The location was perfect. Five blocks to the Thames. The Vauxhall Tube Station was only a 12 minute walk away. Very convenient for getting around the city. We blew a fuse, and staff came quickly to reset. A fan was requested, and staff delivered at the same time. We asked for more coffee pods, and they dropped them at the door. Staff were friendly and attententive when we needed them. We were able to use the luggage locker two hours previous to our entry of our room. They have two large lockers that hold two large suitcases each and four that hold a single suitcase. We ate daily at the QueensHead Pub, which was a couple of blocks away. A full breakfast with coffee was £8.45. We also ate at the Black Dog Pub and Frida's a Mexican restaurant located in the neighbourhood and highly recommend them too. We filled our water bottle at the hotel's water station daily. The hotel did not seem overly busy. We traveled in early March. Would stay her the next time in London.

The room could use a table and chairs but I don't know where they would put it. The coffee maker requires to be plugged in by the bed where the electrical plugs were. The closet where additional items were located on the 3rd floor was not re-stocked on a regular basis. It was concerning that they require personal identification to be downloaded for their records in order to stay. In this day and age of hackers, it is concerning to release this data. The Sonder App was downloaded, but we could not access it easily with the Sonder provided wifi. We had to switch to personal data to access it.

Clean, modern, and spacious room with a great bed, bathroom, and décor. Wonderfully spacious for what I paid; great value for money. Perfectly located too with public transport options (bus & Tube) within walking distance. Great for a short stay.

I left my bag in the lockers after I checked out as I needed to visit my local office. When I returned after 6pm, the building code no longer worked and there was no front of house staff available to answer the doorbell. I had to use the Sonder app to get them to open the door for me, so I could collect my luggage. It took about 15 minutes and had me anxious that I'd miss my flight, but eventually they were able to help.

This place worked out great for me. It was in a good spot. 15 to 20 minute walk to Westminster Bridge area where the London Eye is and where you can see parliament and Big Ben. Not far from multiple rail stations making it easy to get around if you choose to use them. Other places of interest are not far from here as well. It was quiet even on the days I had neighbors. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was great. This location was located over The Jolly Gardeners Pub which was super convenient as a lunch or dinner option or just for drinks

Check-in is at 4pm which wasn't a problem for me personally but it might be for some. You have the option to do early check-in but it wasn't free. I think checking in at 2pm would have cost me £25. Luggage storage is very limited there. They have lockers that are free to use on the second floor. The room ran a little hot at night and I didn't see a way to control the temperature in individual rooms. They supplied a fan in the room that kept it comfortable for me.

Perfect location. 20 minute walk to Vauxhall station, 20 minutes to the London eye & about 25 minutes walk to the Imperial War Museum. Lots of places to eat by the station. Room was on the 3rd floor, good views over London. Was clean & well equipped. Shower was good. Bed was comfy. Room was a good size. Small cafe/bistro round the corner does a good breakfast, very reasonably priced too.

Noisy during the day from the train station and aeroplanes coming in to land. No kettle, had to make a hot drink via the coffee machine, with smallest cups in the world.

This property is very thoughtfully appointed. I received excellent communication about check-in procedure in advance, the room was very clean and offered a coffee maker and drink options, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, safe for securing valuables. The ledge in the bathroom was helpful for organizing toiletries and jewelry. The fan and sound machine were helpful in cooling the room and quieting the street and pub noise. The water machine in the hall was a nice touch for hydrating at the end of the day and the toiletries closet for replenishing body wash was a nice touch.

It would have been helpful to have an outlet in the bathroom for blow dryer/curling iron. And, a sign in the room referenced a carafe and ear plugs in each room. Those were missing in my room and would have been nice to have. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Thoughtful touches

My room was above the pub beer garden so noisy till closing time at 11. White noise machine provided but someone had robbed the batteries!

Very modern and stylish, and very comfortable bed, and great shower. The pub below served great evening food, and another nearby offered tasty breakfast. there is an organic food shop next door.

It was a little hot in the attic room, and the windows have limited opening for safety reasons, so I found it tricky to sleep some nights, but there was a fan in the room, and the team did offer alternative rooms to me.

The location was more than perfect, with the underground and bus 10 minutes away on foot. It’s a very cute neighbourhood as well. The bed was comfortable and clean. There’s a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and everything you need for a comfortable stay. They also give you some earplugs for the noise since it’s located right above a pub. We spent a really good time at this hotel and will definitely think about going back.

I think the essentials cupboard could be stocked more often.

Great location for a night out in Vauxhall, with a well-lit entryway. Unlocking the door with the Sonder app was easy and worked first time. The room was a nice size, clean, and with a good number of free toiletries.

I had stated on the Sonder app I would be checking out at 11am, yet housekeeping knocked at 10am to clean the room. It could be quite noisy from the street outside and the plumbing was quite loud from other rooms having showers in the morning. I used the coffee machine for some hot water for a tea and the first cupful was dirty brown water with bits in.
