The rooms were clean and well thought out, but very compact. Rooms are fitted with air conditioning which was appreciated on on hot week in London. Drinking water and tea/coffee making facilities were provided. Towels, soap, hair&body wash were provided. The staff were professional and helpful, and maintenance quickly sorted out an issue with the aircon. Buffet breakfast was available at an extra cost, but there are also plenty of food outlets nearby. Very close to all transport links.

The bathroom was divided from the rest of the room by frosted glass panels but you could still see through and wasn't great for privacy when seeing to personal hygiene. Not really anywhere to store a large suitcase.

The location is excellent, yet still in a calm area. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. It has both EU and UK sockets. For those who prefer sleeping in complete darkness, a windowless room is ideal.

My partner and I were a bit amused by the toilet right in the middle of the room with quite transparent glass and low ventilation. Every night and day, he had to jump over me just to get out of bed as the walls surrounded three sides of the bed, but that became our favorite laugh - I got to trap him against the wall so he couldn’t escape, so satisfying ))

A memorable stay at Z Hotel Victoria – heart, soul, and the perfect location. I recently stayed at Z Hotel Victoria with my daughter, and although the room wasn’t the largest or most luxurious, it had everything we needed — and something even more valuable: a team of exceptional people. What truly makes this hotel stand out is not just its unbeatable location (just steps away from Victoria Station and walking distance from some of London’s most iconic landmarks), but the people who breathe life into it. Gabriela, in particular, is one of those rare professionals you never forget. She knows exactly what needs to be done, how to do it, and does it all with genuine kindness and grace. She made us feel welcomed, cared for, and truly seen. Larisa was also wonderful — both of them bring that unique warmth and charm that perhaps only Romanians can offer: discreet, attentive, and deeply human.

The location of this hotel was absolutely top-notch. This hotel is located a 1 minute walk from Victoria Station which was a essential station for transportation around the city. This hotel is a short walk (10-20 minutes) from several incredible sites in London such as Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, etc. The room was very cozy and had a very large bathroom which I really enjoyed.

The room space was quite tight, although we did book a room without a window, so I was not expecting anything roomy. You would not be able to open both large luggages on the ground at once but we were able to store both large luggages with plenty of room to walk around.

The hotel was presented immaculately from as soon as you walked in. Greeted by extremely welcoming and friendly staff. The check in (and check out) was efficient and smooth. The room was clean, well presented and comfortable, with immediate facilities at your disposal. The additional service of breakfast in the morning was a wonderful addition. This was freshly served each morning, with an array of options that would suit anyone's needs. The hotel was conveniently located to many local attractions and sightseeing must haves (Buckingham Palace situated at the bottom of the road - for example). Also, fantastic travelling links are just steps away. Offering to hold onto my luggage even after check out - for free, so we could continue sightseeing before travelling home later in the day was a much appreciated service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I might be wrong... But I'm almost certain on booking, that in the room facilities it stated that the room was sound proof. Unfortunately, it was not. I heard quite a lot of banging and noise from surrounding rooms. And hoovering during the day when trying to relax. But other than that, my experience was fantastic.

The first thing that I would like to say is coming from the United States. And being used to very large rooms. this will be a culture shock. Understand that in England there are no really big rooms. With that in mind, I had to ask the gentleman the first night. What in the world was going on. He explained to me that these are considered micro hotels. Once I understood that I then could judge it on its merit which it was excellent. I will say that the bed was very, very very hard. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is a great location if you are visiting London to sightsee and shop. It is within walking distance of nice restaurants and even if you want to walk all the way to Big Bend it’s not that far. They are very clean and always out to try to help.

Very comfortable night's sleep in a quiet downstairs room. The location was perfect for our overnight stay and the friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate me in my wheelchair. Everywhere was very clean. We were very thankful for the air conditioning on such a hot weekend. The reception/breakfast room was a beautiful light and airy space and the breakfast buffet included a good selection of food and drink choices.. Would recommend and would definitely stay again..

The room was quite small for a double room and also had very little storage space for our bags. On the other hand, there were other room options available. The lovely shower, very comfortable bed and quiet room made up for that.

Staff made a real effort. Responsive. Smiley. Drinks available 24/7. The bed was incredibly comfy, firm mattress which i prefer. Loved the glass bathroom actually in the bedroom. It was quiet. 300 yards from the theatre which was the purpose of our visit. We were so very pleased with our stay and it totally exceeded our expectations.

Unfortunately the shower plug didn't drain and flooded the bathroom bit. Luckily I spotted it before it leaked out the room. We alerted a member of staff who came to help immediately and it was midnight! We were provided with more towels and were reassured maintenance will be informed. My partner had a shower later and with a little encouragement, it did drain and not flood the second time.

The hotels location is perfect, just 2 min walk to Victoria station, easy to access to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had problem with screen where you can control your lights, it didn't work, we told the staff and in few hours it was fixed, and even they cleaned our room and change our towels. ( we stayed 3 days) what we didn't ask. Very nice from their side.

The rooms are very small , I new that they will be small, didn't expect that they are that small, but again we only slept there. I would say it's not that bad. Just for few nights it's good 👍

I've stayed here before but the room i was given this time was tiny (ive always booked the same room type) the room was also poorly layout (tv on outside wall so you'd keep hitting it when walking by also be aware you can hear the underground trains go under the room every few minutes until around 12am & from 6am so bring earplugs of youre a light sleeper
