Great location. Clean room. Hot water. Comfortable bed. I felt safe. Good value for money. Lots of towels. Lots of great restaurants right on your doorstep and good transport links.

The instructions were not entirely clear, the front door looks awful and disused. I had to search for the entry code which could have been made clearer when it was sent. I felt very anxious going in. But the room was fine. I had to ask people talking outside my door to be quiet at 1130pm last night as they woke me up. The tv did not work and there weren’t instructions. The WiFi code was not accepted. The sheets are cheap and synthetic. The communal areas are not very clean and it’s a bit like a building site. No apparent staff. Noisy extractor fan outside but it went off at about 1030pm which was great. But despite all this it was actually pretty good.

This place has a lot of bad reviews about getting inside - but once you’re in it is perfect, especially for what you’re paying in such a beautiful place as Camberwell. THE NUMBER you need if you’re stuck outside is 020 3961 6441 - it works 24/7 and they are amazing and will give you all the codes. Just call them and you’re in! Also don’t be afraid to ask other guests, they help out. The room was stunning, just beautifully redone, bed so so comfy, warm heating, great shower. Literally a perfect set up. We heard no noise at all from our room. We stayed in room 15.

Getting in when you book last minute can be stressful - HOWEVER, once you find this number it is so so easy: 020 3961 6441 - it’s open 24/7 and they have all the room numbers, key codes etc everything you need for your stay. Just give your booking number. DONT miss out on this bargain place, whose rooms are beautiful, because of bad reviews. Okay - the staircase when you go in isn’t the tidiest, but the rooms are lovely!

Room has a microwave, good sized fridge, kettle, cutlery and plates. Decent amount of floor space and a nice bathroom with a full bath and shower! Zero street noise reached my room on the first floor. Was also very very clean.

No elevator, so I had to drag my heavy suitcase up stairs. I hope they renovate the hallways like they are reception, currently the hallways have gross carpet and dated paint. TV has no remote so couldnt watch anything. Not sure if it was a smart tv or not but couldnt access anything with the buttons. Also the shampoo/body wash in the shower was empty, so lucky i had my own.

Another lovely stay at Bros Inn - so simple to check inn with email sent within a couple of hours with all information. Room beautiful clean and newly renovated. Bed very comfortable and linens beautiful. Tv huge and great to watch an evening film on. Comfortably cool in the room on a hot London day. Quiet, didn’t hear any noise from other guests, just normal London street traffic. Stayed in room 24. Will definitely be back again! Great location - everything you need on your doorstep, and a bargain price for London.

Genuinely don’t have anything to say that would put me off staying again.

Secure entry to property and room. Unattended property but great contact from the OYO team before and during stay. Great sized room with kitchenette, microwave and fridge. Very clean all round, comfortable (and massive!) bed.

Profile said WiFi throughout property, but no WiFi available, or at least no WiFi details provided in room. Not a major problem and for the price, WiFi wasn’t expected.

Not really a negative but it is under renovation at the moment so the walkways were a little grubby, I'm sure when the work is finished it will be really nice.
