It had everything I needed as a solo traveller, also had space to keep my suitcase open and move freely in the room -Shower had good pressure and was constantly warm and also big enough to not be crammed up -bed was really comfortable -perfect location, 5min to Victoria Station and a supermarket right around the corner

just some small things -hooks in the bathroom would have been nice, I had nowhere to hang my towels (there is enough space for hooks) -very small sink, which was no big issue, I just had my toiletries bag on the toilet (also a bigger sink is not possible for the small bathroom) -no window to the outside, which I did not know whilst booking (had no big issue with it as there was a small window to the corridor so some fresh air was possible + fan to have some circulation)

Very good location a few minutes' walk from Victoria train and underground station. It is also round the corner from a fairly large Sainsbury's supermarket. Friendly staff. It is also possible to keep luggage for a few days for a daily rate which is helpful for those like me who are often in London a day or two in between short trips. It saved me having to lug my luggage to and from Victoria Coach station or other luggage storage place.

Staircase to basement where my room was located is extremely narrow.

The hotel has a good location. I was able to get to Victoria from the airport (Luton) with just one bus. It is in a quiet neighborhood. There are a few pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is very easy to get to the subway, train and bus. The staff is friendly.

It is not easy to use a computer because there is no desk in the room. The room is a bit small and may be difficult for those traveling with large suitcases.

We stayed in the two bedroom flat behind the hotel. It was on two floors, living room downstairs, two beds and bathroom upstairs. The price seemed very reasonable for all that space. I wonder if we received a last minute offer after a cancellation. The flat has a separate entrance in an interesting street with restaurants and coffee shops.

The iron was not a steam dry iron and was worse than hopeless as it wasted our time. Also there needs to be some proper glasses, like wine glasses.

I like how it was very accessible to the grocery, food stalls and to the transportation, In addition the staff were all good. If Im coming back there, I will still choose to stay there because not too expensive

The space is a bit small, but I think its kinda acceptable because of the price, and the other rooms, you can hear them but its fine, its really not that loud, maybe its because its a room very close to each other

The location was perfect and central to all tourist attractions, direct train from Gatwick into Victoria station and a few minutes walk to the hotel. Small compacted room with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. 2 double beds and en-suite. Small fridge and tea coffee making facilities. Hairdryer, cosmetics and towels all supplied. The area was quiet and we felt safe walking around in the evenings. Staff was on the reception 24/7

Nothing that I could fault

Great location for that price. All what you need, sleep and private bathroom. In location you only sleep and that’s it. 18min walk to Big Ben. 24h service so no problem to get anything you want, additional towels etc. If someone gives less than 8, shall pay at least 3 or 4 times more and expect what needed. For me great to sleep, take a private shower and go to the city. Close 50m great pizza, and markets.

Excellent location in London, very close to Victoria train and bus stations. In our original room the fan in the bathroom would not turn off but the owners were very helpful and attentive in trying to sort out the issue. They kindly moved us to another room. The recommendation for the nearby chicken burgers for dinner was excellent. Great food and good value, cooked fresh and was very tasty.

This is a perfect location for transit. We stayed only 1 night and were happy the place was walking distance to Victoria. It's very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Would def stay again and recommend to anyone needing a cheap place to stay close to all transport. Don't really know what all the low-star reviews are on about. You can see from pics the room will be small, so if you don't want that don't book it. For us it was perfect, no probs fitting all our luggage and you get a quality, comfortable and clean room for £90 in the centre of London. What more do you want?

Excellent location within easy walking distance of Victoria Station in classic 19th century London street whose building exteriors have all been redecorated recently. Prices was one of the best available on Booking.com, certainly for central London hotels. Near many restaurants, including some of my favourites. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom on arrival. Clean sheets. Evocative view of backs of London houses from window and a line of red telephone boxes. Plenty of hot water for shower. Guy at reception kindly lent us his personal umbrella when we went out for dinner.

My single room had a standard double bed which was fine for me but may be small for some couples. Space around bed was minimum so don't come with lots of baggage. Although you can store luggage on its side and open bag up on the bed. No lift but our rooms were on first and second floor so not a long way to climb.
