Beautiful bedrooms - very comfortable and well designed. Serviced twice a day with complimentary water and all bathroom amenities replenished. Great location - just steps from Liverpool Street station.

There was a 5% service fee applied to the room rate. I only knew about it as I queried the room charge at checkout as it was a bit more than I had expected from my confirmation on booking.com. It was "hidden" and did not show as a separate entry on the invoice. They removed it at my request but it would be easy for guests to not realise and pay.

We had a wonderful stay. The room, shower and facilities (like the pool) were perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only one thing we really didn’t like: When we received the bill at the end of our stay, we noticed a higher amount per night than the amount on our Booking information. When I mentioned this, they said they included a 5% service charge. I told them I wanted to pay the amount as agreed upon, so they changed the amount per night back to what it was. We know that more hotels and restaurants in London add a service charge. This was however the first time it wasn’t even stated on the bill as an extra, they just added it to the amount per night, so the only way to notice, is if you know exactly what you’re supposed to pay. We felt a bit deceived…

Outstanding stay, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff were exceptional, incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was gorgeously decorated, and all bathroom amenities were of high quality (Dyptique). Very convenient location, 200m or less from Liverpool Street Station. Good restaurants in close proximity. Special mention to our barman Raúl who was absolutely fantastic, remembered our names and orders 5 days later! His service was also outstanding, polite, friendly, helpful. Another mention to Maria our housekeeper who took very good care of us and went out of her way to make sure that we were happy with our room. We used the gym a few times, really amazing space which even includes 2 pilates reformers (heaven for me). Will definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

We LOVED LOVED David the door guy. He was so helpful during our entire stay. He gave us great ideas on restaurants and places to see with a smile on his face all the time. He is a very valuable employee for whom you are fortunate to have as part of your staff, especially at the door where he greets every guest with a warm welcome. Upon our arrival, in the lobby there was jackhammering going on that was unbearable to me after a long redeye flight from the states, he came outside and just chatted with me, making me feel so welcome! He is a gem!!!

Pan Pacific Review We arrived in a state that could generously be described as 'disheveled'. Yet, within moments, the staff had us feeling like royalty - if royalty needed an emergency babysitter, that is. Impressively efficient, these folks. Our room was spacious enough to host me, my partner and our two young children who enjoyed exploring every breakable object in every room, thankfully we avoided any mishaps - not through lack of trying. The view? Let's just say it made a sunny London look even better than it was. Now, onto the food. It was so delicious, and you know you’re onto a winner when your 2.5 year old is devouring breakfast faster than the underground trains. The only flaw? Our stay was shorter than we would have liked. If you enjoy impeccable service, rooms larger than some countries, and food that doesn't taste like it was cooked during the Industrial Revolution, the Pan Pacific might just be your cup of Earl Grey. Just book it.

The location is perfect for people who want the benefit of great connection links to all parts of London, including the most popular tourist sites, but without the crowding feeling of being in the city centre. The hotel is now 3 years old (we asked), but it feels like it was only just recently built! The furniture was pristine and of wonderful quality (actual marbles), the beddings were fresh and the mattress and pillows were firm enough to feel new. We visited for our wedding anniversary and the staff were extremely helpful with planning and delivering my surprise for my wife, from collecting my gifts that were delivered directly to them, to actually helping with wrapping some gifts (s/o to Rosheen, Davide, and Jane - thank you!). We also got our own gifts from the hotel; some cake and complimentary cocktails at their wonderful bar (Straits kitchen bar is particularly lovely and has great drinks!). All in all, extremely glad to have stayed here for our special event - the very high reviews are extremely well-deserved! P.S. make sure to take a trip to their wellness suite, thank me later!

Wish the sauna and steam rooms weren’t separated - would have been great to spend that rest time with my wife, but I can understand how this might be beneficial to other more sensitive cultures.

The whole experiance from walking up to the building to the moment we left was simply exeptional. Staff could not be more helpfull if they tried, the hotel is superbly decorated with contempary modern design. The room was spacious, well furnished and lacking nothing. The bathroom defied all expectations with a large shower, huge mirror and toiletry's provided for us more forgetful travers. I can not recommend this hotel enough, its a testament to the adage 'You get what you pay for'

Sadly, we only had the one night here but I thuink a weeks stay would not have given time to fully appreacheate the hotels staff and facilites.

We stayed for my partners birthday and On arrival staff greeted us and were very attentive, our room wasn’t ready so we were taken to the well being floor to relax. We have stayed in many top end hotels in London The room we were given was WOW, best hotel we have stayed in and will definitely be booking again.

We booked breakfast for the morning of departure and unfortunately it took a long time to arrive. I ordered 2 boiled eggs with toast my eggs arrived and the toast didn’t arrive until 10 minutes later and as cold.

From the moment we arrived, yhe attention to detail was impeccable. We received a pamphlet for our dog, which had services available for our fury member of the family. Such as doggy massages and other treatments. On getting into our room there was a personalised welcome note from the manager of the hotel, along with a playe of biscuits and chocolates. A bottle of wine as a welcome gift was also left in the room for us. The room also was clean and fitted out with a modern touch. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was plenty variety at breakfast, plus a full on dog breakfast for our fury member of the family.

Very comfortable room, excellent and efficient housekeeping service. Friendly and helpful staff. I also liked the gym and the view over London.

Not enough staff at the front desk and concierge desk so we often had to wait to be able to talk to the staff (both directly in the lobby or by phone), with uncertain results. For example, a few hours before our check-out we informed the staff in the lobby that we would need someone at a certain time to help us bring down our luggage, but nobody showed up so we had to handle it ourselves as we could not wait since we were expected to check out and our taxi was waiting.
