This adorable B & B exceeded all expectations! It is in a very nice, safe neighborhood, close to everything (we walked most places, took Metro all others), clean as can be, delicious chef-prepared breakfast, and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. The room size was big enough, and bed was comfortable but could have been a little softer for my taste. The only "con" was that we were on the top floor and there is no lift; however, we had packed lightly knowing that there was none. The staff stored our luggage safely upon our early arrival so that we could begin touring the city. There were some nice little perks including coffee and water in the lobby and a cookie jar for a little snack. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone who asks!

B & B Belgravia was perfect for our short vacation in London, its location as 10 mins walking from Victoria Station in a very nice and clean and safe area. The breakfast supplied was made fresh daily anytype of eggs, mushrooms, baked bean, Bacon etc Also fruit, cereals & Yoghurt were on offer. Teas, chocolate and coffee and water on offer all day. The B & B was clean and comfortable and of a smallish size but perfect to lay your head down after a busy day sightseeing in London. I would recommend this B & B to anyone who is looking for a Reasonable priced accommodation in a great area.

The location was ideal for the theater and only a short walk from Buckingham Palace. Lots of small restaurants in the area. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. The price was good value ( breakfast included) for the area that it is in . Breakfast was freshly cooked and plenty of choices.

The room was a bit small and we had to climb four flights of stairs to get to our room . There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, although you could get these in the reception area for free.

A beautiful building in a lovely part of London, B&B Belgravia was perfect for our trip to London within safe walking distance of Hyde Park where we were attending an event. Also just 5 minutes away from Victoria station giving access across London. The area is perfect to explore the sights of London and has plenty of restaurants and cafes on its doorstep including the charming Ecclestone Yards. The hosts at the B&B were very attentive and friendly and the studio room was surprisingly quiet and nicely set up with a good sized bathroom.

We stayed during a heatwave and there is no aircon but it actually wasn’t a problem as the hosts provided a large fan and its secluded position meant we could leave the windows open.

Unbeatable location for us as the B&B is a 10 minute walk from Victoria Station. Pleasant area in a fairly quiet street. Clean room. Friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent cooked breakfast prepared in front of you with other options to choose from. Hot drinks and water available at all times in reception area. Fan provided in room was needed on two of the hottest days of the year in London for our stay.

We are early risers, but latecomers may have to queue for one of the small number of breakfast tables. Room 6 really needs some kind of door/privacy screen to separate the bathroom area from the room itself. Stepping out of the shower if staying with anyone other than your partner or a very close friend could prove to be very embarrassing as you are in full view of anyone in the room. Would certainly stay here again, but not in this room, unless it is improved.

It was easy to find, and in a very convenient location. It's on a road which doesn't have too much traffic so it's not noisy and dirty, and I had a room in the back of the building which was so quiet, it was wonderful. The building and room looked as if it had been renovated very recently. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

A minor point: I was told I could leave luggage, but all luggage was left in a corner where guests can pick it up when they want to. I had my laptop in my rucksack, and didn't feel happy to leave it. It would feel safer if luggage could be kept in a room or cupboard, and guests be given a ticket to retrieve it (I wouldn't mind paying for that if necessary).

Close to coach station and Hyde Park our destination for evening as walking distance - had a suite with fridge, toaster and microwave

Property was great but had a downstairs room which was right next to an outdoor seating area. The windows opened up straight onto this. As it was a very hot evening we felt uncomfortable opening windows as had other guests coming to use the space at 1-2 in the morning and not only cld we hear them chatting but smell of smoke entered the room and they cld have easily poked their heads through windows as only had blinds to keep our modesty - if not a hot weekend this prob would t have bothered us at all - everything else was fab

The most important things we wished from the hotel in this trip was that it would be clean and there would be no bedbugs, it would be well-located and it would be safe. This hotel was everything we asked for. The location of the hotel is excellent, very near to Victoria's station. The street that the hotel is located is quite calm and we felt safe to walk on it, even during evenings. Hotel is quite small and our room was in the "ground floor" and it was really peaceful. The room was clean and there was enough space and the bathroom was also nice. We enjoyed the English breakfast and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would totally visit again, thank you!

In the first evening of our visit there was some trouble to get warm water from the shower but it was fixed in couple minutes.

Breakfast. The English breakfast was fab. There's cereals, fruit and yoghurt available before you eat if you want. The food was cooked well and was ready within 10 mins of ordering. The bed was super comfortable. Great sleeps. The location was nice and local to Victoria Station. Some great local pubs and restaurant nearby to. We did have an issue on arrival, but the lady, Alba, who was on front for arrival of guests was immensely helpful and went above and beyond. She was very attentive to some of the small issues we came across on our departure so they could be dealt with for the next guests.

There's nothing to not like really. I'm not going to complain about room decor or finishes. These places are maintained by a small team of people with very little time to turn things around. The cleanliness was as good as you can ask. Unless you leave the card on the door, room staff will arrive, empty bins, make the bed and change towels if you leave them in the shower. Otherwise not much to complain about

Great location for Victoria Stations. Bright property. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Great staff. Kind, cheerful and helpful. Nice toiletries, from reception. Good coffee machine in reception Good quality towels. Good shower. Large wardrobe. Good wifi.

The top floor room could be a hike with stairs and luggage or taking coffee to room No tea and coffee maker in room, you help yourself in reception. Prime time at breakfast causes a wait to get a table. Some guests seem to miss the point its polite to wait your turn. (Not hotels fault. )
