via Uber. My only issue beyond those raised was that the rooms were a little compact. However, for London this is to be expected, and for the price, the room was great. Overall would stay again and recommend.

I was a bit hesitant to book a room in this place because the reviews mentioned how noise was an issue since it was located beside the train station. So I went ahead with this expectation because I liked the location and the corresponding room size for the price. I was happy with my choice because the location is definitely a big plus being less than 10 minutes walk from the tube, the room I had was modern, clean and I did not hear the trains at all. They don’t serve cooked breakfast but I was fine with that because there are so many restaurants and cafes around to choose from. The room size was just right for my needs. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. So overall, really happy with my choice and stay.

One thing I didn’t like was that the walls are thin and I did hear the water flowing from the room beside me whenever they had it on or when the toilets were filling up after flushing. I could also hear the doors opening and closing (which honestly could be done quietly if they didn’t leave it to close itself) and people walking in the hall as my room was in the entrance of the building. Having said this, it was not a problem for me as I can block noise working in an open office environment and I can also sleep through noise. It is just worth mentioning this for those reading the review.

The room is comfortable for 1 person. Clean and convenient because it is very near the station and other tourist spots. It is more convenient for me that they allow me to leave my other luggages for 2 days after my stay and paid only for 2 pounds per day.

The staff during my arrival was very accommodating and helpful especially for my luggages ( Sorry I forgot to ask their names ) and I had a smooth check in. But when I get my luggages, no one helped me with my luggages to bring it outside. I have 3 luggages at that time and 2 of them weight 23kg each. I was only told to use the other door because it has a ramp.

We had a lovely stay, the staff on reception were excellent, very efficient and very polite. We left our case as we were too early to check in but didn’t want to drag it around London with us. When we went to check in it was waiting for us in our room. Very clean and comfy beds, the noise from the trains didn’t really bother us as they do stop at a certain time. Location was excellent for us, a stones throw away from Victoria coach and train station and 5 mins walk away from the Apollo theatre, which was the reason for our stay. The hotel is also situated in a nice area, myself and my daughter felt safe walking the streets in an evening to a restaurant. No hot breakfast, but a very varied continental breakfast available and the staff worked very hard to keep everything topped up and clean. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were great, considerate were helpful in regards to were we needed to go in London. In fact I must say when we could not find the hotel and rang them they insisted that they would send someone to guide us to the hotel This was so nice even though when the lady came we were actually just down the road🙄 The breakfast was plenty no not a full English but this did not matter,there was much to choose from which included boiled eggs bread toaster provided, plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereal all different kinds muffins galore,different cheeses,soya and almond milk along with the usual semi skimmed milk. Tea and coffee machine on tap which included hot chocolate various coffees of choice herbal teas jams ect there was so much to choose from. This hotel and the staff are second to none myself and my sister thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay there and would definitely recommend a stay there. Price is fair and you actually get more than you think. Just a three minute trot from Victoria train and coach station so access is easy this hotel is central to many shows attractions there are plenty of buses and underground tubes going wherever you need to go. Bus fare is slightly cheaper than the tube but that is how it goes. So yes again I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the staff who deserve a medal and although I am unsure the going rate of their pay some recognition would go along way. Good staff are hard to find. I know the amount of work that they do as many years ago I to did housekeeping and it is a hard job definitely need a good sense of humour but it is also a job that can give people more prospects of moving up the ladder.The photos my sister had taken them so she will put them up on her review

There was nothing I did not like my sister said there was some banging I said to her err hello it is London 🤣and they are doing refurbishments and it was actually 11am so to get herself up places to see places to go 🙄🤣🤣

The desk personnel were extremely helpful and very pleasant and polite. They came to the room to help with an issue we had, they printed out a few tickets for me at the desk, and just generally were very nice to deal with. The room, although small, is remarkably well planned out. I loved the bathroom. The shower was great. The place is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to Victoria Station and restaurants. The breakfast was not lavish, but certainly tasty and adequate.

Nothing, really. The room was small, as one would expect in central London. The place appears to be a remodeled apartment building or home. There were narrow steep stairs in there and no elevator, the desk personnel carried our luggage up the stairs. We are physically fit, so the stairs were not really a problem in the week we stayed there. It was very expensive for a week's stay, but that is to be expected and having Victoria Station so close by was really beneficial to us. The worst thing I can say is that tiles on the staircase outdoors, going out of the building, are in a dizzying pattern that makes one feel a bit unstable descending them. But it's only a few stairs and I hung onto the supports, so it was fine.

The room 314 was very clean and looked newly renovated. The bathroom was very clean too. This double room had two lovely windows facing the street, with little balcony that wouldn't allow you to see the street underneath or even go out. We stayed for Christmas so there was no traffic or noises from the street. On our last day of staying we could hear the trains arriving and departing to and from Victoria station. Not disturbing at all for us. The room has a lovely little desk with kettle, tea and coffee. Good air conditioning and also heating which we rarely used as it was warm inside the room. With 6 degrees outside. We loved the proximity of Victoria coach station and train station. A few steps away from the hotel we hired some Lime bikes and went for a cycle around London (we bought a Lime pass on the app, it is undoubtedly cheaper). Just a beautiful experience.

There's not a thing we didn't like but it is worth mentioning that the hotel is composed of a few different entrances so that the reception would be in one and some rooms will need you to go out again and into another door which is still in the same building. There is no lift. We stayed on the 3rd floor and was no problem for us. On a weird and a little scary note, there was someone shouting out of nowhere at 1.40 am, which wake me up. He was apparently on a phone call swearing and really angry. He kept on talking on and off for almost 40 min which ruined my sleep. This is not the hotels fault, of course.
