- location was quite central - good value for money when it comes to London - perfect for a short stay - room spacious and clean

- the AC/heat was not working - there was a fire alarm at 6.30 in the morning that woke us up - apparently because a guest family showered with the bathroom door open, which stopped quite fast but still scared us a bit; after a while the alarm went off again for a short while

Staff very nice, room was clean and spacious enough for us two. Location was good for us cause the public transportation is easy in London. Bed comfy.

Noisy & busy road but didn’t really bother me. I think overall the rooms are a little outdated and need fixing.

We have no complaints about the facilities or staff. We had to arrange lots of taxis - see below- and the staff were excellent

The location was a huge disappointment - the name of the Eurotraveller - Tower Bridge - is hugely misleading being a long way from the nearest tube. My husband has breathing difficulties and we could not contemplate the walk so have paid over £150 for taxis. We think you should consider making it absolutely clear in the property description how inaccessible this hotel is to a tube. We have contacted you via customer service to request some form of compensation

The hotel is extremely well connected by bus to basically all the major sights you would hope to see without having to transfer. We were a bit wary of the location at first because of no Tube connection, but the quick and convenient busses to basically wherever sorted this right out. This convenience was key. There is also a Lidl supermarket nearby. Plenty of Latin restaurants and bars nearby should you be in the mood as well. The triple room we had was quiet, and I would stay there again. Shower pressure was good as well. We didnt hear any noise but we were away from the front.

It was all good. It turned out that only 2 of us stayed in the triple room, so we had enough space. Might be a bit of a tight bit for 3 friends, but for our group of best friends it would have been okay if 3 stayed.

Hotel was a 10min walk from tower bridge , plenty of food places outside of hotel, bus available outside to take you into the city and drop off right beside big ben

Nothing really to dislike, we got there early in the morning and got to the hotel around 8, so all the food places and various other shops were closed and it was a sunday, the, street was covered in litter ,bottles loads of takeaway boxes etc so we were a bit worried about the location at first but once we checked in 7 hrs later and had a bit time to freshen up when we went back out everything was open and it looked like a different place altogether, so we were really happy with the location, and during the week shops open earlier.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Our kids loved it! The staff was very kind and helped answer our questions. The hotel was close to a bus so we were able to use public transportation easily while we were in London. It was nice to be able to wash our clothes in our family room. There is a full kitchen so that could be really helpful if someone was staying longer.

There was a club nearby so if you stay here, make sure to use white noise so you can sleep. In one of the rooms, there was a double bed and two single beds. I would have liked those two single beds to be in the room with the coach so my husband and I could have our own room.

Breakfast was excellent as was the service throughout. Friendly, pleasant staff. Someone was always on duty. Room was clean and tidy if rather small.

The location has its plusses and minuses. It is a long way from Tower Bridge, for sure and a hike to the tube system. It is however, well served by buses. These can be busy. The area is busy and a bit scruffy, but close by is a lovely park and plenty of places to eat. The South and Central American restaurant, right next-door, El Coracan (?), was excellent, and such a fun vibe. Huge portions , friendly staff and live music. All in Spanish but great fun. The rooms are small, but serviceable, quiet and air conditioned. Bathroom had an unusual sink, with a strangely poitioned cold tap, for potable water, not easy to use. You are a long way from the centre of London, but this means it's priced accordingly. This city isn't so cheap!

A really great experience at the hotel. It’s a modern hotel, very well located, with excellent connections to central London by both bus and underground. We had a spacious triple room with very comfortable mattresses. The air conditioning worked perfectly — especially important during those days of the heatwave. There are several supermarkets nearby, including a Lidl, which was very convenient. A fantastic detail: there’s a tap in the bathroom specifically for drinking water. The hotel offers breakfast and meals, and the staff were not only efficient but also extremely friendly. Housekeeping was excellent too.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped – there was air conditioning, European power sockets, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection of both hot and cold options. The location is excellent: right next to a bus stop, and Tower Bridge is just a short walk away – perfect for sightseeing! We were also traveling by car, and it was very convenient that the hotel offered private parking for £20 per day right behind the building, so we didn’t have to search for a spot elsewhere. Overall, everything was great – we would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of local amenities and good accessibility via bus routes. Staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. I was daft enough to leave my keys and purse in the room safe after checking out and only realised when I was already on a train home! The staff were incredibly helpful and had my valuables posted to me on next day delivery.

Not easily accessible by tube but as mentioned before, was easy to get to via buses. Could have done with more storage space in the room for clothes as we only had a very small clothes rail.
