Place may not look like much from the outside with an older facade on a side street but it's a very good hotel. The check-in was easy, staff professional and quick. The room was good size and had a terrific bed, super comfortable and large. Good shower/bath too. The neighborhood had a lot happening with restaurants and bars, stores etc all very close. Public library down the street. Close to Elephant and ?? underground and only 35 minute walk to London Bridge Train Station for Thameslink to Gatwick. Easy walk with lots of places to grab food and coffee along the way. Completely met my needs and the comfort and ease exceeded them.

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights and we really loved that it was so close to a bus stop which makes it so easy to go to different landmarks (bus 12 takes you straight to Big Ben). It’s WAY easier and cheaper using the bus than the metro, which always gets PACKED. The receptionist was so kind to allow us to check in early and the housekeeper was really nice and maintained the room really clean.

The location looks a bit sketchy, not gonna lie; on a good note, my friend and I (23 and 25 y/o) felt safe throughout our stay there, despite how it looks from the outside. I do wish they invested in a good tv, because they don’t have any streaming platforms available like Disney+ and Netflix.

It’s was close to the tube and really actively go the city centre. It’s was good value for money and the facilities were what we needed after a day travelling. Really quick check in and staff was attentive. Felt safe in the accommodation too.

It was really hot in the room, although it has a fan it was blowing hot air around which made it uncomfortable. The shower couldn’t be turned to full cold temperature so it was luke warm. The fridge wasn’t very cool either so it didn’t give us cold facilities. It’s needed when London is quite a muggy destination.

Even though the place is not located in the heart of London, it's rather well connected with it. It takes around 10 minutes to reach the underground railway, and there are also bus stops right around the corner. The staff was great, always helpful and polite, plus the place was clean upon arrival and during the stay. The bed was comfortable as well. We almost never heard anyone from either the hallway or the other rooms. There are also various grocery stores and places to eat within a 5-min walking distance so it does not feel like you're far away from things.

The room was rather small, with just a bed, small study desk and one chair. This was not the impression we got from the pictures available during booking. It was sometimes challenging to move around with 2 people in the room due to the single tight passage. Plus if did not feel so user-friendly for two plus-size people, having a narrow double bed (which just might be a UK standard size) and a tight shower enterance for plus-size individuals. But we managed, and for the price made the place work for us.

I loved this cozy, comfortable, clean, and affordable little hotel! I saw some reviews called the area “ghetto,” but that’s such a silly way to describe it. It’s across from a police station, so maybe they saw a few police cars and made a weird assumption. The main street next to the hotel is full of a variety of businesses and people. If you walk a little one way, there are lots of trendy restaurants and bars and the other way has more regular neighborhood stuff. The hotel staff were super friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and it was a great place to stay. It is a little further from all the main London attractions, but everything is easy to get to by bus or train.

Very nice stay! The 24-hour staff were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and any questions super easy. The location is great—really close to bus stops and very convenient for getting around. The area felt safe, and we were comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

During our stay, something was forgotten almost every day—like towels, toiletries, or basic supplies. It became a bit frustrating to keep asking for missing items. With better attention to detail, the experience could have been much better.

The hotel rooms are not very large, but they are sufficient for an overnight stay or a short trip. The hotel is very close to the centre, so you can reach the main attractions in just a few stops by bus. There are cafés and shops in the area, as well as a pharmacy. A bus stop is just a few minutes away. Night buses stop at bus stops about 10 minutes from the hotel. There was also an option to leave your suitcases before check-in.

Clean, comfortable and in an excellent location to walk or use public transport to see the sights. Approximately a 30 min walk and you will see London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster and so much more. 5 mins to the nearest tube station which was a direct line to London Euston for our travel home. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend!

Very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, in a quiet location. Local shops and food places nearby on the main road. Around 10 minute walk from the underground into central london (there are 2 stations a short walk away, Kennington and Elephant & Castle). Wall mounted television with Freeview channels, a kettle and tea/coffee was provided in the room. Bathroom a decent size with a stand up shower that was very clean with plenty of towels available for use and hot water (sounds obvious but have stayed in a few places where hot water is not available!0) and hairdyer. Small fridge in the room too. There were wall mounted fans to cool us down which I appreciated. Great value for money for staying in London.

There were no lamps in the room, just the ceiling lights, which wasn't very relaxing at night time. The shower in our room also had a leaky shower head that gushed water out (but didn't affect use of the shower at all). Would have been nice to have breakfast included, but there's a lot of food options nearby so it wasn't a big deal.
