I’ve stayed here a couple of times for work, it’s clean, comfortable and very good value for money. Staff are friendly and on hand, check in is automated and very simple. Location is good being equidistant between two well connected overground stations

“Does exactly what it says on the tin” Out of all the places I’ve stayed in Southwark/Lambeth this is by far a treat Room was 10 out of 10 Everything in working order. Everything clean. Immaculate in fact and very welcoming. Considering we got there so late, we encountered ease of response and service. Definitely going back and to know it exists in an area which is definitely a diamond in the rough. This is a place to make others reach the bar!

Can’t complain about anything- although perhaps having a microwave could have helped us and our hungry bellies at almost midnight. Not to grumble but no kettle either. We didn’t look for this as an expectation so this shouldn’t go against them at all. I’d stay here rather than places that have had those utilities - but if they had of had them it would’ve been the ideal home from home

The rooms were very nice

The hotel was asking for an upfront deposit payment, I contacted booking.com as it stated on their website not to send over any credit card details, they then told me that they contacted the hotel, which was an office somewhere located in another location and they informed booking.com they didn’t have a record of my booking. Booking.com said they would cancel it and try for a replacement hotel, this was 3 hours before we were to check in and nothing else was available in the area, in this time I contacted the hotel directly and they informed me that they had my booking and they couldn’t understand what their head office and booking.com were talking about and informed us that they had our rooms.

I don't know where to start. I've been in london 4 times, and this was BY FAR the best accomodation I've ever been. When i entered my room, I couldn't believe I paid so little for it. Room recentely renovated, comfy bed, spotless clean, lots of little thoughts and touches like bloc notes, chocolates, pencils, quality bathroom products. Bathroom looked also very new. And even if you book without breakfast, complimentary tea and SPECIALITY coffee in the breakfast room. Position may intimidate a bit, but the Metro is very well connected to the center, Lovely girl at the reception for the night shift. E' stato piacevole parlare italiano con te ;)

The only thing was, that both the window and the walls were letting in quite a bit of noise from the street and the rooms. If you're a light sleeper I suggest earplugs cause I'm quite the heavy sleeper but had some issues falling asleep. That's the only improvement i'll do.

Travelled with a family of 5, the rooms given were clean and excellent.Self check in instructions were clearly given and had no issues.Beds were comfortable, body wash and shampoo were providedDefinitely take the breakfast option cause the choices the hotel provided was so delicious and my family really enjoyed it.Hotel is very close to the metro and bus stations, so it was easy to travel to central London daily.For the price, it was really worth it.

The water flow at the sink was slow, and there was miscommunication either with booking or the hotel cause i booked a room with air conditioning, generally assumed it to be an ac system but didn't realize that could mean a fan either. Luckily it was cold so it did not bother us but i hope the hotel can clarify this for future guests.Overall these were minor problems and did not affect our stay and experience at all.

The Peckham Rooms Hotel was exceptionally clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels and toilet paper. There was complimentary coffee and tea available in basement dining room (as well a various foodstuffs that you are trusted to pay for, should you want them). The location is perfect for Peckham and all restaurants, venues and amenities. We also managed to find free, overnight parking in one of the nearby streets

The room, en suite and bed were a bit small but we were able to open the window to let in some air. Unfortunately, opening the window let in the sounds of the busy, main road that runs past the hotel. Our room was near the front door of the hotel and the door banged frequently as people came and went

Bathroom was smelly, drain smell and toilet sit was sliding. Overall comfy beds and lovely staff.

Nice and cozy room, was perfect for just needing somewhere to sleep for the night. I'm used to the city so I found the sounds of the streets relaxing as well. Bed was comfortable and I would 100% recommend this to travellers who are just looking for somewhere to rest their head while in London.

It was smaller than i expected, however the only slightly inconvenient thing i found was that one of the bedside lights had went out.

Ive stayed here a few times now. And stayed in a few different rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very cosy I would suggest booking the savanna room if it’s available as it’s the best room in the building

I booked last minute yesterday so had to book and pay for a triple room and was given room 2 very close to the main entrance so I could hear people coming in and out all night. Also the window is on the main road so very noisy

The room was great. Was much bigger than I expected. Provided soap, shampoo, and shower gel, which was a real bonus if you were to forget your own. The lounge area was calming and a really lovely touch to the hotel. Plenty of seating with a variety of kitchen appliances for your own use as well as a variety of drinks and snacks, which you could pay for on an honesty tab. It was a really trustworthy place. I left food in the guest fridge without the fear of it being stolen. The stay was my own. I didn't feel bothered by the staff, but they were there if you needed anything. The hotel is great for anyone who needs to be close to the high street or Mountview. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Thank you.

Tap was a little wobbly, didn't bother me, but could be fixed in the future. The room was very hot/stuffy, but the air con was a great relief. This particular room was right next to the lounge stairs, so if you wanted an early night before 11 p.m., when it closes, you may hear people walking up and down. Considering this, it was super quiet for me.
