The room was definitely value for money, and the location was great. A 10 min walk to Victoria Train Station and there was a cafe just across the road. We found the beds really comfy as well, and it was quite clean.

The reception was having a problem with the alarm system I think, so i can understand that they were probably frustrated. However, the reception staff weren't very welcoming and it got our short holiday off to a worrying start. The room also had loads of little holes, the patio doors to the balcony were very dodgy, and the ceiling fan didn't work. None of these were a huge problem but did add to the worrying feeling we had.

The beds were comfortable and we had an ensuite bathroom. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room and a TV. We also had somewhere to hang our clothes. Shower had good pressure and was nice and hot. Ceiling fan was a godsend given the humid weather. There was a great little cafe across the road for breakfast.

Could have been a little cleaner, old sweets left behind the curtain, curtains slightly hanging off the rail. Mirrors weren't in a practical place for drying hair or putting makeup on. One light didn't have a light bulb.

Great location close to victoria coach station. Was perfect for us for a 1 night stay as our flight landed quite late and the next day we left london. We checked in late, at about 00:15 and it went smoothly, just rang the bell and the receptionist opened the door. The rooms were clean and in good taste. A small pot for tea and a window to the street. Beds were comfortable. Check out was smooth as well, just left the keys in the rooms and left. The price was good for what you get.

You can hear other guests closing the doors as they shut quite loud ,also if you don't shut them all the way they make this beeping sound. In one of our rooms the bathroom was seperate and down the stairs one floor, but still private and clean.

Location was good, room was quite big (4 persons), big plus to real sheets and very comftable beds. Some of the room is in same building where main entry but other outdoor, still near. Not a problem. Building was quiet (we stay end of July).

That building smell very strog fuell??? I asked from stadd person where that smell comes and they say maybe because water is haeted by fuel. That was so strong smell that our clothes smells fuel after stay.

Excellent location a few minutes walk to the train station/bus station/metro. Very close to the main tourist attractions. The hosts were very kind and friendly. Although they were under renovation, we were not disturbed at all. We could leave our luggage at the reception before Check in and after Check Out. This was very practical and helpful Very quiet place.

Slightly negative: small space (but it depends on everyone how much time they spend in the room). We only retired to take a shower and sleep.

The property is in a great location - close enough to transport links but far enough away from the main road to be quiet. Room was ok and generally comfortable.

The room could do with some major TLC. The bathroom door handle needs replacing. The bedside lights need to be securely fastened to the wall & fan needs securing to the ceiling - there’s exposed wiring that could cause electrocution & is a major Health and Safety hazard. Sign of damp in the ceiling - this is caused by a leak from the room above. With the cost of the room, I would expect a little more attention to made to the above issues. Would not return due to these issues.

Very close to places , clean tidy room , though didn't look like the pictures , but not to upset about that , friendly staff who was always helpful up until 10.30pm , clean fresh towels every day

Didn't sell water etc in the heatwave but the pub opposite did sell bottled water

-Very well presented and clean hotel. -Very good location, walking distance to lots of landmarks and public transport facilities. -Beds are very comfy, although could do with some more pillows on the beds -Kettle provided with free tea and coffee in the rooms! -Tv is a little dated, but a good addition to the room. -Amazing value for money

-Areas of the room required repair, such as the toilet flush button was missing/One of the ceiling lightbulbs/hairdryer didn’t work -Although subjective to the individual, the hotel keeps the heating on constantly. Therefore, as there are radiators in each of the rooms (which are relatively small) this can mean that it can become uncomfortably hot to sleep. During our stay we had to keep the balcony door open all night as this was our only way to cool down. -The beds are also on wheels, so it’s very easy for them to move around whilst sitting on them.

Perfect location . Worth paying extra for the balcony room . The rooms are small but if you plan on travelling and staying in the hotel room I guess you need a different type for us as we literally only slept there and were out all days was just right .

The bed wasn’t a double it was two single beds which my partner fell into (was quite funny) also no housekeeping was done .

Close to transport to & from London to home. Functional, modern rooms, polite staff, very clean in rooms & corridors, stairs. Excellent shower. Clean towels each day. Room cleaned daily.

No lift . Quite a few stairs to first floor where single rooms were. Staff helped with luggage.
