Clear instructions for getting in, great breakfast, very comfy bed/bedding. Large room and large bathroom.

Bath plug didn't work and I really wanted to soak my hot feet and couldn't. (Apparently we were supposed to fix it with a hammer and screwdriver provided: seriously? :) ) Milks in the room were 6 months out of date - surely a H & S issue. No bedside tables - there was room, surely essential?

Before we came for the house the owner sent us a video how to check-in and all other details-very useful. The house was clean, the rooms and the bathroom were nice, clean and warm. Even though the bathroom is not next to the room, it is like 10 steps down the hallway (also nicely heated) it didn’t bother us. We were provided with bath robes, which came very handy when going to the bathroom. Shoutout to Kim :) ! At breakfast there was a vary kind lady Kim who prepared coffee, tea and many other breakfast options, even for my daughter who is allergic to milk protein - we had an option to use Oat milk, vegan butter, soya yogurt which was great! Thank you Kim! :) Sound from the subway and sirens - after reading all reviews we expected the sound from the subway and the sirens - it was ok, it wasn’t loud the whole night and this is expected from the location of the house. The subway is literally few steps away from the house and in approx 15 min you are in the center of London-very nice!! Thank you for hosting us :)

1.Perfect location near underground From underground, the accommodation is located in 5 minutes distance by walk. It was definitely convenient for short term schedule. 2.Staffs All staffs were really kind & friendly. And we didn't have any trouble for check-in & check-out. 3.Storing suitcase Our schedule was very tight to travel around London. But, this accommodation provided service to leave all luggages. It was wonderful for us to save time & energy.

1.Breakfast If this offers more foods to enjoy, it will be better. 2.Welcome water There was no any water in the room. It would be nice to get a bottle of water.

Comfy bed, quiet room. Breakfast was great., continental buffet with good choices. Really good location for tube or bus. Plenty of pubs within walking distance, The White Bear has a lovely garden & friendly staff. Communication for the property was excellent & the bonus being you can leave your luggage before & after check in/out times. Very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing we didn't like (but easily remedied) was the issue of the full waterlogged ashtray left on garden table. We felt put off from sitting outside, but this was the only minor thing as everything else was great.

We were a family of 4 adults staying in the ground floor suite, two adjoining rooms. Both very spacious and everything you needed with good heating. Beds were comfortable and very large. The host was welcoming and couldnt do enough for you with good communication prior to and during the stay. The breakfast was superb with amazing choice of cereals. breads, jams. yoghurts, cheese, ham, fruit juices, unlimited, tea, coffee, etc. etc. For a self-service buffet style breakfast the host even offered to boil eggs. The location was very useful close to everything with Kennington Tube literally 50 metres away. Street parkiing was by pre-arranged permit in the zone behind the property. Also if you plan your route it is outside of the congestion zone which is a great saving. Recommended, would not hesitate to come back again

We were marginally aware of the tube trains from the rear room in the morning and a slight bit of traffic from the front room. But it did not disturb our sleep and hey this was central London. Would not at all prevent us from returning for another stay.

Great situation as close to Northern Line tube. Spacious top floor room with adjoining single room if there were more than two people. Absolutely every requirement met in the room, even supplied cotton cleansing pads, cotton buds, washing liquid for cups.... Set up well.

Couldn't reach the hanging space for clothes. Far too high up and hangers hard to fit into metal slots. We are not all 6ft tall :) please set up hangers in lower space. Breakfast on paltry side as not a great selection of fresh fruit, cereals more choice plz too ie Bran Flakes.

The B&B is a very lovely accommodation. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back. Well furnished, lovely garden and fantastic location (2 mins from Tube station Kennington). Breakfast is simple but good. Particularly enjoyed the possibility to get water, tea and coffee whenever we wanted in the downstairs kitchen.

Both check-in and check-out were done digitally and without any human contact. Whilst this probably suits most people, we still like actually meeting people in "real". This is not really a critique but more a personal preference.

We stayed here our first night in London, and the lady who met us was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage until the room was ready. We had the two connecting rooms and a private bathroom; everything was clean and comfortable. The rooms were large and the breakfast was great in the morning. Also, the location is a two minute walk to the Underground (Tube), which made it very convenient to travel anywhere we needed to go. There were several cute pubs nearby, which was nice after a long day out, exploring the city.

A self-contained clean and comfortable compact facility (with bedroom, bathroom, and small sitting room with kitchen) just a few metres away from Kennington Underground station. Very comfortable bed. I liked the fact that we had direct access to the road without having to go through the B&B. Sian was a marvellous host, answering my messages promptly, providing all the information we needed to find the property and access the flat, and keeping in touch as our arrival day came nearer.

Because the location is metres away from the Underground station, I could hear the regular low rumble of the train as it passed underneath (or nearby) the property. I am a light sleeper, so I had a disturbed night, although it didn't bother my OH at all.

We had a family suite, which had two connecting rooms. We had our own private bathroom which was down the hall. The beds were awesome. Our flight arrived early in the morning, and the host was amazing and let us check-in early.

Everything was amazing, but we had a rental car and there was nowhere to park, which is typical in London. Even information about a parking garage near a tube station would be helpful.
