Nice apartment on high floor with elevator. Very quiet. Easy walk to underground and river.

The kitchen was very small with little bench space but had a full size fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom sink was small and a bit awkward to use.

The place is a compound of rooms and apartments for leasing. They recently started offering apartments for short term rent through Booking and Airbnb. Overall it was a nice worm stay

Some buildings are being renovated and you can sometimes hear construction noise.

Excellent staff. Great value for the price. Excellent location.

There was no AC and London was very hot this summer.

I’m convinced Dolphin House is the best place to stay in London! The rooms are large and spacious and contain everything you would need. I stayed at dolphin house for just over two weeks and was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the neighbourhood is. the shops on the property made life much easier as you could just pop down to grab whatever you were missing. I didn’t use the gym but I ate at the restaurant and the cafe often and they were really good! the room itself was perfect, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed having a vanity and a dining table. overall I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in London!

I have only have a minor complaint, the outlets are inconveniently placed (which I’m aware is not the hotels fault) so it would be nice to have access to an extension cord.

Staying for more than one or two nights I really like Dolphin Square because you get a kitchen so I don't have to eat out every day. And because every room is a suite I get a separate living area and bedroom. The location is excellent for central London - Pimlico tube station is a few minutes walk away and there are frequent buses from pretty much directly outside the property (particularly C10 to Canary Wharf, 24 through central London to Hampstead and 360 towards Kensington).

A few more utensils and a small pan in the kitchen would have been nice (you're supplied with a large pot and a frying pan). Wifi could be stronger, but it's perfectly usable. Otherwise it was fine.

Location was fantastic close to train and buses and not far at all to the West End . The privacy of the studio apartment was lovely and the area is really nice the Thames river is just a few minutes walk. The bar and restaurant was very nice overlooking the swimming pool. The food looked lovely or though we didn't order just had some drinks. Staff was lovely and very polite.

That i could not open the windows fully to get fresh air as it was very hot in the studio apartment and that there was no electric plugs next to the bed so you can charge your phone etc only one electric plug in the bedroom. And the pillows they gave you no support for your head. The bed was good but the room was too hot to enjoy it.

The apartment had plenty of space, was clean and was nice and quiet. bed in master bedroom was really comfortable and I slept really well. the location is great in a quiet area but close the tube and parliament square. good place for a family would recommend it. staff on the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

it’s just missing some finishing touches, bedrooms are well decorated but lounge and bathrooms just need something. fire place in the lounge looked bare, this could be made into a feature, plus a welcome pack in the room would be a good idea along with additional towels. in addition to this there needs to be direct access to the first floor from reception, going to the second floor down to the first isn’t a great experience with three children and a push chair. also there was a pungent smell of bleach on entry which was reassuring in that you knew the place was clean however just some light air freshener would be nice.

Great location, and the 1st person who checked us in was extremely polite and professional, brilliant price for location. Good size apartment with a wide number of facilities a 4/5 min walk to the tube which was ideal.

When checking out one member of staff seemed slightly stressed and came across as a bit rude, I’m guessing short staffed however should still try and remain polite to customers. Also the kitchen had everything needed to make a meal but no cutlery to eat it with.

The room and location was PERFECT for us. Possibly the largest hotel room i've ever stayed in. Really nice amenities, very quiet location about 30 minute walk to parliament square with a great bagel place on the way or just around the corner from the tube

The spa facilities were only suppost to be closed for one day of our stay, we were made aware in advance of arrival and expressed that we didn't want to stay there if they weren't open at all as this was a Xmas gift for my partner, but they ended up closed the whole duration of our stay and we weren't made aware of this until we headed to use the facilities. The closure wasn't the fault of the staff but we should have been updated. Management did reluctantly reimburse us 10% for the inconvenience

The apartment was spacious with lots of built-in storage space. Rooms were really clean and spacious Bathroom was cute and clean with the option for a bath or a shower The Bed was very comfortable with multiple pillows The room was nice and warm at all times House keeping were so polite and accommodating Tea/coffee and milk are in the room which was a nice touch The majority of reception staff were lovely and really helpful Amazing location walking distance from Victoria Easy access to Kensington from the bus stop around the corner

The TV aerial is not secure so be mindful you may not get service In the kitchen the kettle was underneath the oven which once on created condensation which dropped down by the sockets so just be mindful. There isn't a main room light, each room in the apartment has 2/3 lamps so the lighting wasn't great in the evenings If you book 2 rooms you may not be allocated rooms next to each other which was my assumption when i booked 2 rooms. You are able to hear the people staying directly above your room.
