We have no complaints about the facilities or staff. We had to arrange lots of taxis - see below- and the staff were excellent

The location was a huge disappointment - the name of the Eurotraveller - Tower Bridge - is hugely misleading being a long way from the nearest tube. My husband has breathing difficulties and we could not contemplate the walk so have paid over £150 for taxis. We think you should consider making it absolutely clear in the property description how inaccessible this hotel is to a tube. We have contacted you via customer service to request some form of compensation

- location was quite central - good value for money when it comes to London - perfect for a short stay - room spacious and clean

- the AC/heat was not working - there was a fire alarm at 6.30 in the morning that woke us up - apparently because a guest family showered with the bathroom door open, which stopped quite fast but still scared us a bit; after a while the alarm went off again for a short while

Staff very nice, room was clean and spacious enough for us two. Location was good for us cause the public transportation is easy in London. Bed comfy.

Noisy & busy road but didn’t really bother me. I think overall the rooms are a little outdated and need fixing.

This was my 2nd stay in London and this time I went with more comfort. Although it says "Tower Bridge" in description, hotel is nowhere near to it. However, everything less than 40 min walk in London is considered near, so there's truth to the claim. Aside from that, there's bus station straight by hotel which can get you to London Bridge station easily or further on to northern London. Hotel itself is in a nice part of city, there are several supermarkets nearby and also few nice pubs/caffes within 10 min walk. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and secure, and breakfast is hearty if little basic. All in all, good value for money and recommendation.

The room was comfortable except for the windows, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The internet was reliable, and the breakfast was very good; it offered a nice variety. It's worth including breakfast with the stay, I would say. Also, the staff agreed to keep my luggage for more than 6 hours on the final day, which was really appreciated.

Definitely the fact that I couldn't open the windows. I don't know if it's a UK thing, but not being able to do that to get some fresh air really got on my nerves. Also, the location isn't the best, although it's close to a bus station, and I liked public transport in London anyway, so this was fine.

The staff were helpful on check-in, and if you require any information regarding how to get to places. There was aircon in the room, which was very helpful, as the hotel is on a main road so it was noisy with the windows open. We had a problem in our room which was sorted straight away. Lots of buses to catch to get you round or in to London.

They take the money for the hotel off you before you even arrive. You require ID on check-in, and you are asked to present a payment card, which they will only use in the case of damage. The hotel is in a run-down area and not near a tube station, but it is on a good bus route.

Great clean room and great friendly accommodating staff Air Conditioner unit broke partway thru stay and they moved us right away to a better room

Location is maybe not the most family accessible or for solo females, lots of activity outdoors in the evening with lots of men standing and walking around, OK to stay on the main road but wouldn't keep your phone out or venture into any side streets, nothing to do with the hotel its self of course, just the location...

The room was incredibly spacious, comfortably accommodating four of us with room to spare. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The lobby was spotless and modern, giving a great first impression. Unlike the usual small rooms you often find in London, this hotel offers plenty of space.

The location of the hotel wasn't quite what I expected. I assumed it would be closer to London Bridge, but it was a bit more challenging to reach central London, especially with the traffic. The hotel also seemed to be on the edge of a less desirable area. Despite these two concerns, I would still choose to stay here again. Next time, I'll just plan more carefully for transportation and keep in mind that it's not as close to London Bridge as I originally thought.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and overall a really good experience. I would highly recommend staying here if in the area and would better suit a budget hotel. Local shops in all directions made it easier to get food or snacks and 30min walk from central London.

The breakfast wasn't the best, would recommend hot plates and cooking a proper fry up as it seemed microwaved and very little effort for a hot selection. Other then this, everything else was perfect. Fruit, yogurts, bakery items, ham, cheese etc..

A spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff.

It is hardly worth mentioning, but for me the tea mugs in the room were too small for a good cuppa!
