Breakfast was not a cooked one and I thought before arrival this would be a slight drawback to our experience, but in fact we enjoyed a selection of good quality items (including wholemeal bread which Mat went out of his way to get for us on request). Really good breakfast with toasting facilities, cereals, yoghurts, juices etc. Nice breakfast room. Lovely bedroom, comfortable large bed. Our room overlooked a charming garden. Good tram service every few minutes into Croydon for shops, trains to London. Peaceful tree lined road close to lovely park with cafe. Pleasant hosts. Great B&B.

I suppose a cooked breakfast would be desirable for some, (but see above) but this is the only thing. We had a lovely experience at on of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in (and I am 80 years old and have stayed in an awful lot of them!)

We had a very pleasant stay in Croham Park. We stayed 7 nights. Matt is a great host, always in a good mood, interested and standby for help and advice, even when you are out sightseeing. He gave us some good tips, so we got to see places we would have missed otherwise, like Hever castle. De B&B is well preserved, with modern conveniences. The bed was wonderful, we slept like babies. London is reached easy by tram and train. No planning necessary, if you miss your connection, a few minutes later there is another one. There are restaurants in the neighbourhood and a Tesla fast charger 3 kms away. Daytrips to Stonehenge & Bath and Oxford are doable, even with a full electric car.

Breakfast was amazing Fabulous bed and pillows ( bedt sleep.i have had in a long White) Fabulous hoşt Shower great pressure and nice and hot Will definatly be returning when back up in croydon Highly recommend Great location And nice quiet surrounding ( no noise )

The house was situated in a lovely part of Croydon. Our room was very big and so was the ensuite. Our host, Matt, very kindly upgraded us to a bigger room as it was empty during our stay. Matt and Bev, were lovely hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. We were able to leave our cold water and milk in the dining room fridge and Matt even put our ice blocks into his own freezer for us. They were very amiable and very helpful. Breakfast was Continental style which set us up for the day ahead! We felt very much at home here and we will definitely be returning at some point when we are in Croydon again. The B&B made a great base for us, as we were out every day visiting friends and family.

Croham Park B&B is a lovely place to stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and we loved the huge window, the beautiful view and the high ceiling. Matt is an amazing host and very kind. He made sure we had all the information we needed, from how to get to them to how to unlock the door. We arrived early and he offered us tea and breakfast even though it was after breakfast time. When we had finished eating they had already cleaned our room so we got to check in early. That was much appreciated. The B&B is located in a very nice neighbourhood and the communications worked perfectly. It was surprisingly easy to get around and into central London. We also loved that Matt gave us a big pot of lovely tea every morning.

Their breakfast is nice but it is mostly focused around sweet things like fruit yoghurt, orange juice, jam/marmalade, toast, sweet buns or chocolate croissant. We would have loved if there had been more healthy options. For example boiled eggs, some vegetables or ham or cheese to put on your sandwich.

Croham Park B&B was absolutely fantastic. Matt and his wife Bev were so kind and helpful throughout my stay when it came to getting around the city and using the various forms of public transport. The room was wonderful, offering a stunning view and maintained in a clean and neat condition. The ambiance was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect retreat. I highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a delightful and relaxing stay.

The property is located in a residential area and has a superb connectivity to London Bridge by train. The room was very spacious, ensuite bathroom was modern. Matt and Bev are great host, they took care of every minute thing and were easily available to help. Matt as well provided route details to travel to London bridge with great details and information. I had to check out early and they were supper supportive/flexible in ensuring to have breakfast set up for my comfortable commute.

Croham Park B&B was absolutely fantastic. The room was very clean with views of the cute neighborhood. With a short 10-12 minute walk there were various restaurants to eat at which was very convenient. I 100% recommend staying at this B&B.

I have no complaints. I was pleased with the location and staff.

We enjoyed our stay with Matt very much: friendly and provided us with lot's of useful info for our stay (public transport, things to see etc.). Room was clean and cozy, perfect for our short stay to visit London (three days, two night sleeping at the B&B). Breakfast buffet served all we needed to get the days started. Will definitely consider again for future trips to London and surrounding area, since it's perfectly located halfway between Gatwick airport and central London.

This quaint home was situated on a tree lined street, which was close to everything one would need! A couple minute walk to the tram and a 15-20 minute walk to many restaurants and shops. Matt was such a great host and he sincerely took time needed to answer our questions, give us pointers and lead us in the right direction for our daily outings. We really couldn't have asked for anything more!
