The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The small kitchenette had the few things that I needed to prepare breakfast. I asked in advance for a silent room, and they were able to provide, by placing me in a studio on the top floor and facing the back of the building. There's a café at the entrance downstairs where you can have breakfast. There isn't a lot of choice, but the quality is good and the service friendly.

The mattress was too soft, and the middle was slightly lower compared to the top. I found it hard to fall asleep the first couple of nights because of the discomfort it caused.

Really good location, walking or easy bus to 3 underground stations, 4 bus stops within easy walking distance, lots of places to eat, cafes within a block (plus one inside the hotel door), a Sainsbury's about 1/2 a block away, close to a weekend "market" for lots of interesting food as well as a few fun shops, a long but doable (for us old folk) walk to Borough Market. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are terrific, very comfortable, good kitchen facilities, washer/dryer (takes a while to get stuff dry, but if you're there long enough to need to do laundry, it's not a problem).

We loved the location of this accommodation, just a quick 10 minute walk from London Bridge underground. Everything was beautifully set out, loved the courtyard space was great to have a relax in away from the noise of the city. The room was really big and the bed really comfortable. The staff were really accommodating, and we were able to leave our bags stored after checking out because we had a number of hours to wait before we left. It was great to be able to have early and later check in and out. With in walking distance of Tower Bridge and lots of great places to eat at, we really loved this accommodation

The only thing I could say was that we asked and paid for late check out which was 1pm but had the cleaner turn up at 11am and room key cards also cut out at 11am so we couldn't use the lift, was just lucky that a lovely person used their card so my husband could get back to our room after using the gym, sort of made us feel pressured to leave earlier than we wanted to

It was perfect! The studios are a great size and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had our dogs with her and they left beds and bowls which was such a sweet surprise. The staff are wonderfully helpful and the gym is also great, small but it has everything you need to have a great workout, whoever designed it smashed it! Also the decor throughout! It’s a 15min walk to London bridge. It was lots of nice restaurants and cafes around. All in all a perfect stay and we’d love to go back

Lovely, quiet, well-equipped studio. The kitchenette didn't have a cafetière, which would have been nice, but it had just about anything else you might need. The staff is fabulous! Internet coffee bar in the lobby is a nice bonus. (Hence, no cafetière.)

Cons (there are only two): The walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom--which was perfectly clean-- still looked grotty because of the choice of tiles: hundreds of half-inch tiles surrounded by grout that was badly discoloured. I'm sure it was stunning when it was new, but it was a poor choice for a hotel bathroom.

Had the best stay here this weekend! We were greeted at reception by Zak, who id like to give a special shout out to, he was great. Received Great customer service from him and made us feel really welcoming from minute 1. Explained everything we needed to know and we were directed to our veautiful room with everything you could need in it; washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, fridge, even the bathroom amenities were of great quality. The room even had air-conditioning, which was lovely on the hot nights! The hotel itself is in a great location, just over 5 minute walk to the tower bridge, the hotel has a great bar/restaurant. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking to book here, you wont be disappointed! We will be back, thats for sure!

The location of the sofa was at an awkward angle for the television, I think if the tv was on a swivel/turn stand and you could turn the tv to point the sofa it would make a massive difference. We ended up moving the sofa around but it is very big and bulky

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to Tower Bridge and public transport. The staff were lovely and very willing to help. We couldn't fault the cleanliness and the bed was amazing! Having a washing machine also helped massively.

The TV was not in view of the bed in our room and there was no comfortable seating like a couch to watch the TV from. Also the space between the bed and the walls was very small and we had a good laugh at how skinny you need to be to fit. Also, the lights would turn on and off randomly and would also dim for no reason.

The design and layout of this hotel was amazing. Very spacious, modern and full of the latest mod cons My room was great too. Very clean, spacious, modern and most importantly, peaceful and quiet! The bed was very comfortable and as I was on a course the next day, it was very important for me to sleep well, which I did. The staff were exceotional too. Very friendly, helpful and kind. I also loved the tea and coffee making facilities in my room, as all of the tea and coffee sachets were organic. Thank you for a great experience!

I can't think of anything that was bad about here, apart from not opting to have the breakfast because it was expensive. Although, it may have been an amazing breakfast and I don't doubt it was. I cannot comment on the quality of it, as I didn't have it.

The location is fabulous. It's very close to the Tower bridge and only a couple of tube stops away from the major sightseeing points in London, and acts as a mid-point between West London and East London. Facilities and the room itself are great - we'd opted for the studio apartment. There's a cafe at the hotel which we didn't really use except for breakfast one day. The staff are really courteous and help you with anything you might need.

Nothing. The only con was that the nearest tube station (London Bridge) is a good 10-15 min walk from this place.
