Well I was book Mornington Victor Hotel … but when I was arrived I was sent to a sister Hotel without warning was that will happen .

It was ok … tiny but clean and comfortable… but I was feel treat as Trash sent to back of the house without any chance to ask why?

Good location, clean rooms.

There wasn’t hot water every time I wanted to shower, stayed 2 nights and only managed to have 1 hot shower, which was disappointing

We had a great stay in the hotel. Jeffrey, from the reception, was EXCEPTIONAL in helping us out. He provided us with a lot of useful information, ensured our check-in and stay were smooth and we felt extremely well-taken care of. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we certainly would come back. The Hotel is very close to Pimlico station (underground) and to Victoria Station too. There are many pubs and restaurants nearby. Very good location.

The wi-fi was a bit slow, and the shower had a small issue with heating, but nothing too bad. Those were small issues.

The guy at the front desk was just lovely, I believe his name is Jeffrey. Very accommodating and friendly. The room and the bathroom were cozy. It is very close to underground stations 10 minute walk. There were amenities in the room such as a kettle and a box of teas and coffees, hair dryer, iron for the clothes and shampoo / body wash. The room was overall clean with a couple of spots of spilled coffee stain on the leather chair, but this was only noticed as I was crawling on the floor with my 3 year old. Although there is no lobby or breakfast, the hotel offers a 20% discount at a nearby café, which was a 2 minute walk.

We only stayed for 1 night. There was a significant discount available, which was great, but I think the full price is quite high for a place that can only be used for sleeping.

The hotel was brilliant. Smelt lovely, ultra modern, and very comfortable. Despite the odd poor review (you can’t please everyone!), don’t let it put you off. It’s great value for money for what you get, and it was genuinely just lovely. The staff were great, very smart and attentive which gives you confidence in the place.

I wouldn’t say there was anything I disliked. If I was being extra picky. I would say the only mirror is on the wardrobe and there was no plug socket near it but that is me splitting hairs 🤣🤣

Rooms were really nice, clean and had everything you needed. Comfy bed, nice lighting and decor etc

On arrival the link on the confirmation email took me to the sister hotel but fortunately this hotel was round the corner. Small bathroom, which was fine for me personally but can imagine maybe an issue for others or longer stays. Room did have air con but it was still very warm in the room. Beds had a thick duvet be better with a thin summer one on at this time of year.

Newly renovated hotel room, nice staff and great location. 24/7 reception ready to help you with anything. We could open the window of our room and air con worked also. Loved the heavy curtains which made the room completely dark even in the mornings. Plenty buses and two tube stations near by, close to busy Victoria station and its national rail services. (Depending on the fitness level) A walking distance for example to Big Ben. Restaurants, bars and cafe options are plenty to choose from. A good base for discovering London and staying the nights in here.

Despite being renovated the room was a bit impractical: you have to be a quite creative finding place for your luggage especially if there’s much of it. The street is fairly busy with traffic even at night so ear plugs came handy. No fridge but kettle and cups for tea/instant coffee was provided.

A very cute cozy hotel located in a lovely central neighborhood. The rooms were a bit small but renovated and very clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The walls of the rooms were a bit thin and you could hear the house cleaning when they were in the next room vacuuming for example, or the people snoring in the next room. Otherwise it was very quiet.

Very clean, comfortable, great facilities and excellent blackout curtains. Thank goodness for the fantastic air-conditioning! Reception alerted us to the Roasting Cafe for breakfast, 20% discount with the map.info. Great coffee and pastries, great tip!

Very tight space, no room. for suitcases if you are staying for a while. Luckily we were only there one night, so we had overnight bags only and managed ok.

Great location, close to Victoria Station, bus stop outside, 15 - 20 min walk to Tate Britain and Millbank pier for the Uber boat. Lots of lovely places to eat near by too. The room was nicely decorated, modern, clean and surprisingly quiet. The beds were comfortable too.

I might suggest the hotel invest in some new towels and bedding. They were clean and fresh but one towel had a hole in it and one of the duvet covers had come apart at the seam in places.
