The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The small kitchenette had the few things that I needed to prepare breakfast. I asked in advance for a silent room, and they were able to provide, by placing me in a studio on the top floor and facing the back of the building. There's a café at the entrance downstairs where you can have breakfast. There isn't a lot of choice, but the quality is good and the service friendly.

The mattress was too soft, and the middle was slightly lower compared to the top. I found it hard to fall asleep the first couple of nights because of the discomfort it caused.

Had the best stay here this weekend! We were greeted at reception by Zak, who id like to give a special shout out to, he was great. Received Great customer service from him and made us feel really welcoming from minute 1. Explained everything we needed to know and we were directed to our veautiful room with everything you could need in it; washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, fridge, even the bathroom amenities were of great quality. The room even had air-conditioning, which was lovely on the hot nights! The hotel itself is in a great location, just over 5 minute walk to the tower bridge, the hotel has a great bar/restaurant. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking to book here, you wont be disappointed! We will be back, thats for sure!

The location of the sofa was at an awkward angle for the television, I think if the tv was on a swivel/turn stand and you could turn the tv to point the sofa it would make a massive difference. We ended up moving the sofa around but it is very big and bulky

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to Tower Bridge and public transport. The staff were lovely and very willing to help. We couldn't fault the cleanliness and the bed was amazing! Having a washing machine also helped massively.

The TV was not in view of the bed in our room and there was no comfortable seating like a couch to watch the TV from. Also the space between the bed and the walls was very small and we had a good laugh at how skinny you need to be to fit. Also, the lights would turn on and off randomly and would also dim for no reason.

The location is fabulous. It's very close to the Tower bridge and only a couple of tube stops away from the major sightseeing points in London, and acts as a mid-point between West London and East London. Facilities and the room itself are great - we'd opted for the studio apartment. There's a cafe at the hotel which we didn't really use except for breakfast one day. The staff are really courteous and help you with anything you might need.

Nothing. The only con was that the nearest tube station (London Bridge) is a good 10-15 min walk from this place.

Fast check in process, well we did online checking prior. The property is very unique. It has co working space in the ground floor full of students but after 6 PM it is closed and quite. Also there's a Mexican restaurant as well which is quite packed in the evening. They have different layout of the room. When we got into the room, we asked for different option. Zak was very friendly and helpful to show us around and we moved into different room layout with no hassles. The washing machine is awesome. Quick to dry our clothes with satisfactory. Location wise is very close to Tower Bridge, yet the close neighborhood is peaceful as surrounded by residential flats. Bus top is exactly in front of the hotel. Sainsburry grocery is within walking distance.

We just found out after we checked out that our room lacks dish washer where it was there in the first room we entered, before we changed. Not really a big deal though.

This is the second Locke premise I have stayed in London. Walking distance to the Tower Bridge and several neighbourhood supermarkets. 10- min walk to the London Bridge train/underground station. Good facilities and centralised air conditioner to make me feel at home.

The kitchen is well equipped and I made proper cooking for brekkie and lunch/dinner, though the oven manual is not available for self efficiency and somehow it was locked by itself and need maintenance who can only come after the weekend. It might be easier to leave the oven manual hardcopy in the room so that I wouldn’t have to look up on YouTube and the manufacturer’s website.

Bermonds Locks was an excellent studio apartment for my one week stay in London. LOVED having a washing machine in the apartment and all the kitchen facilities. Very close to Tower Bridge and nice cafes. Really cool place and nicely designed. Had a nice vibe and felt safe with staff always in attendance, even late at night. Important as a solo traveller!

I found the pillows very uncomfortable. I gave feedback that there should be basics like salt, pepper and oil in the kitchens as these were a pain to go and source from local supermarkets who only had giant versions not suitable for travellers. Synthetic fragrance in the lobby area was overpowering. The fact that you had to book the gym 24 hour in advance to use made me not use it much. Hotel staff were excellent and promptly got back to me when I raised these issues. Only other thing to note is that it's a good 15 min walk at least to the closest tube station (London Bridge) which got a bit tiring going back and forth sometimes multiple times a day.

The biggest problem with this hotel is that there is no room for guests on the first floor. Since the entire first floor is operated as a study cafe, it is full of students from early morning to late evening, so there is no space for guests to rest for a while or do office work, causing great inconvenience. In addition, the fact that the double bed is small and the inside is turned off is also an inconvenience. If these points are improved, this accommodation deserves to be evaluated as a good accommodation without reproach.
