During our trip with our 17-month-old baby, I can say that the room was spacious enough. Having a kitchen in the room allowed us to prepare some meals for our baby, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well maintained. Contrary to some reviews, when the windows were closed, the train noise was not disturbing enough to interrupt our sleep. The hotel’s breakfast was satisfying and delicious, and outside of breakfast hours you could always get drinks like coffee free of charge. Its proximity to Vauxhall Station was also a very important advantage. Overall, it is a hotel suitable for family stays.

We arrived and they had made my son guest of the day on a little sign in reception and made a real fuss of him when we arrived. He got to choose free snacks from the shop and they made sure our room was ready for us. It was the nicest welcome and he was over the moon. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Wide selection for a smallish hotel. Great little shop too. Free tea, coffee and water to take away 24 hours was a lovely touch. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Only downside was the hotel was next to a park where there were a lot of homeless people and others hanging about which was a bit intimidating. We got Ubers back on a night but wouldn’t have wanted to walk past them from the tube station.

It was a clean, very nicely decorated, modern hotel. We had a room on the top floor, and it was quiet as we wished for, with a large window and excellent darkening shades. The bathroom was spacious for a hotel room and the linens we found of excellent quality. We really had a good rest and wished we could stay more than one night. We had a long, nice evening walk along the Thames and enjoyed the views of Big Ben.

The hotel is not located in an area with many shops and restaurants. It seems more suited to business travelers than for leisure. We thought that the hotel needed better ventilation.

Very nice and friendly staff. We were early and after only 5 minutes waiting we could check in to our room. The room is spacious and had a large bathroom and a good size kitchen. The bed was king size and the sheets have great quality and so does the mattress. Since being close to the railroad you ofcourse here some noises, but the windows are double (or triple) so it's not too annoying. The first day we had a weird smell in the room. Airco works fine and when not turned on the windows can open for some fresh air. Breakfast is super. The bread is so fresh, so are the fruits and yoghurts. If you can't find your favorite breakfast here, I don't know what you like. We loved it. Hotel is next to a small nice park and only a short walk to train and metro (Vauxhall). Easy to get to any place in London you like.

Cannot fault anything. Very welcoming and helpful staff on arrival, quick check in and more than happy to look after bags the next day whilst I went for a business meeting. The level of cleanliness was superb and comfort also fantastic. I stay in a lot of hotels with work, and this beats most of the main big name competitors and was more affordable, even for the centre of London. Shame I was only there for one night. I will certainly use again.

Large and convenient studio ,very clean hotel and rooms ,good location near everything ,very polite and helpful stuff ,nice and well equipped kitchen ,comfort but small bed ,nice complimentary 24/7 coffee machine.

Very small bed (standard double bed) although i reserved a king bed studio but they told me the king bed in london is 150cm wide !!! But it should be from 180cm to 210cm wide like every hotel around the world ,any how it was comfort enough, the breakfast was not good (very little varieties) and the same every day, the rooms lights were very dim.

Everything was perfect, from walking through the door to a lovely friendly welcome, to having a a fabulous room that was spacious, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also perfect. The location was also excellent, we could either walk in to the Centre of London which is a nice stroll along with river, or the tube which is also only a few minutes walk away. On the day of departure we left our luggage which was a bonus so we could enjoy another full day in London without dragging our luggage along. All the staff were super friendly!

Hotel was very satisfactory - staff was friendly and competent, room was reasonable, and breakfast very good.

Location was a little too far from the sites we wanted to explore during our stay.

Good location, the staff were kind and helpful. We also liked the social event in the evening with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was varied, lots of choices.

The location of hotel, especially its cleanliness, the approaching of staff (espicially the operations manager Mr. Florin was very hospitable and attentive.), the rooms being very spacious and functional, the breakfast being very good and sufficient, the complimentary tea, coffee, water etc. beverages being offered all day long, and finally social event held in the evenings on mondays and tuesdays were very nice.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Maybe it could be the carpet smell that you feel when you first enter the room.
