The most important things we wished from the hotel in this trip was that it would be clean and there would be no bedbugs, it would be well-located and it would be safe. This hotel was everything we asked for. The location of the hotel is excellent, very near to Victoria's station. The street that the hotel is located is quite calm and we felt safe to walk on it, even during evenings. Hotel is quite small and our room was in the "ground floor" and it was really peaceful. The room was clean and there was enough space and the bathroom was also nice. We enjoyed the English breakfast and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would totally visit again, thank you!

In the first evening of our visit there was some trouble to get warm water from the shower but it was fixed in couple minutes.

Breakfast. The English breakfast was fab. There's cereals, fruit and yoghurt available before you eat if you want. The food was cooked well and was ready within 10 mins of ordering. The bed was super comfortable. Great sleeps. The location was nice and local to Victoria Station. Some great local pubs and restaurant nearby to. We did have an issue on arrival, but the lady, Alba, who was on front for arrival of guests was immensely helpful and went above and beyond. She was very attentive to some of the small issues we came across on our departure so they could be dealt with for the next guests.

There's nothing to not like really. I'm not going to complain about room decor or finishes. These places are maintained by a small team of people with very little time to turn things around. The cleanliness was as good as you can ask. Unless you leave the card on the door, room staff will arrive, empty bins, make the bed and change towels if you leave them in the shower. Otherwise not much to complain about

Great location for Victoria Stations. Bright property. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Great staff. Kind, cheerful and helpful. Nice toiletries, from reception. Good coffee machine in reception Good quality towels. Good shower. Large wardrobe. Good wifi.

The top floor room could be a hike with stairs and luggage or taking coffee to room No tea and coffee maker in room, you help yourself in reception. Prime time at breakfast causes a wait to get a table. Some guests seem to miss the point its polite to wait your turn. (Not hotels fault. )

Great location, very nice area, our room was very quiet at night, facing off the street. Ideal place to stay local to Buckingham Palace and a short walk from Victoria tube station. Lovely breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly. Main reason to visit was to take part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon, which started earlier than the breakfast service on the Sunday. The staff helped me out and sorted out some food for me. Thanks 👍

Only 5 tables so wasn’t always possible to eat breakfast straight away. Maybe a booking system could help

The location was spot on for what we wanted to go to the NY fireworks. The breakfast was great all cooked fresh in front of you 👍 It was clean

The cost they trippled the cost for a one nite stay normaly £117 but we paid £348 just for Christmas period we didn't no until we checked for another nite in march just to compare price's, the room was bland no decor,pictures nothing the tv was an old 30inch screen, walls not painted cracked not sealed bathroom tiny and needs sorting such as painting and seals around sink and shower.also no tea/Coffee facilities in room, if you want a cuppa you have to go to reception? Will not be going back and would defo not recommend sorry.

The room was clean and pleasant, and a staff member welcomed us when we arrived. We were about an hour early and were hoping just to drop off our luggage but our room was ready. We were able to leave our belongings in our room while we went out to get lunch. The location is good, just a couple of blocks from Victoria Station. and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Our favorite thing about the B&B was the breakfast. A sweet woman prepared a wonderful array of cold foods and cooked hot foods at the guests' requests. We had large, delicious breakfasts at the start of each day.

The room was very small. There were two wardrobes, but even so, space was at a premium. In the bathroom, there was only one shelf for cosmetics, and it was directly above the toilet. It's an old building, and the charm has been kept, but it was a squeeze by modern standards. There was also a shortage of electrical outlets. We ended up charging our phones and e-readers in one wardrobe, where there was an outlet, but where we were also storing clothing, coats, and suitcases.

London is an expensive city to stay in and we normally stay in 4 and 5 star hotels - but the rates are climbing and rooms especially bathrooms are small. So we went for the B&B studio option this time. It exceeded our expectations - bedroom were large, warm and spotless with very comfortable beds. Separate hallway with wardrobe and area to get dressed (they even provided a full length mirror which could be moved around). Bathroom was large and off the hallway, airy and had its own window !! not rammed into corner of the bedroom a big bonus when getting girls are getting ready

Not a complaint but know that the buildings are listed so windows are old sash (a bit tricky to keep open) and in our bathroom the shower was great but in the bath,

We had a great stay here, on our way to a cruise from Tilbury. We had a spacious studio at the front of the building, which some might find noisy, but we like the buzz of London. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the heating worked well and the staff were friendly and helpful, they even printed our luggage labels for us and lent a stapler to fix them. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and station. We were able to walk to Victoria coach station, for our transfer to the port and didn’t need a taxi. Would stay again.

There were no negatives.

We stayed at the B&B Belgravia for a week and we really felt at home. The room had everything we needed. The bed was very confortable and we slept like babies. Our room was in the basement but It had a window to an interior garden so we didn't care. Besides, it was very quiet. The bathroom was big and clean. Cleaning was done every day without fault and we had no complain. Breakfast had quite a variety of products and you could also ask something cooked in the moment (eggs, sausages, mushrooms, tomatos, bacon...). And most important, all the staff was very nice and helpful. Next time we go to London we will probably stay there again.

Perfect location for our family stay in London, close the everything walking distance for a lot of sights but also close to the station for when little legs get tired. Apartment was spacious and clean, very comfortable pillows. Having the kitchenette meant was easier for the children to have breakfast and super, lounge for them to play with Lego and just a more comfortable experience. We would definitely visit here again.

Only thing I would say is the lack of oven/hob was a shame however it’s not essential and we managed ok without one.
