The rooms were bright the linens and and beds were comfy, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and modern and the air-conditioning was great to have on hot days.Everything was clean and lovely.

1-The elevator had an issue during our stay ...mid stay my son got stuck inside it for 40 mins until help came. Second issue was upon checking out it was faulty again and we couldn't bring all our luggage down but the kind housekeeping lady helped us. 2-on checkin day and for a couple of days over the weekend the main door was stuck and wouldn't close so it was a bit of a safety concern for us as a family. Thankfully nothing happened and the door was fixed after the weekend

The apartment had 2 bedrooms and one living room combined with kitchen. Each room had an air conditioner, which worked really well in all the rooms. It really helped as on most days it was nearly +30C outside. The beds were quite nice, not too hard, and not too soft. The pillows were so-so but you can arrange them for it to be comfortable. The kitchen has most of the appliances needed if you want to cook breakfast and other meals, there was even a baking form. The oven serves as a microwave, too. It is fast and works properly. The thing to bear in mind is that there were only 2 tablets for a dishwashing machine, and 2 garbage bags. There is a washing machine that we used once, it was a good experience. There were only 2 tablets for a washing machine. There is a hanger to hand the washed clothes to dry. The bathrooms were clean. The toiletries are not good, so I'd say it makes sense to bring your own or buy something at the store when you arrive. There is a cafe right beneath the apartments where you can grab coffee (it is not the best coffee but if you really want one it is an option). There is a coffee machine in the apartment, Nespresso Vertuo, but there were only 2 capsules there. And there was milk for it. Tesco (grocery store) is close-by with a nice selection of all the basic products. There was some issue with ID verification but the property responded quickly (in less than 30 min) and afterwards sent the check-in instructions immediately.

As some of the other reviews say, the carpets are not 100% clean. The light can be confusing at first, and the lights in the bathroom are automatic, and are triggered when you are still in the room outside so you need to close the door to the bathroom not to trigger them at night suddenly.

A beautiful flat, tastefully furnished, well maintained and well equipped for a short stay in London. Location is very convenient especially for tourists. Check-in, check-out, although automated, very straightforward and convenient.

The specific flat we stayed in was located on the 1st floor exactly over a Pret-a-manger store which played continuously music throughout their opening hours (on weekdays they open at 06:00). While the music was not loud, the base sounds and the beat would come through the floor and did not allow us to sleep well without earplugs in the mornings (the shop closes early in the evening).

We absolutely loved the location of this place. We enjoy walking and we’re able to easily walk to Westminister, Big Ben, the London Eye, Victoria. The tube was easily accessible too. The place was a fantastic size for our family of 5 with three bedrooms. It was so good to spread out. It was very modern and I loved the windows overlooking the street on both sides and lovely views of the buildings. It had a working lift which was a bonus being on the 4th floor. Bed were comfortable - loved having two bathrooms and a washing machine. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Only a couple of very small things. There were very little supplies - no dishwashing washing detergent and only two dishwashing pouches for a 5 night stay. Also needed to buy toilet paper. One door was very hard to open and a couple of the blinds didn’t go up and down easily. 4pm was a very late check in.

Location was excellent. Apt was clean and spacious. Appliances, washer, dryer all worked as expected. Several nearby, locally owned restaurants /pubs available to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Nearby grocery stores available for supplies. Elevator worked nicely. Altogether a great living experience for a couple of weeks.

Seating in living room was not adequate for our group, too few chairs/sofas.

Great location - 5 mins walk from Westminster Abbey, very quiet street. We stayed in penthouse. Comfortable beds, very spacious, clean, modern, beautiful furnishings.

- Air conditioning was trying its best to keep the place cool, but didn’t do a great job. - lighting controls are confusing (esp in bathrooms where the lights are automatic and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off or keep on while in the shower) - Mgt can be a bit corporate to work with, esp if you want to check in early or drop off bags

We were told one of the air conditioning units was damaged and so we were moved to Southwark residence by Q apartments....it was really nice but the only thing is that its too far from the center where we usually stay

Very clean. Spacious. Clean and neat. Fully equipped with basic kitchen items. Very quiet building. Safe area, close to major attractions. Bert a manager coffee shop just below the building. Nero and Tesco are 1 min walk. Very convenient.

The frequency of cleaning is very low. They clean ( housekeeping) is every 8 days. If your reservation is less than or 8 days, you will not have housekeeping service. Even if requested before or at 8 days, it will be at fees and will be subject to availability.

The property Was decorated to high standard with furnishings and decor to match. A very stylish and lavish apartment We felt secure. Nice and private. It was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It was an excellent location for us as its close to a number of tube stations and a lot of great sight seeing locations

The lighting system was complicated so we would have benefitted from having some instructions on how to best use the lighting system. We also have some issue with the dishwasher, however this didn’t have any impact on our stay.

Excellent location, very clean and quiet Having a Pret a Manger right downstairs was also a big plus for convenient breakfasts or snacks on the go.

The main downside was the difficulty in communicating with the property before our arrival — responses were delayed and it made planning a bit stressful. Also, the apartment lacked a few essentials, including toilet paper (only 3 rolls were provided for the entire stay), which felt insufficient.
