We enjoyed the location of this hotel and the service we received. We were only there for 2 nights but it was the perfect location with easy access to all of the "must dos and sees". The parking garage suggested to us was an easy 1/2 mile or less walk. We did not need the car again until we were leaving to head to Glasgow. The hotel was beautifully accommodated and I would highly recommend it. I pray we get a chance to come back and stay for a time longer. This hotel will definitely be our choice.

The reception was extremely helpful, Vijay went over and beyond to help me when I asked for some local advise. The entire staff is very welcoming and made sure my stay was pleasant. The hotel is very close to the US Embassy so worth booking for a short stay if you are visiting there.

Rooms are very close together, tight spaces

Recently refurbished. Nice touches: demisting mirror in bathroom and automatic low level lighting in bathroom. Comfy bed. Welcoming staff.

I can highly recommend this place, it’s pretty central , Nine Elms tube station and Sainsbury are very close by. I would like to highlight how good the entire staff is . Specially manager Vijay was exceptional and took great care of us and ensured we had breakfast available for us even beyond the regular timings. I would also like to thank Umer and Mubin for helping us out with all our needs. I must say we felt we were taken care by a very lovely people. I would highly recommend this place.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed room. As a lone traveler I loved the 24 hour reception service with very welcoming, cheerful and accommodating staff. Breakfast was informal with good choice including fresh fruit. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a park, cafe's and restaurants nearby. Short 10 min walk to the banks of the Thames, US Embassy and Underground.

Lack of signage caused frustration. Single room (No 1) was small, requested room with window and surprised to find a skylight with not much light and no view. My comfort was impeded by this (others may not mind) and the low drone of heating/air conditioning unit at night. Neither issue would deter from visiting again.

It was very clean and comfortable.
