I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Victoria Station, which made getting there from Gatwick Airport incredibly convenient. It’s also very close to a Tube station, so getting around London was quick and easy. The bed was very comfortable, though I found the pillows a bit too firm for my liking. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and consistent hot water — a perfect way to relax after a day out. What truly stood out was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and outstanding service.

The only drawback was the absence of a minibar or small fridge in the room, which would have been a nice addition. Still, this was a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives.

Very clean, A/C worked great (but did turn off in the middle of the night, seemed to run for a set amount of time). The bed was comfy. Good choice of places to eat nearby, and close enough to Victoria tube station. Staff at front desk always friendly and helpful. Didn't expect to have to ask for a top sheet or a wash cloth, but they were readily provided. Safe was nice to have. Appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and biscuits.

The elevator didn't work one day and I have a bum knee and was on the top floor. The room was very small, much smaller than I expected from the pictures. Shower was also quite small and the shower head was not high enough. Could have used a larger wastebasket in the bathroom and I prefer open ones (not the kind you have to step on to open the top).

The staff were amazing. Lovely people, very nice and accommodating. They upgraded us to a larger room, with an extra bed. They arranged a bag breakfast for us on our last day as we were leaving early. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location was great - very safe, quiet, clean neighborhood and walking distance to tube and buses. Recently refurbished and very clean rooms and bathrooms.

The rooms are small and the beds are very small. The "queen" bed is the size of an American old fashioned double bed - not queen. They're quite comfortable, but small. It's difficult to move around in the room, and you can only open a suitcase on the bed - no other space in the double room.

Satisfied with our stay. Twin room, reasonably priced with comfortable beds and a good ensuite bathroom - nice shower in particular as this can often be hit and miss. Cool air conditioning was a pleasant extra after a long journey getting there. Quiet at night although it did get a bit noisy in the corridors around 7am. The staff offered warm greetings and were easy to talk to. Would likely stay in future and recommend to others.

We could hear quite a lot of noise from another room throughout the evening. From the sounds of it, the occupant had several guests one after another, so who can say what was happening there? Other than that, the room is a little small but not too cramped, worth bearing in mind if such spaces are an issue.

We arrived early and the staff were only too happy to check us in. The double room we booked wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to an apartment which was located a couple of doors down the street. The apartment had a very comfortable very clean bedroom with wardrobe, a kitchen dining lounge area and a good sized bathroom. The bedroom didn’t have a lot of room (which we knew when we booked the double room) so we used the lounge area for our luggage. It is an easy 10 minute walk to Victoria station even with luggage.

The kitchen needed some maintenance as the cupboards were very well warn and didn’t look very clean. The bathroom also didn’t look very clean but again this might just be because it is in need of an update.

Stayed for one night only and required only a single room, therefore was not expecting too much! However, I was completely delighted with my stay and cannot raise an issue with one single thing. The location is great and very convenient for local bars, restaurants and Victoria Station, at check in, the staff were polite and very helpful and although small, the room was spotlessly clean, had a great bathroom and was more then adequate for a single traveller. Breakfast the following morning was excellent considering the price and I've stayed in many hotels that come nowhere close to offering the selection. All in, a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will certainly be back!

The property was extremely clean. It was an amazing location within walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Big Bend and many other attractions along the river. Restaurants across the street from the hotel and a convenient store right on the corner across from the hotel. It is in walking distance of the underground train station.

That the breakfast is not included. For my husband and I for one morning’s breakfast was 27.90 pounds. Everything else with the hotel was amazing.

The single room included a desk and chair, which I really appreciated - many single rooms in England are so small there's no room for any furniture other than the bed. The shower had great water pressure - also rare in small UK hotels. Great to have AC during the hottest summer days.

The window opens into one of those tiny brick interior columns, ugly. Too bad there was no outdoor common area with seating anywhere in the hotel (roof, courtyard, etc)

Everything was fantastic! The location was very close to the Underground and Coach stations. Lots of food options very close by. The room was big, filled with more than we expected. We had a microwave and fridge! The staff were amazing! Very clean...we constantly saw someone cleaning (even saw them cleaning the elevator floor!). It's going to be our new home when we visit London! Highly recommend!!

Nothing (the bed in rm 303 could use a new mattress, if I'm going to be picky)

It was within walking distance to Victoria Train Station, Buckingham Palace, and many of the tour buses. It was a quiet area, and the breakfast was really good. There was a small issue with our room when we first arrived, but the staff worked to get it taken care of promptly.They were amazing!

I thought our beds would actually be pushed together for a King, but instead they were just twin beds. It was ok for the shorter stay.
