Very nicely presented room, we were given an accessible room which we didn’t request so things like the bathroom sink were too low for us but its a very small hotel so we figured it was the only room left. We were given juices and our milk of choice in the room on arrival which is a nice touch.

The only negative for our trip is that 2 of the pillowcases in our room had stains, we didn’t bother to bring this up to the staff as we were only staying 1 night and I travel with a satin pillowcase anyway so I removed it and placed my own.

New, clean, comfortable rooms. Really good beds. Small but well thought out bathroom with excellent shower. In close proximity to Bromley High Street, the Glades. Bromley North station is a 5-10min walk away for the train to London Victoria (15min ride). Would even say that Brama is a good alternative for a central London hotel; better value and more authentic in a nice London Borough.

The hotel has minimal facilities (no front desk) and you may not even meet any staff during your stay; this is the hotel’s concept, and was fine with us

Level of service from staff. Cleanliness and decor of rooms The library is very cozy and great for relaxation Glades Mall, restaurants, and many shops within walking distance!

Parking restrictions right in front of the hotel make it difficult for a hotel guest to host a visitor with a car. Drop-offs and pick-ups are a major challenge.

Great location Spotlessly clean Comfortable bed Very stylish (art deco) Fresh milk in room Good toiletries in shower room Very nice hand written welcome card

Nothing to dislike. However we didn’t see a single member of staff in two days. Check in is done on line via email and an app. Entry to main door and bedroom door via your phone. My husband would never have managed if he’d been on his own😳. You can request a physical room key if you need to so presumably there are some staff around. I guess this is the future…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional apartment in Bromley, and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. The room was truly outstanding, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that exceeded my expectations. The staff at this property were not only polite but also incredibly helpful, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect. One of the standout features of this apartment is its prime location right in the heart of all the business activities in Bromley. It's truly a hub of convenience, with everything you could possibly need just a stone's throw away. Whether it's shopping, dining, or entertainment, you'll find it effortlessly accessible from this fantastic property. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. All the amenities provided were of top-notch quality, making my stay feel luxurious and comfortable. What impressed me even more was the inclusion of Brama's own line of hand wash and shower gels. The hand wash, in particular, was exceptionally good, leaving my hands feeling not only clean but also treated to an excellent after-smell. Choosing to make a reservation at this apartment was undoubtedly a wise decision – you will not be disappointed!

The room could have been a little bit larger.

We forgot our toothbrushes so it was great to easily communicate with staff who brought 2 up to the room for us. The coffee/tea options were extensive and loved the juice on arrival. Would have liked a shelf in the shower to put my own toiletries, and was disappointed there was no hair conditioner provided despite being listed on the booking details.

The rooms could be more soundproof - the room above ours sounded like they were jumping or moving furniture around which was very loud.

Everything, the staff, the decor, the beautiful library where you can help yourself to a variety of teas and coffee. The room was small but perfectly organised with everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was high end. Again and Tea/Coffee maker with a good variety of teas. The bathroom was lovely and beautifully clean, a powerful shower and really nice bespoke products. The lady that greeted me was so lovely and helpful and the welcome smoothie was such a lovely touch. If I am ever in the area again this will be by go to stay!

There was nothing to dislike!

The whole place is total eye candy. Absolutely gorgeous. And spotlessly clean. Lovely room, excellent lighting, large comfy bed with crisp linen & fluffy duvet, a fabulous shower with loads of towels and delicious toiletries, bath robe, heated towel rail..Can't fault it! A HUGE compliment to both the manager and the lovely girl who was on duty when I arrived. They were both so helpful and friendly.. brilliant service!!

Sadly the restaurant was closed by the time I arrived (Sunday evening) and all the following day. (Monday) This isn't a negative reflection on the hotel but useful to know if you don't want to go into town to eat. (I did have breakfast on my last day which was excellent, and especially in such a beautiful space) They have vegan options too :) There was a swanky coffee machine in my room, which didn't work! I followed the instructions carefully but after numerous attempts gave up. There is free coffee/tea in the library, which is an art deco jewel of a room!!

Location, the room style and the cleanliness

The shower was poorly designed. The tap was under the shower and with the door open the water went everywhere. Instructions to check in would have been more useful earlier. I had tried to check in online through booking.com but it kept looping and we only got in on the day when someone left and we approached the bar. This meant we didn’t get any milk in the room. A kettle would have been more appreciated

THE STAFF WERE EXTREMLEY ATTENTIVE. THE FOOD AT THE RETAURANT WAS LOVELY AND THE COCKTAIL DRINKS WERE AMAZING. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE ROOM WAS SMALLER THAN EXPECTED AS I HAD THE SUITE BUT A REALLY CUTE TUCKED AWAY LOCATION VERY BESPOKE QUIANT HOTEL.

THE SUITE IS QUITE SMALL FOR THE PRICE. VERY CLEAN AND NICE DECOR JUST SMALL FOR THE PRICE.
