The location is great, only a few minute walk from the Victoria Coach Station. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Most importantly the hotel has air condition! The Staff was very nice and friendly. I had trouble using the safe and kept asking the front desk staff a few times for help.

The bathroom is extremely small. I couldnt even close the door without hiding in the shower. I am small (only 5ft) but my knee could touch the wall when I sit on the toilet. Carpet seems old and dirty.

The room was clean and cosy, and I really liked that there was a single bed room for solo traveller available! :) My room was on the lower ground floor, and I was surprised at how quiet it was! Distance from Victoria station was ideal, and the walk to Buckingham Palace and St. James Park was only about 40 minutes, which wasn't that bad at all! The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their face and greeted warmly whenever I was leaving or coming back to the hotel.

The bathroom was quite small in the single room. However, this is not really a bad thing, just something to consider, as well as the fact that the hotel has a lot of narrow staircases so if you are not comfortable with those two facts, then I would recommend looking for another place. But if you are okay with those, then I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

The location was convenient for Victoria Coach Station. The continental breakfast was adequate. I have mobility issues due to painful knees when going up and down stairs and there is no lift. The gentleman at the desk very kindly allocated me a room on the mezzanine floor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. There is no restaurant for lunch or evening dining. There is an online facility provided in the bedroom to order hot food for delivery direct to the room. I waited over an hour and when it was delivered it was nearly cold (curry, rice and potato wedges). The delivery man did apologise for the delay. I wouldn't use the online facility for ordering food again!

The staff couldn't of been more helpful in all ways. We stayed on a Friday night as it is so close to Victoria station. I would say for the stand and welcoming we received through out our stay was remarkable. We are three large ladies going on the British Pullman train. Once dressed in the morning and asked if some could be take photos of us. The lady at the desk Bushra was brilliant in taking the pictures for us. All staff helped in anyway they could. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Breakfast was nice but I do think a cover over the cold meats and cheese would be good.

Staff were welcoming and nice. I had arrived early and they let me place my luggage in a secure place until it was time to check in. The room was perfect for what I needed. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel is within 20-30 minute walking distance to some of the tourist attractions. I did try their breakfast option and it was great.

I was staying in the basement so the wifi would lag sometimes and other times it would work fine. The wall next to the bed had a hole. The ceiling had some stains and cracks possibly.

Me and my partner recently stayed at The 29 London to celebrate our 3 year anniversary. Before arriving I contacted the staff to request our room be decorated and to get a bottle of drink (shleor to be precise as neither of us drink alcohol) and they delivered exceptional service. I can't thank them enough for making our stay special and it was beautifully set out for us upon arrival. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful with any of our needs and the baggage storage option was super handy. A superb hotel for a great price!

Our only criticism is that our toilet was situated around 6 inches from the wall of the bathroom -to the front and sides. So we had to sit sideways when using it. Not at all a big issue as it was incredibly clean and all worked as it should. This is the only thing that stops me giving this hotel 10/10.

Great location from Victoria coach/tube and railway station. Staff very friendly and helpful, our room had a single and double bed for 3 of us, it was quite functional for 1 night, wouldn’t have coped for over 2 nights as quite small. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was fantastic as were the towels.

The pillows were not to my liking, felt like they were well used?! could have had a soft and hard pillow to suit. Our kettle didn’t work, although the receptionist brought a new one not enough hangers for 3 persons.

Comfortable beds, quiet room, really nice shower, good wi-fi, quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to cafes, transportation, landmarks, etc.

No USB ports in the room, no elevator. I had reserved a single room, but a few days before, I asked if I could add one person. They said they had absolutely no room, either to change my room to a double or for my friend to get her own room. That's perfectly understandable, but when I arrived, I found that my room had three beds! It just would have been nice to know in advance that my friend could have joined me.

Convenient, near airport. Good meal at restaurant. Very comfortable bed & quiet. Shower very easy to use.

Staff at bar & restaurant were not very “user friendly”. Asked to book for dinner, but was told that I couldn’t. I thought they must have been full that night, but when she repeated it, I realised she was saying that because there was two of us, there was no need to book. When we arrived, we stood around waiting to be seated, but were ignored, so took a table & finally went up to order as there was no sign informing us of the procedure. There was one girl doing the ordering for the meals & making drinks, so a bit of a wait. Another woman was there “supervising” I think as she wasn’t doing any actual serving of customers.
