Location as a base for The Bridge Theatre. Provided a leisurely walk with some really wonderful, independent retailers within a short walking distance( dependent on your choice of direction) . Accomodation was compact and bijoux - suited my daughter and I as we were not spending time in the room other than showering, sleeping.

A few housekeeping issues identified, possibly due to wear and tear of property. Hosts kindly acknowledge and assured they will be sorted for next guests. Under floor heating was on high setting when we arrived so room was unbearably hot on a unseasonably warm weekend - easily self managed by adjusting 😊 1st floor room above a bustling and hive of activity street. Ear plugs would help if a light sleeper- wasn't too much of a problem as my daughter and I walked so much - sleep came easy.

Location is great, just 10 minutes by walk from Tower bridge away, around 30 minutes to London bridge. Selfchecking really easy and great guided.

Heavy dust on the wardrobe.

There are no staff on site. We had a few tiny issues that I reported via messaging on here and got a swift reply, although two issues were not resolved during our stay ( no service our room please sign, no fire evacuation plan). I noticed no other room signs hanging out either, and on reading reviews this has been reported previously and clearly not addressed which is a huge shame. Other than that, we would stay again (and are indeed looking at dates for next year) and loved the great location, the size of room (yes could do with a wee touch up here and there but nothing that spoilt our stay). Bermondsey Street is a fabulous area, lots of independent eateries, bars, takeaways. Felt perfectly safe. Only 10/15 minutes walk from London Bridge station/Tower Bridge.

We liked the fact that it was fairly close it was to the city centre, they provided us with a fan (we went during a heat wave), the kitchen was small but had everything you needed (they provided tea/coffee/milk/oatmilk/sugar), the bed was comfortable and the check-in easy, we didn’t experience any noise from the neighbors!

It was cleaned but very very very dusty tbh, no salt and a sponge to clean the dishes in the kitchen which could have be provided, the area it’s not the best (we didn’t feel too safe but we also didn’t feel to bad about it), the noise from the street could be a problem for a light sleeper (loads of sirens that contribute to the fact we didn’t feel too comfortable about the area)

Thee hotel itself was great, the room was nice, 3rd floor and two floor room. Shower was amazing.

I asked the digital concierge about a late check out, no one contacted me back. Bulb missing from my side of the bed, when I tried to replace it the original had broken and the screw fitting left in there. No TV control in the bedroom. Some dust under the bed, I noticed as the bed moved very easily as the wheels were skidding on the bedroom floor. I asked for the room to be serviced, it was but no extra milk or coffee left and as there was no reception couldn't get any for morning 2..... Check out at 10am, in London, ridiculous as most people will see show or go out, 11am or 12noon much more respectable, should be industry standard for later than 10am.....

It was a great location, very central and on a high street with good amenities. Room was a little more spacious than had first anticipated, and relatively clean and very tidy. Good storage and kitchen facilities although not utilised were fantastic. Felt very secure and easy to access, with really user friendly instructions.

The shower tray was very shallow and so the whole bathroom floor was soaked when showering. The apartment was also lacking in terms of cleanliness overall with the cooker hood and taps very dirty. It was also very hot / stuffy and the fan was thick with dust so didn’t do a great job of cooling the room.

Honestly I don’t know why people on the reviews made this place out to be so bad, loll I was a little worried but the property was more than alright, towel and sheets were clean, so was the bathroom, test the sink was small but manageable, I loved the location cause it was out of tourists way and area felt more local and community like. I just think the other reviews are just hella picky people, if you want a absolutely high/rich aesthetic room, then go and ask the Buckingham Palace for a room lol and stop being picky. My stay was amazing, I wouldn’t complain about anything and staff were lovelyyyy

Location is ideal for the Shard area.Bermonsey area is vibrant and busy area with abundance of restaurants,cafes and bars.

Had trouble with entry and to the room as I did not recieve the links to the codes for entry.However,we call the telephone number specified and was greeted with a lovely and patience lady to assist us. Secondly,the soap dispenser in the bathroom was difficult to squirt with not much body wash coming out of it.Apart from that great location and stay.Bit noisy as it is off main road but bearable noise.

There was lots of communication before the stay which was really easy to follow. Great directions to the accommodation. Room was just what we needed with twin very comfy beds.. Items that were missing were delivered to use very quickly. Shower facilities were really lovely and such a nice touch having the showergel, shampoo provided. Towels lovely and soft. I would definitely use this again & recommend it to others.

The room was very clean and smelled lovely when we came in. There was soap, shampoo and towels ready for us. There was a hair dryer, cups and glasses and kettle with teas. Must say the mirror in the room was very beautiful. Very good and quit location close to bus stations.

As it´s a room without windows, I’d maybe appreciate to have an air con in the room as I am someone who gets very warm during the night.
