The staff in the lobby at check in and the happy hour were so welcoming and had lovely smiles. Breakfast had healthy juices I like the interior design, loved the bathroom! The bed was so comfy Perfect stress free location for the train I really enjoyed the red wine and pumpkin pie! I loved the body wash and shampoo

The plates were cold for our hot breakfast and My eggs were barely warm The pain au chocolate was too greasy Window was filthy on the outside sadly The coffees were delivered the wrong way round because the latte and flat white are served looking identical, easy to fix this right ?! Heated towel rail was cold for my morning shower, needs to be on by 6.30am please It would be nice to have a hot chocolate sachet in the bedroom coffee station for a bedtime drink or a chamomile tea.

The location is so convenient, next door to Liverpool train and tube station. The hotel is beautifully decorated (looks just like on-line pics), the staff incredibly friendly, professional and helpful and there are many perks such as complimentary wine and canapés in the evening and nespresso machine the room. Also, so nice to have a mini fridge with complimentary waters, juices and a drawer with coffee, tea, cookies and potato chips replenished everyday. This is a lovely place to stay! P.S. the hamburger at Rake’s was one of the best ever!

We stayed at the Andaz ahead of and for our wedding. We'd booked a large suite months ago and arrived to learn that we'd been upgraded to the Conrad suite, which is the biggest in the hotel - and VERY COOL TOO! We had a truly incredible stay and everyone was extraordinarily generous. I hope to be able to afford to stay in the same suite again one day - it was magical. Room service was quite slow on one of the days we stayed - but the team were aware and addressed the issue very quickly.

Location is good, reception staff are lovely and very helpful. Room, although smaller than I’d imagined was nice, clean and heating worked well. The hotel staff were fantastic with adding extras on our stay - complimentary drinks and celebratory cake in our room

It’s a shame there’s no parking. The water pressure was mild and the pipes were noisy when in use and up to 5 mins after. Would be nice to be able to cast to the tv and/or use a firestick/chromecast via HDMI. Breakfast at Rakes was very slow, the food wasn’t very hot.

A good evening meal in the restaurant next door. Breakfast next morning was also good, although I did expect fried eggs and tomatoes to be on the servery. Gluten free cereal was also available but bread had to be asked for. The bedroom was fine but we did ask for sheets and blankets not a duvet. I got over it by removing the duvet from its bag. I would expect the bathroom to have a bidet as you are aiming for international clients. The reception at 18.00 hrs was very pleasant and started the evening off well.

You didn't stock gluten free beers

I chose the Andaz Hotel London for its convenient location, and I wasn’t disappointed. Just a short walk, and I was right inside. The hotel has a fabulous, funky, and hip vibe, but it's still welcoming for those of us who are a little older. And hot funky or hip. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely sitting chair. The complimentary mini-bar was a great touch, and the staff were truly excellent. I had breakfast included, which offered a good buffet selection, and once again, the service was again outstanding.

The hotel was located perfectly, just a 2 minute walk to the stations. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very welcoming, particularly Ryan, who went the extra mile to ensure we had local restaurant recommendations, the best deals possible, were comfortable and even greeted us with Welsh. The welcome drinks, The 6-7pm drinks hour and the choice of restaurants within the hotel was great. Thanks for a great stay.

Trendy property in an excellent location

The room size is large. Modern spacious hotel, with modern feel and great range of internal restaurant facilities covering Japanese and Western food. Terrific location right above Liverpool Street station. Quiet at night. Love the bathrooms with great shower facilities.

Very difficult to criticise the property. Only minor inconvenience. Some rooms, particularly those facing east, require a long corridor with a short half set of stairs to navigate. But the hotel staff are very good at transporting heavy luggage to the room. The only frustration was with Booking.Com. When I needed to shorten my trip from 14 to 11 days, I could not do this online having already started my stay, and I could not do it directly with the hotel staff. I ended up needing to make two round of calls, the first round being ineffective (when Booking.com staff said they had spoken to hotel staff but hotel staff confirmed that this had not happened).
