We chose this hotel for the location primarily for safety and quietness and since we’ve stayed here before over two years ago it was a very pleasant stay. It was more expensive than other hotels in the area so we may have to check what other rates are. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Desireé was especially so when our original room we booked the frig wasn’t working. We had told Anish who we as nice but he told us that the card needs to always be inserted which we had but the frig still didn’t work. Also, we didn’t mention this but the first room wasn’t as clean as we expected so that’s why I rated it with an 8. So the first day we stayed in that room until the next day when Desireé switched our room and so kindly put us on the the same floor which was so great of her. The frig was working and the room was cleaner. Paolo was great too. He’s very friendly. We enjoyed tea with some of our friends and he brought out a very nice tray of goodies. Our British friends felt very posh. The room service was really good. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. When we checked out the guy behind the counter which I don’t remember his name was not as helpful or friendly. We wanted a receipt but he just told us it would be sent through our email. I always want a paper copy but he didn’t offer one. I overheard as we were leaving that one man complained that the a/c wasn’t working and on another floor it flooded with water. We felt bad for those occupants but glad we didn’t have that problem. Next time we come to London we may check out other accommodations in that area. However, we may come here since we are comfortable here too.

Great location, very close to Victoria Station but in a quiet square. Very modern and hi-tech. Comfortable beds and modern but small bathroom. Turning the lights on and off proved a challenge but we eventually worked it out. Supremely quiet hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Little in the way of luxuries in the room. Coffee machine with 3 pods and 2 bottles of water. Tea available via room service. No biscuits. Considering the price paid this was disappointing. Paid nearly £30 for breakfast but also poor value for money. Underwhelming continental choice and we ended up having cereal, juice and tea.

As soon as you enter the hotel you know it is a class act …..You need more than one night to appreciate all the subtle touches …. electronic toys in the room … motorised curtains , great tv with Sonos sound bar , … …. Luxury toiletries in a high tech bathroom …. …. No expense spared . … if I didn’t know the price of the room I would have expected to pay double !! Lovely staff ……nice little touch that you receive emails or texts about your stay and simple check outs …

I hate to say it but breakfast could be far more enjoyable…. Don’t get me wrong the continental breakfast is ok .. you won’t starve but the delivery of the specials is a massive disappointment….. with a little bit of effort in the delivery I wouldn’t have to have written this part of the review !

The property is modern style and in a great location, close to Victoria and 4 stops on the tube from St Pancras The rooms are comfortable and full of gadgets, massaging bed, touch lighting etc

These are not dislikes just observations, free water on 1st night but not replenished on 2nd night stay Room was 28 degrees with window open and AC struggled to bring it down, the touch switches shone blue randomly all night Room next door woke us at 2am with TV, it sounded like a radio was on in our room.

Very clean, great view over Eccleston gardens, very comfy bed and pillows, very quiet location so had great nights sleep, great shower. Liked that we could open the windows as the room was too hot and we couldnt turn the temperature down below 18 degrees.

No tea making facilities in the room. I dont want to have to get dressed and go down to the foyer to get my morning cuppa, and I dont want to have to wait for room service by which time the tea is luke warm. I would also like to drink out of a proper mug rather than a paper cup. There was nowhere to hang wet coats, nowhere to hang towels to dry, and the room was on the small size. The access into the shower would have been a challenge size wise for anyone bigger.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good size and clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Available to help with any requests. Key fob entry felt safe and secure. Really comfy large beds.

Maybe needed a kettle or tea making facilities in bedroom as only had coffee pods only enough for 1 each and no milk and no normal cups just throw away cups . Bar area didn't feel like it's main purpose. Rooms could of had more hangers or coat hook.

It is a lovely, stylish hotel in a lovely residential area that is close to public transport hubs and lovely shopping/eating area in Elizabeth Street.

The hotel room was very small. It had air con but I found it to be too cold; however, when it was switched off, it was too hot. It was perhaps more exaggerated because of the small size of the room.I think the hotel should look at the temperature settings.

Bed is excellent, firm, nice covers, linens, and adjustable headrest The location is perfect if you have plans that take you through the Victoria Coach Station or Train terminal There are also many good restaurants in the area (especially off Warwick Way) The staff was courteous and helpful

The electronic lights, curtains, heaters are annoying. It will take you days before you figure out how to work them (despite a fast paced video tutorial) The room had no desk or chair, so we needed to improvise for basic writing or reading. The room was small, even though it's 150 sq ft. Lots of space devoted to bathroom. The closet has only 5 dedicated hangers

Location was excellent. We stayed 5 nights and explored London and the vicinity. Had a fabulous stay. The hotel is in walking distance of alot of sights, transportation hubs, and restaurants. The room was a bit small but was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly - they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. .verall, we had a great stay and we would stay there again.

Breakfast was just ok and a bit pricey for what you got - it was pretty much a continental type breakfast - yogurt, cereal, fruit, and pastries. It was fi e for a quick breakfast. I think they do offer a hot breakfast later in the morning but we never made it.

The Eccleston Square Hotel was in a fantastic location in London. We were able to walk to many of the popular sites and also get buses from Victoria Station. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean with a good amount of space and great amenitites including complimentary tea. We would absolutely stay here again upon returning to London.

We can't think of anything that we did not really like about our stay at the Eccleston Square. It really felt like a home away from home while in London.
