I Travel a lot for work so stay in multiple hotels throughout the week and sometimes can be up to 4/5 different hotels so there are a few things I look for whilst staying. These Include, kind friendly patient staff, Professionalism, clean and pleasant rooms with a nice Environment. Pasha gets 👍 for all so far…. 1for the price, location and transport links, the Pasha Hotel is becoming my preferred 3* hotel in London to stay for a few nights when needed They are doing a great job renovating the rooms and facilities, I was in a deluxe double on the first floor, I’ve preciously stayed in this room prior to the Remodelling and was impressed specifically with the new bathroom and shower room, felt more 5* than 3. Staff always smiling and happy to help 24 hours a day.

If I had to be picky, for my liking slightly too much dark furniture in the room.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable, we had an excellent sleep. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower was powerful. They have a wide good choices for breakfast for continental but the cooked is only different type eggs. I enjoyed my omelette made fresh by the staff. The staff are friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. They were happy to change my booking without making a fuss or complaining. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting tourist attractions for example London Eye, Buckingham Palace etc.

I would suggest a toilet roll holder and plug in for shavers for bathroom. Apart from that, we had an excellent stay. Housekeeping did not attend daily even after we requested service.

Have stayed multiple times at this hotel. Was given one of the Newly refurbished rooms on the ground floor which they have done a really good job on. Nicely decorated, very comfortable bed, bathroom and facilities and a new Smart Tv with all new apps installed Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon prime etc was a great new addition. Also now comes with free breakfast included which was lovely. Staff always very helpful and on hand at reception if anything needed. The renovations being made to this hotel have been done to high nice standard and with each stay I continue to be impressed.

I know the location very well as I have lived in the South East area for more than 30 years before I moved to Kent 4 years ago. The room is spacious and has all I needed including the mini fridge. Breakfast is good and there is variety to choose from. Staff was helpful and courteous. I am happy to stay at the hotel as the training I came for was very easy to get to in terms of transportation.

Before I went down to the reception I used my mobile phone to call the reception but the line was busy after about 10mins I decided to pop down to the reception to know what the password for the Wi-Fi is and on getting there, the lady was on the phone which was understandable but she didn’t acknowledge me that I was waiting to see her and continue to speak on the phone in her native language. After about 5 mins waiting, I had to look around to see if I could find it, in which I did and left for my room.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel so welcome and at home. The breakfast was truly amazing, and the staff in the breakfast room were incredibly polite and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. My room was beautifully decorated and created a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

The room was lovely and they were able to decorate it with an anniversary theme for our arrival for an extra fee, all the staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming, the hotel is going through a makeover at the moment but it didn't disturb us or the group we were with. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the cafe is so nice to sit in especially when the sun is shining through the big windows

The hotel was very nice and value for money. It was clean and the beds comfortable It is currently being refurbished but that wasnt a problem. The staff was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was between 7.30 and 11.00 but on one of our days we had a trip booked early and we had to leave at 7.30 however this wasn't a problem for the staff as they went out of their way to make us breakfast at 7am which was very nice. Would definitely recommend and also return ourselves.

“Excellent Stay at Pasha Hotel!” I had a wonderful experience at the Pasha Hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning; it was delicious with a good variety to choose from. it exceeded my expectations in every way. Great value, great service — highly recommended!

Nice and modern room, everything you need. For a 3 star hotel it also has a fridge and blowdryer which is really nice! Divers breakfast, with omelets on request.

The hotel is being renovated so the hallways look a bit messy. the room has som wear and tear but this is a easy fix by tightening some screws :) Besides that it’s a great place

It is good location and not far from the Sun travel a castle. Yeah it’s quite nice I like it

Yeah, I just forget to tell the staff when I left the hotel to tell them in the shower. When you turn on the shower there’s electricity in there you can’t feel your hand and this is I was stay in the room 111. Yeah that is very important to tell them to visit oOther people go there. It is very dangerous
