The location was great. We were going to a garden party at Buckingham Palace and it was the perfect distance for walking in our posh frocks and heels! The staff were all lovely and really helpful. Kitchenette in the room was great.

Only criticisms were the lack of view (just office buildings), pillows were not great (too low for 1 and too high for 2) and the WiFi was patchy.

Excellent location, just a short walk from Victoria Station and just behind Buckingham Palace. 15-20 mins walk from the Westminster area and attractions like Churchill’s War Room. Convenient and comfortable for a one-night stay, with plenty of food and grocery store options in the area.

Ok for a short stay, but there was no soap in either the basin or shower dispensers!

It is amazing little hotel, with small cozy rooms equipped with everything you need. I was given a room when I arrived, although it happened before official check-in time, they gave a room, simply because they had one available and they really wanted to be helpful. Also I was upgraded and given slightly bigger room, which was very pleasant. So, hats off to the staff!!! Although the room was on a lower ground floor, unlike the usual lower ground accommodations it was cozy, and felt safe. And window wasn't overlooking a wall, but a something like bushes, so there was not any claustrophobic feeling.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was impeccably clean (exceptional by London standards), with daily, thorough housekeeping. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room was quiet, with precise temperature control, and the bathroom was cozy, featuring a spacious, comfortable shower. Located in a convenient yet peaceful area, this hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing stay.

The room was clean, the small kitchenette was perfect. Drinks for us chilled, microwave, coffee, tea. We had a few bottles of wine we brought in which worked great with kitchenette having wine glasses. There was not a view, as the bed backed up to the window, however we had a room adjusted to fit a pull out bed, so for us it was perfect! Beds very comfortable and pillows/linens very nice. It was nice and quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. Air conditioning worked great! We were able to walk or taxi anywhere very quickly. I would definitely return and/or recommend!

No real negatives I can think of. The towels may have been a little scratchy??? but really I have no complaints. A little dish soap would have been nice to have.

We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and maintained. The staff are super helpful! The location of the hotel is perfect, quiet yet central 5 minutes walk from the central Victoria station and 5 minutes walks from parks and Buckingham palace. The room is not too small as compared to other hotels in the same price range and location in London and the value for money is good (again when compared to London’s hotels prices vs location in London) The room included a functional kitchen including a brita filtered water tap!! Cups, plates, cutlery, mini fridge, kitchen sink and it’s perfect!

The blinds in the room didnt completely cover the window completely

We booked this hotel as an experiment (small room) for the location but the hotel surpassed our expectations. From the friendly and professional staff on reception who checked us in to the very well arranged room with every facility we could want it was all excellent. We agreed that while the room was small it was more comfortable and had better facilities than some far more expensive and bigger rooms / hotels. Particularly like the Brita filtered water tap.

For the stay we planned, to see some shows and visit some sites, this hotel was excellent, couldn't fault it.

Great location close to everything we had planned with easy access to a few places for quick brunch and not far from tube stations. Friendly staff. Room was a decent size for central London and we especially liked the little pantry area with sink and fridge. Plenty of storage for three nights.

The large (superking-sized - that was one of the reasons for booking this particular hotel) is a zip and link and could have done with a thicker mattress cover as the slight dip between the two halves was quite noticeable. There was an issue with hot water on the morning we left but the staff were very apologetic and it was outside their control. The split blind in the bedroom did allow light from a streetlamp right outside in but we got used to it after the first night.

In London to attend a Royal Garden Party, the location was superb, 5 minute walk to the front gates of Buckingham Palace. Similar distance from Victoria Underground Station in the other direction. Hotel spotless, having the kitchenette in the room was an added bonus. No breakfast room but a takeaway service was provided by the excellent cafe round the corner. Complimentary drinks were provided in the hotel lobby between 6 & 7pm so it was nice to catch up with other guests over a glass of prosecco or wine at the end of the day. Perfect place to stay for the purpose of our visit.

We had a superior twin room for two people but the fact that there was a put up bed also in room which wasn’t required, made the room feel a lot smaller.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the key historical and other tourist attractions in London. It is also very close to the theaters as well. At the same time, it is a few blocks from the busy streets and visiting hordes. The room was lovely - Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.

My only gripe, and this is not unique to this hotel, is that everywhere I stay these days, the typical sheet and blanket has been replaced by the super warm, all-in-one down thingy. Way too hot!
