It’s clean, luxurious, relaxing! My favourite hotel. I always come here because i know im guaranteed a good experience

Cleanliness was my main concern when making a booking. The reviews were right, this hotel is so clean and tidy. The room was so comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and greeted me with a warm smile and were helpful with my silly questions. Really enjoyed my one night stay. I felt safe considering I was travelling solo.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and quiet, peaceful room at the rear of the property. Room was in great condition, it looked like new and was a great design and very clean. We were given complimentary breakfast each which was a wonderful surprise and much appreciated. Buffet breakfast was tasty and hot -even 20 minutes before the end of service. Perfect location just a very short walk from London City Airport and the tube station. Convenient bus stop 2 minutes walk away with regular bus service.

The only downside was the lighting wasn't great for applying makeup

- room size, cleanless, breakfast, luggage storage, comfort - the price - separately to mention the location. It was a compromise for sure. The hotel is a bit far away in case of family with kids holiday, and with my family I would not choose it. For a flexible solo woman traveller the location is ok. 8 min walk from the airport. Then 4 min walk from the bus station, then 5 min on the clean and almost empty bus going every 10 min, and then 25 min by metro to the center, and it is the only normal and comfortable metro line London has - Elizabeth. So I had great quality hotel for normal price (and not old stinky 6m2 room with brr greasy breakfast in the center) and longish but comfortable ride 2ce a day. If I come to London again and I am alone, I will definitely just come back here.

I stayed here as I was looking for a hotel close to the London City Airport and close to the ExCel London. Both locations were walking distance, I didn't need to spend hours in London traffic - perfect! The staff was helpful and friendly. The room spacious and comfortable. The hotel clean.

The breakfast was the same each day… I was expecting the Marriott breakfast experience, but I am guessing the Courtyard has a different breakfast menu. Also I asked for a bathrobe and I was told they don't have any for their guests… I understand you don't have them for everyone in a room, but when a guest is requesting it - it should be available…

Positive: The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food was fantastic – every meal was a treat! Everything was well-organized and clean. The Planes didn't disturb at all!

Negative: The location could be a bit better but its not that bad– it’s not the most scenic area, but everything was still easy to reach. the building is still amazing

The bed is super comfortable, like sleeping in the cloud. The TV have enough functions for you to watch your YouTube channel or connect with your device. The staff are super nice and professional, great advice and very helpful to reach london city. The hotel have also other facilities for free to use without any hassle on the price. (gym, waiting room while waiting for the flight) Location is quite but easy to be reached with the bus and train.

My stay at Castello di Piovera was an absolutely magical and unforgettable experience. I had the great honor of personally meeting Count Niccolò, whose passion for the art and history of the castle is contagious. His guided tour through the halls and gardens was a true privilege, an illuminating journey to discover hidden treasures and fascinating anecdotes. His profound knowledge and his ability to share his artistic visions made the visit a unique and precious experience. A special thank you also goes to the entire Count's family for their exquisite hospitality. Their kindness and helpfulness made me feel right at home in this dreamlike resort where time seems to stand still, allowing you to fully enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the place. Finally, I would like to sincerely thank the very kind lady who accompanied me on the castle tour. Her courtesy and competence made the discovery of the castle even more pleasant and interesting. I highly recommend a stay at Castello di Piovera to anyone wishing to immerse themselves in a place rich in history, art, and genuine hospitality. It is an experience that nourishes the soul and leaves a lasting memory.

Everything was just so perfect

This was my first stay at this airport hotel. It offers very comfortable, modern, impeccably clean rooms, a large, very comfortable bar and dining area, and a nice, bright gym, all tastefully decorated and well maintained. My room was very comfortable . The bathroom had modern fittings and was spotlessly clean. The staff that i encountered were without exception friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. This includes a phone call I made prior to arriving, when I thought there might be DLR train disruptions. The location could not be better, a 5-minute walk away from the LCY Terminal and its DLR train station, from which Central London is accessible in 40 minutes. I will definitely use this hotel again.

the room was clean with filtered water available outside of the lift, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the ease of getting transport to and from our hotel. the hotel was nice and quiet, with breakfast having loads of options available. blackout curtains allowed us to have a lie in after a late night out, and midday checkout was great as it allowed us ample time after breakfast to pack our bags.

I wish there was parking, but parking at the nearby Travelodge wasn't too awful as we packed light, but for anyone travelling with more/heavier luggage it would have been frustrating.
