Perfect location if you're flying from City Airport, 4 minutes walk, so easy. The hotel is clean and all you need if you have an early flight. So easy to get to from the DLR which is about a 6 minute walk. Had food in the evening which was adequate for the one night. The hotel has a lift which is great.

There wasn't anything really that you could moan about.

Wow there are so many negative reviews on trip advisor it nearly put us off, and now we’ve stayed we can’t understand why. The girl at reception was fantastic, she was efficient and so friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean a decent size and the bathroom and shower was fine. Location was amazing we were flying from London City Airport with two fairly large cases and we couldn’t check in the night before so we got off the DLR and walked to the hotel and then back again the day of our flight. It is so close took us about 4 minutes. We just had burger and chips in the evening, which was a treat as we rarely eat it. Look if you’re looking for Raddison standards this ain’t it but for the location, cost and facilities it is great.

Bottled water would have been fab but as we bought drinks at the bar when we ate and our meal came with a drink we just ordered water.

What I liked: The staff were excellent – the lady during the day and the gentleman at night were both very helpful. The lady serving breakfast was very polite and attentive. Breakfast was amazing! The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The location is fantastic – just a 10-minute walk from the airport. Overall, I’d rate it 5 stars! 🌟

What I didn’t like: The only downside was the check-in and check-out timings. Check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 10 AM feels quite restrictive. I had informed the hotel a day in advance that I would be arriving around 10 AM, but early check-in was not possible. Because of this, I had to attend an official video conference call from the open seating area, which was inconvenient. I’m not sure if these timings are the hotel’s standard policy, but it didn’t feel very guest-friendly.

The location couldn’t have been better, 5 min walk to the air port. The staff were friendly, room was spacious and looked brand new. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant serves one of the best cooked breakfasts I think I’ve ever had in a hotel in London. The sausages especially. The whole place had a cool industrial vibe which matches its location ( opposite the Tate n Lyle factory)

This is not really a negative comment about the hotel, but if you are arriving from across London with luggage on public transport- make sure you travel on DLR to city airport stop, it is a much shorter walk than the Pontoon stop . There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel ( which I wish I knew about before lugging my cases for 15 minutes)

The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I also appreciated the bar, which stayed open late – a nice option to relax without having to leave the hotel. Another big plus: the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the airport, which is extremely convenient for early flights or late arrivals.

Unfortunately, the bed was worn out and uncomfortable. There are no supermarkets or shops nearby, which made grabbing a few essentials difficult. The curtains in the room were not blackout curtains, so by 5 a.m. it was already very bright in the room. Also, starting early in the morning, other guests began checking out and made quite a bit of noise with their bags in the hallway – the walls seem to be quite thin.

Exceptionally helpful staff, the lady at the reception desk was lovely, even walked us to a shortcut to the airport to use the following day! The young trainee gentleman was very good too. The room was clean and comfortable, well equipped with amenities. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice of cereals, breads, hams & cheeses, and two options for cooked plate, we went for the Full English, the other choice was Eggs Benedict. Handy for London City Airport and not far from the O2 Area.

There is not a lot to do around the hotel, nearest little takeaways/restaurants are a 5-10min walk. To get more choice of eating places, or entertainment, you would need to use the DRL or tubes.

Clean and close to the airport. Armchair and extra chair in room is a good touch so you don't have to sit on the bed. Tea and coffee facilities were useful for a quick cuppa before a very early morning flight. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Bar area is lovely and comfortable with hot food and snack options. Reception area has lounge chairs for relaxation over a drink from the bar.

Room was freezing on arrival (temp set to a cold 17 degrees) and we couldn't get the air-conditioning to warm the room up to a comfortable temperature

It's a 5 minute walk from terminal. Was very clean,staff were helpful & polite. Rooms were cosy,shower good, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent,we had hot breakfast which consisted of scrambled egg/bacon/beans & mini hash. Also good selection of continental. There is a nice outdoor beer garden.

On the morning of checkout as we sat relaxing at reception area we observed the young lady behind desk being hassled by rude & abusive behaviour from some of the other guests who were checking out. My partner & I were actually concerned as the receptionist appeared to be under pressure however she handled the situation very well considering the on called for abuse. One guy went as far as lighting up cigarette & throwing it on floor of reception. Another lady consistently antagonised the receptionist over the period of an hour.

The location was perfect for London City Airport, 5 minutes walk. The room was really clean and comfortable. I had an amazing cityscape view. The 24 hour desk attendant was great to have with my flight times, and they were very welcoming, still offering food in their in-house restaurant in the late evening. I would highly recommend, and I will stay again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The place was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything I needed. The staff were super kind and helpful. Sadly, I didn't try the restaurant, but it has awesome reviews! The location has 2 24-hour buses (bus stop is just outside of the hotel) that connect to all the other transport, but make sure you check where you'll need to go in advance and if this is the best location for you.

There was a crack in the window and some cold air was always coming from it, and it always felt a bit chilly (not cold), even with the AC up.
